Summary: With the absence of Spider-Girl in Steel City, the Spider-Society has become more vicious and tactile in their strikes against the surrounding gangs. They've been costing millions for Behemoths, having turf-wars with the Red-Haired Dragons, and converting Skull Saders to their cult like way of thinking. Their web is expanding all under the leadership of the infamous & mysterious; Widow, who until recently had somewhat kept Spider-Girl's rules of conduct in tact, but this time she's captured a famed insect gene splicing-Scientist and Dictator of Vietnam, who came to visit Warren power industries and used a machine constructed by the scientist to transform him into a mutated Spider on live TV. During the broadcast she announced that Steel was corrupt beyond repair and that they would soon transform the entire city into a legion insects, to show their true colors. Bombs then detonated all over the city at the end of the message; taking out the Police station, city hall, and bridges out of the city.

It's now up to Elite Rebirth to infiltrate Power Industries, where their held up and shut down the machine before they use it to mutate the entire city. However, the Spider-Society is no cake walk; they've been amassing a lot of high-tech, members/support from kids on the street to trained assassins, holding their own against all of Steel City's gangs, and are shrouded in mystery.

Bloodmoon watched as the weavers and larva move around the power tech building and cursed this was going to be difficult just because of the sure numbers of them but he was merely the distraction for now finally coming to the decision of what he was going to have to do there was just too many to just give light wounds too. Bloodmoon shot several arrows into the arms of a small group of weavers going for the shoulder blades before going into wolf forum as he rushed from his hiding place to another before firing a set into two larva's knee caps. Bloodmoon had to roll into the open to avoid an sneak attack form the lurkers in the trees above him. While he was now even more appreciative of his wolf senses he cursed as he was now visible and outnumbered.

Flint yawned. He didn't want to be here. He had two hours till his favorite TV show was on, and he could be doing way more important things than pest control. Don't they have exterminators for that? Anyway, he was going off to preform the duty of bug catcher- His thoughts where interrupted by a punch in the face. The man who did it was dressed in a spider like garb, and he took a step back to inspect Flint. He turned to the man, and a light bulb flickered on in his brain. "Oh! So I'm not killing bugs? I thought I was killing bugs. Funny, right?" He pushed the guy who was referred to as Larva into a building 10 or so feet away, then walked. A lurker appeared behind him, but there was no sneaking up on Flint. "Just so you know, my eyes are everywhere." His entire body morphed so that he was facing the man without even taking a step. A ball made of ash shot out of Flint's chest into the man's jaw, knocking him to the floor and hitting his head. He reabsorbed it and walked to Bloodmon, hands in his pockets, and blowing back anyone in his way bay shooting walls and spheres from his body. "Yo, what's up? Bloodmoon, right? Name's Flint."

Rose sighed as another member of the society took a swing at her with a crowbar. Dodging it pretty easily, she grabbed his arm and pressed a button on her belt, sending electricity through her suit and straight into the guy, causing him to scream and spasm uncontrollably. Obviously, it did the trick and he collapsed, even smoking a little bit. "Eh, he'll be fine." She muttered, grabbing her longer katana and slashing a projectile in half.

As the guy charged her she grabbed her shock katana, which replaced her katana in the left slot and jabbed the guy in the stomach, sending him flying back with a jolt of electricity as he hit the door.

Rose had just broken into the top floor of the spider society building and broke the door in front of her down. Sadly there...seemed to be an issue with the automated turret which was now under the control of the spider society, causing it to start firing at her. That's just great.

Taking cover behind the wall, she sighed and grabbed ahold of the left side of her head as her eye began to glow. "This is gonna suck..." She muttered, poking out her head and blasting the turret with her laser beam, causing the eye to heat up as usual. "Gotta work on that..." She said as more members of the society flooded her, having heard the explosion. Each one bearing gloves that seemed to spark with electricity.

"That's new..." Rose muttered, grabbing her staff. It would be best to keep these ones at a distance.
