| Full of upscale shops, restaurants and theaters, the east side is the pride of Steel City and where everyone comes to enjoy the nightlife. Until, of course, 10:00 PM. Then, the area belongs to the East Side Gunz. One of the four major gangs ruling Steel, you better not cross them without a death wish. | 11 | 244 | Tue Mar 19, 2013 9:28 pm Moon | | Comparable to Gotham City's "the Narrows", the historical district is the last piece of Old Steel still remaining. Known to harbor some shady characters, investors are lining up to clean up its streets and return it to its former glory. Or they would, if they ever got past the hockeymask-clad Skull Saders gang who're not willing to negotiate. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 6 | 166 | Sun Apr 14, 2013 2:37 pm Silent Night | | Housing a majority of Steel City's population, this is where most of the middle class dwells. Though a little cramped, the North Side also houses a series of affordable amusements and some of the most popular fast food joints around. However, you might wanna make sure your door has all three locks sealed, because the Red-Haired Dragons take no prisoners. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 9 | 182 | Mon May 27, 2013 1:40 am Zarakc | | Pylon was established only a few years ago and since then it has established what many consider a cult following as teenagers from all over the city gathered to see Steel City's hottest new club. And although they claim to be a legitimate business, in recent months it has been a cause for concern as customers slowly started to turn up dead. | 7 | 156 | Wed Apr 24, 2013 4:21 pm Moon | | Home to every dreg and low life in Steel City, all the apartments here are just a crime scene waiting to happen. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 0 | 0 | | | Literally, the underbelly of Steel. Who knows what lurks in the sewers of Steel City? Probably bodies, junkies, the homeless, and numerous other things looking for a hideout in the middle of the night. Or could the rumors of an an entire society living down there be true?! | 1 | 26 | Mon Dec 17, 2012 5:04 pm RageofArgos | | Unlike Jump, Steel doesn't have its own set of heroes protecting its streets. What it DOES have, is a Police Station (which is also present in Jump but it rarely does anything because honestly it doesn't need to). There is a rampant and recurring corruption within the city's civil authorities and infrastructure, including the police, and the current Comissioner has his hands in many pockets, with many people suspecting him of conspiracy charges. | 2 | 70 | Thu Jul 26, 2012 3:35 am Jinxedya | | Steel City's Red Light district. Unlike Jump, which is obviously a lot more clean and kid-friendly, Steel has this place, the "seedy" part of the town with all the strip clubs and stuff.... Its also the only place where all the cops, gangs and crime families forget their problems and, err, "enjoy" themselves. You(r character) better not be below legal age if you're caught here. (And keep it PG-13). Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 1 | 22 | Mon Oct 17, 2011 3:47 pm Glenn | | Rivalling Arkham Asylum, Impel Down is is the primary but involuntary infamous home of the criminally insane. Created when Steel City was still a "commonwealth", its an old and crumbling structure, it remains standing after almost a hundred years, with its insides supporting the brick or stone cells of an old-fashioned asylum. | 8 | 69 | Mon Aug 27, 2012 1:00 pm Draco | | Need a good splice? Slappers running low? Need to meet up with some fellow junkies? The docks are where it's all at. But be careful, the Behemoth tends to gather here at night. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 13 | 247 | Mon May 20, 2013 2:32 pm Zarakc | | Steel's burial sights see about maybe a dozen or so new additions almost every day. It's gotten to the point where they don't even bother trying to bag and tag some of the John/Jane Does anymore. Just drop them in a plot, say a couple of hail marys, and that's the end of it. | 2 | 25 | Sat Aug 23, 2014 1:26 am Kardus | | Quite literally an enormous regenerating tree-fort in the shape of a T located in Central Park. Often called the home of the new Titans East. It's created from a magic tree seedling, making it an enormous source of magic energy, and houses mythical animals and plants not located anywhere else on Earth. | 24 | 267 | Sun Jul 19, 2015 7:30 pm Guest | | Steel City's streets are best described as "Manhattan below Fourteenth Street at eleven minutes past midnight on the coldest night in November". Not the friendliest place to be at night, there are very few places where the lights will still be up after 10:00 PM. After that, the gangs run loose, with gangwars being commonplace. Though they do seem to lighten up some during the daytime, broad-daylight robberies are still not unheard off. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 21 | 597 | Tue Jun 04, 2013 5:57 pm foalfire | | The Night Hawks Nest is a hotel that looks closed down on the outside, but is nice and clean on the inside. There are plenty of rooms available for those in need to spend a night. A kitchen, dining area, main office, and even a small gym are the hotel's most noteworthy features. Known for their amazing prices, high quality merchandise and the crowds they tend to attract, the mall has it all from wall to wall. | 9 | 505 | Thu Jan 10, 2013 2:06 pm Kyte | | Steel City's oldest, largest, and busiest hospital, Mineralmed Hospital occupies an entire city block. Having grown in fits and starts for almost a century, it's a hodge-podge of architectural styles without and a labyrinth within. | 2 | 21 | Fri Jul 22, 2011 12:05 pm Simca | | Over 800 acres of lawns, woodlands, lakes, and ponds, Steel Gardens boasts all manner of playing fields, trails, gazebos, and artworks. Modelled after Jump City's Central Park, yet even so all the life, like most of Steel City, disappears after 10:00 PM. Moderators: Administrator, Moderators, Head Administrator, Global Moderators
| 3 | 89 | Tue Jun 12, 2012 1:19 pm Ixen | | Led by CEO Warren Powers, Power Technologies is one of the leading companies in world, next to LexCorp. and Wayne Enterprises. This place is the unoffical center of Steel and home to Powers Technlogies, it is perhaps the biggest building within the city limits. Though, what people don't know, is that Warren Powers is the Kingpin of Steel City, the one indirectly behind most of the corruption.
