The Mirror Universe (Terror Titans Vs Teen Titans)

Elsewhere, the battle between the two wielders of the most powerful weapons in nearly 2 universes raged on as trees in the park fell over like bowling pins and grunts, roars, plus loud cracking booms could be heard from within the area. Ending on another loud thumping noise as Albedo Rath came hurting out into a clearing after of course busting through 2 tree trunks as if they were made of glass and rolling to a stop on all fours. Fourarms exiting right after him with 2 of his fists edging the Appoplexian to bring it on, while the others were raised in boxing position.

In response Rath just growled angrily and then charged forward, throwing a double combination at Ben's face, both landing clean and causing the Tetramand to stumble back. Although, right afterwards Ben caught one of his wrists and lifted the humanoid tiger up by it before hitting him in the gut, right on his temple, and thanks to him having 3 limbs he went for a third shot, which was an uppercut that landed right on the chin. The force from the final blow causing Albedo to again roll back, and then again he got to his feet and immediately charged Ben for a second time. Although on this occasion he utilized a better strategy because obviously Tennyson's extra appendages were giving him too much of an edge.

"LET ME TELL YA SOMETHIN BEN TENNYSON! RATH IS GONNA TEACH YOU THE TRUE MEANING OF PAIN, BUT SEEING AS HE CANT REMEMBER WHAT IT IS RIGHT NOW, INSTEAD HES JUST GONNA SHOW IT TO YOU AND LET YOU ASK PAIN WHAT IT MEANS YOURSELF!!"

That being said, Albedo in Rath form leaped over Ben, landing on a tree and then moonsaulted backwards in an attempt to land on Ben with crushing force.

"PHANTASMOS MOONSAULT!"

As Rath called out the name of his wrestling move, he landed right on top of Ben like a ton of bricks, however, right afterwards Ben dead lifted him using his extremely strong leg muscles to lift and tossed his opponent away.

"Gonna have to try harder than that, Albedo."

However, as Rath flew away he quickly grabbed the side of a tree in the area and used it to reverse momentum by spinning around and flew right back at Ben.

"OK, TRY THIS ON FOR SIZE! ZORMADGION BODY SPLASH!!"

Fourarms face was actually rather shocked by Albedo's sudden shift in directions and attempted to catch the 6'8 alien, but instead was sent soaring backwards along with Albedo-Rath into the side of a huge rock formation. As they impacted with it bits of rock went flying into the air and then a crushing sound was heard from within the dust cloud. Soon afterwards reveling Fourarms head had been smashed into the boulder leaving an imprint while Rath held him there by the back of the neck.

"ABEUCUS FACE-PLANT!"

Immediately following that move, Rath wrapped his arms around Ben's sternum just under his second set of arms and went for a German suplex, half way through it calling out the name of the move as he dropped the hero on his head with a large shockwave following the force of the impactful landing.

"GOUROMUND SUPLEX!!!"

As Ben lay there for a moment trying to catch his breath, he looked up just in time to see Rath heading straight for him again with a flying elbow drop. Luckily, the teen had the idea of shifting aliens just in time, soon after pressing the Omnitrix symbol located on one of Fourarm’s gloved hands, a green light flashing just as Rath connected with the ground causing a mound of dirt and grass to fly up! Albedo still in Rath form stood straight up directly after the attack and looked around while scratching his head in a confused manner.

"HEY, WHERE DID YOU GO!?"

"Right here big guy!"



Then suddenly as Rath looked up, he received a green spitwad in his face from Ben in Stinkfly form, who had flown away just in time to avoid Rath’s most likely fatal blow. However, after hitting Albedo in the face with the green snot like luggy, the alien quickly ripped it off with annoyance and aggression plastered all over his face. Then hit the omnitrix symbol on his own chest turning from a large tiger like alien into the small white and blue one known as, Jetstream! Albedo now as Jetstream fired a geyser of water at Stinkfly immediately following said transformation, who quickly flew up avoiding the blast of water and shot back at him with multiple spit wads.

"WHOA! Whoever said a little water never hurt anybody, never met you in a bad mood."

"Joke while you can Tennyson, because as soon as I soak your Lepidopterran's wings you're going to be plummeting to your demise."

As the green wads of alien spit approached Albedo, he used Jetstream’s water jets to propel him in a diagonal motions back and forwardth to avoid each one and then rocketed into the sky after Ben, where intense aerial combat began.

Mirror-Shadow sighed, blowing her fringe out of her face. This was so incredibly boring. Everyone was off fighting their mirror selves, and hers was nowhere to be found. The Shadow of this universe was probably so much of a wimp she hadn't even joined a team. Mirror-Shadow decided she'd have to find out herself, ruffling her wings before soaring out the shattered window. She smirked at the sight of the golden patch of water and Kyte's wolfish grin. Demon boy sure knew how to make a scene. Mirror-Shadow flew out over the city, wishing she had some kind of radar to help her find her mirror self. Everybody else seemed to. But her predicament was soon gone as the winged villain spotted a ripple of black hair and a shock of pale skin through a nearby open window.

Shadow - well, she'd tell you her name was Suraya now - paced her apartment, scowling halfheartedly at the open window and the inviting breeze wafting through it. She missed flying. One of the perks of being abnormal.

More like the only one, she thought bitterly, remembering why she was here and not in her comfortable base back in Steel City. Well, that base was empty now, the only evidence that it was ever inhabited at all a black book left on Shadow's empty bed. The girl sighed, glancing at the thing sitting innocently on her kitchen bench. She didn't have the courage to consult it about anything personal; anyway, using it would mean using her powers, and that was out of the question. Definitely. Shadow glanced longingly towards the window again and gasped.

Mirror-Shadow perched on the windowsill, grinning in at herself. She took a cursory look at the apartment, letting the fact that she was here sink in. So mundane. She looked back at Shadow, the devilish grin replaced by a look of pure hatred. There was only room for one of them in either universe, and it sure as hell wasn't going to be this little do-gooder. Mirror-Shadow formed her whip and lashed out at Shadow, knocking over tables and chairs and swiping the black book off the bench.

Shadow ducked the attack, still staring in disbelief at her mirror self. The irrational side of her brain was freaking out.

Hello! It seemed to yell. Some random girl is sitting on your windowsill, with your wings and your face!

The rational side told her to forget it and get this psycho away from her house. Shadow gritted her teeth, told herself this was a one-time thing and tackled Mirror-Shadow off her window, her wings spreading out as her clothes changed themselves into something much more practical to fight in than the work clothes she had still been wearing. The girl settled into a stance, her whip coiling in the air, her wings steadily flapping to keep her aloft. She'd missed this, too. There was a part of her that loved to fight.

No! Bad Shadow. Don't think like that.

She didn't get much time to think at all as Mirror-Shadow quickly recovered and flew straight at her, the two exchanging blows and insults. They slowly but surely moved towards Central Park and Titans East Tower, two fierce blurs of black continually clashing in midair.

Ben and Albedo continued their air battle while unknowingly flying towards Grace, and Will's battles with there own inverse selves. In fact if they were able to look up into the sky they would probably see the two approaching. As the 2 aliens fired water blasts and luggies back and forwardth, eventually Jetstream's left arm would become plugged by one of Stinkfly's ball of spit, but in retaliation Albedo hit Ben's left wing with a jet of water, thus wetting it and crippling his ability to fly.

"TENNYSON!!"

As Ben began to lose altitude while Albedo steadily approached, he hit the omnitrix dial on his forehead yet again. Just as Jetstream fired off another airborne wave at the slowly descending hero and as the water hit the flash of green light that had enveloped Stinkfly just moments before. Suddenly the stream of water would flash freeze, leading all the way back up to Albedo's one good arm and began to freeze that as well, the culprit being shown to be Ben's ice wielding alien Big Chill!.



"Sorry, but I felt you needed a dose of cold hard reality, which will probably come to you when you hit the ground."

Albdeo then thinking quickly hit the Omnitirx symbol on his shoulder as well with his gooped up hand, also switching forms just as he was completely frozen and started dropping to the ground in a big block of ice. However, on the way down that block of ice would explode and out of it came shooting a large fireball back towards Big Chill, which upon closer inspection could be seen as, Heatblast!

"If you had any brains, you'd know that fire beats ice every time."

Then as the Pyronite reached the same altitude as the Teen Titan again, he wrought forwardth a flamethrower from his finger tips. As he did this he the villain momentarily taking a break from using his fire jets to propel him upwards. However, in response to this Big Chill just turned intangible and let the dancing flames fly through him before retaliating with his own sub zero temperature breath at Heatblast, who covered by up using a thrown up fire shield to block it. Then threw multiple fireball at Big Chill right afterwards and even hit with some causing Ben to be pushed back, but overall having no affect. In fact he even ate the last few to show how much of a joke it was to try and use fire against Big Chill.

"Except when it comes to Big Chill, being a ghost that can eat molten metal has it perks, ya know?"

That being said, Big Chill circled his foe unleashed another cloud of arctic breath at Heatblast, who was hit, but continued to fly instead of being frozen solid. Albedo also shrugging off the icy attack like Ben did his own by raising his body temperature to instantly melt the frost forming over his body into steam.

"Well said, too bad that logic applies both ways."

".......Oh....Darn."



That being said, both teens flew towards each other and fired off their best attacks, Ben using his palms to shoot ice beams, while Albedo shot a combined heat blast from both his hands. Meanwhile momentarily floating in the air as he needed both his jet propulsion hands to attack. Although, as the two waves of opposite forces butted heads and pushed each other back and forwardth, Ben demonstrated Big Chill's mastery over his element and split his beam into 4 separate ones. 2 of which went around Albedo's and hit Heatblast jointly in the chest, thus knocking the alien backwards and sending him spiraling out of the sky...

Shadow and her mirror self were locked in a deadly midair dance, whips slicing and feathers flying as the two parried and countered, evenly matched. Mirror-Shadow was subtly leading Shadow back towards the Tower, not for backup but so the winged villain could watch herself despair as all her friends were killed. She was sick like that.

Shadow knocked her other self's whip aside and took advantage of the fleeting opening, lunging forward and opting for a plain old punch to Mirror-Shadow's gut. The villain flew backward, crashing into a treetop. They were already above Central Park, Shadow realized. As Mirror-Shadow sluggishly rose up to meet her once more, Shadow grabbed her collar and forced her back against the tree she had just climbed out of.

'Who the hell are you?! And what do you want with me?'

Mirror-Shadow leaned forward, smiling indulgently.

'I'm you, from another universe. And I want to kill you.'

She kicked Shadow, who was momentarily frozen with shock, away from her. The girl recovered a mere meter from the ground and flew back up, her whip lashing out towards Mirror-Shadow. It didn't deter the villain. In fact, she liked a battle with a bit of pain. It was boring otherwise. And Shadow had been forcing herself not to use her powers for a while now; she was tiring quickly. She barely dodged a punch from Mirror-Shadow, but she didn't even try to avoid the next hit as she heard Will's scream.

'Will!'

Totally forgetting her mirror self, and not even stopping to consider the fact that there might be more than one of them, Shadow folded her wings and dived down towards Will, pulling up at the last moment and dropping to her knees beside him. Before she could try anything, though, Mirror-Shadow tackled her.

They rolled a few meters away, Shadow kicking and punching with a renewed vigor and her eyes filled with real anger and hatred this time. Before she had been simply defending herself, but now she wanted to hurt Mirror-Shadow and anyone else who had dared touch a hair on the Titans' heads. She had joined the Slivers, not the Titans, left Jump for Steel and abandoned the crime-fighting scene altogether, but Shadow was hard to get rid of once she decided you were worth her trust.

As Albedo plummeted towards the ground he hit the Omnitrix symbol on Heatblast's chest one more time, transforming in a flash of green light just as he collided with the ground, which sent up a mound of dirt and grass into the air again. Almost akin to a meteor hitting the Earth in a way, but in any case Ben thought that was the end of the fight and flew down to his injured comrade. He had noticed Psychosis falling out of the sky just as Big Chill had defeated Albedo in their stand off. After flying down next to Will and reverting back to human form so it was safe to touch him, Ben began to examine his teammate.

"Whoa, you're really banged up. I need to get you to the infirmary before any of these injuries become permanent or get any worse. Probably should go Xlr8 to get you Med. Bay faster because I don't know how much juice the Omnitrix has left in it after all those switches."

Then Ben began rotating the dial on the space watch, looking for a picture of his speedster alien as so he could run the Titans East member to the medical wing of the tower in under a second or 2. When suddenly from behind him a large shadow was cast! Ben didn't notice of course until it was too late and as he turned around, he was suddenly grabbed by a giant pink and rubbery hand by the waist. It wa Albedo in the form he had switched to, it had obviosuly saved him from the high-impact and what's worse, Ben rememebred this alien.

"Tell me Tennyon, do you remember this one? I think you called it, Muscleman, did you not?"

"*URGH* Ya, but *AHH* it's locked away. *AUGH* How do you have it?" *ARRGH*"

"You foolish meatbag, while you spend your time in school trying to increase your walnut sized pea-brain or hanging out with your idiot team, I am busy trying to unlock the secrets of the Omnitrix. Admittedly, I haven't been able to access the mastercode as of yet, but as you can see I have found, some, combinations to unlock a few new ones or in this case should I say classics."

As Albedo applied pressure to Ben while speaking, he held the boy up to the alien's full height and continued to squeeze the life out of him. Ben about to collapse knew he had to change forms, but he wasn't sure what he was going to turn into. He was going through alien selection when Albedo attacked. Then again, either way it was better than being crushed by your past favorite alien.



Ben then with both free arms slammed down on the Omnitrix faceplate and began to shift forms right there in Muscleman's grasp. Except, as he changed he was transforming into something he had never been before in this universe. As his body turned to vines, which came together to form a humanoid shape and methane gas emitted form his figure. Ben was transformed from being a regualr teenage kid, to a 6'5, tree like swamp thing known as, Swampfire!

"But, tell me Albedo have you figured out how to do this!?"

As Swampfire was formed in Albedo's gaint palm now, his extra durabiltiy allowed him time to think of a counter measure to forcefully remove the muscley alien's grip on him. A split second later Swampfire reached back with both hands and grabbed a bunch of seeds from his backside and threw them on the ground causing a bunch of huge vine like plants to spring up moments later. Then using his chlorokinesis, he commanded them to wrap around Muscleman and free Ben from his grasp while the bulky alien was raised off his feet and into the air a few feet.

"*GRRURRGH!* Do you really think this can hold me Tennyson, I'll be free within seconds."

"Actually, no I don't think it can, but in a few seconds you're going to be dreaming about killing me and pillaging other planets in another galaxy far, far, away."

As Swampfire dropped to one knee and saw Muscleman struggling, he quickly stood up and walked over to the skinless alien and placed his palms up to where his nostrils would be. A gas then emitted from Ben's palms and began to make Albedo very drowsy...

"Wait what!?! NOOOoOOoooo.......ZZZzZZZzzz"

"Night, night, sweet prince."

After using the knock out gas on Albedo, both of them seemed to revert back to human form at the same time. Ben willingly, but mostly to save power and let the watch recharge. While Albedo did so due to his Omnitrix timing out...Oh and because he was unconcious.

After defeating Albedo Ben looked to Will and to his fallen enemy, then to the Omnitrix. It was red, which meant it was in recharge mode. With no aliens to help him out, there was no way a scrawny kid was going to be able to carry both Albedo and Psychosis (delicately) to the holding cell and Medical Bay by himself. Not to mention he couldn't monitor both Will to make sure he's ok and Albedo to make sure he didn't wake up and just break out the cell at the same time.

"I need back-up for this one. Where is everybody?"

As Ben spoke to himself with the bodies around him, he used one of the features that worked on the Omnitrix regardless of it's recharge mode.

"Calling all Titans, especially East! Where are you guys? Psychosis is down, and I repeat down pretty bad. I just got attacked by one of my past enemies and don't have the power left to take care of him and keep this guy out of it. Need assistance, stat."

Now Ben just waited, checking constantly on Will while eyeing the dozing Albedo.

Shadow punched Mirror-Shadow square in the jaw, taking the momentary reprieve to grab the villainess by the front of her shirt and pull her up into the air as Shadow spread her wings. Darkness sprung from the ground, wrapping tight around them. Shadow gasped in pain and dropped her mirror counterpart, the latter flying up and laughing cruelly as the shadows crept around Shadow's entire form and squeezed tighter and tighter. She coughed as she felt a rib crack.

'Weak! Pathetic, weak, useless little- ahh!'

Mirror-Shadow's gloating was cut short by a rather girly scream as Shadow willed her own shadow to grab the villain's ankle and wind around her waist. Mirror-Shadow was slammed to the ground repeatedly, Shadow descending a safe distance away with cold eyes. She easily dodged the few weak attacks Mirror-Shadow sent at her, finally stopping the relentless beating and walking up to the shivering form on the ground. Shadow pushed the winged villain over with her foot, the shadow coiling around Mirror-Shadow so she was rendered completely immobile.

'Who's pathetic now?'

Shadow's eyes glowed unhealthily as she raised her whip, the darkness seeming to writhe with a life of its own, but she dropped it with a gasp as Ben's urgent voice cut through her consciousness. The girl didn't dwell on what she had been about to do, instead extending a thin cord from Mirror-Shadow's bonds so that she could drag her across to where Albedo was lying. Shadow tied him up too, and tossed the cord to Ben.

'The shadows will take most of the weight.'

That was all she said as she knelt beside Will, taking a deep breath. She concentrated, creating a stretcher out of darkness and gently sliding it under him. A lance of pain shot through her, a reminder that she still had a broken rib. She ignored it as best she could, shakily standing up and floating the shadow stretcher carefully in front of her as she walked as fast as she could towards the tower.
