Midnight Melody (Open)

Luna winced as she found it more and more difficult to move "gyaa...aahh...stop please..." she muttered before falling to the poison, hoping that one of the two guys with her would be able to help, she felt so useless to them, and she wanted to apologize for failing them so.

The Jellyfish loosing interest in the girl released her by throwing her back to land. Now it would deal with the raptor by smacking it into the water. Hoping to drown it. Brian coughed into his hand. He was done doing what he needed. "Its a good thing I can control my body completely or else I wouldn't be able to move." Brian said as he got up, using his strength he picked up the rock he was hiding behind and threw it at the jelly fish. The rock bounced off the Jellyfish and it flinched for a moment. While it was stunned Brian moved to catch the girl who had been let go by the jellyfish.

Bloodveld Wrestled with the monster, but with extreme difficulty. As it smacked him into the water, he could feel his strength failing. Bloodveld was fighting for his life...and it looked like he was losing.

Luna weakly looked to Brian and smiled at him "t-thank you..." she said softly before she closed her eyes, her body felt too numb to move.

"Your welcome." Brian said putting the girl on the sand. Brian placed his hand on her chest. From the heart beat it seemed she just passed out. Sighing Brian put one of his cuts up to the girl's mouth. Thanks to his powers Brian was able to create special white blood cells that could fight the jellyfish's venom... but of course it would still take a while for it to work. Brian hoped that their blood types were compatible or he might create more problems then he could solve. Once Brian was finished he felt himself being pulled and thrown high into the air by a tenticle. Brian as he fell down grabbed the tenticles and began to use his strength to rip the tenticles as much as he could. His darker skin would help fend off the poison for a bit and his white blood cells would help protect him from the full effects of the poison.

Dealing with Brian the jellyfish had to let up abit on the raptor so it could deal with both. Moving it's tenticles it began to lash at the raptor underwater whild attempting to capture Brian in midair.

Under the water, Bloodveld managed to get the tentacle off his neck, while the thick cartilage in his skin helped to protect hem from the lashing. Even with his healing powers helping keep the poison effects off, the fact that he was being held underwater, he wasn't sure if he would make it. He bit into the tentacle on his arm.

Luna sipped some of his blood then let her body rest.

AS the tenticles were ripped off Brian was freefalling through the air down toward the top of the jellyfish. As he fell he moved left and right to avoid the tenticles that were lashing at him. As he fell Brian could feel him falling faster and faster. In moments Brian knew that if he were to hit the top of the jellyfish the only part that isn't poisonous he would end up smashing the jellyfish against the ground effectively killing it or at least holding it off so he could help everyone make their escape.

Under the water The jellyfish pulled the veloicraptor to and fro hoping to shake it off, it even went as far to smack it's head against the rocks. If the raptor didn't let go the jelly fish prepared to completely intangle the raptor in it's tenticles and choke it underwater. At this point the fish wanted to deal with the guy comming from the sky toward it.

Bloodveld didn't hesitate to let go of the Giant jellyfish; all he wanted right now was to get away from the thing. As soon as he was free he scrambled to the surface, gasping for air. Due to the poison he felt quite weak, but with what strength he had swam desperately for shore. He got to where the water was shallow enough he could walk on the bottom, but as he walked he had trouble standing up and felt like he could collapse at any time.

[OOC: Luna is asleep so skip me this time.]

Brian continued to dodge the tenticles as he fell faster and faster toward the jellyfish. The jelly fish wasn't going to go down easily as it began to layer it's head with a few tenticles as a shield. When Brian got further and further down he began to yell. Instead of it sounding like a scream of fear or triumph it sounded more like a a shout of anticipation a battle cry.
"TAKE THIS YOU OVERGROWN SQUID!!!!"

When Brian collided with the Jellyfish the shock to the jelly fish was so great that it's tenticles moved everywhere but the ones used to block the punch went through the protective layer on top of the jellyfish's head. Brian had apparently fell at a high enough velocity for him to be able to pierce the protective layer of the jellyfish. a moment later the jellyfish threw Brian back to the sandy beaches before falling on the beach itself, It stopped moving completely. SIghing Brian looked to see a another guy who looked exhausted.

"Where the hell did you come from?"

Bloodveld didn't seem to hear Brian; or if he did, he didn't seem to care. /That stupid...fish.../ Bloodveld thought. He struggled to walk up the shore before finally collapsing on the beach. /I don't think I can go any farther.../. He looked and saw the jellyfish lying there motionless. /Maybe I won't need to for a while/ he hoped. He laid there, resting, sore and in pain from the poison and the beating he took, though his healing had already started to repair the bruising and cuts that he had.

Luna continued resting, her body was desperately trying to use Brian's blood to help heal itself, she merely breathed slowly, seeming in slight pain when she breathed.

Watching the man ignore him Brian sighed. Seemed that it was over. Brian laid on his back in the solf sand and began to move his hand across the sky. Forming outlines of the stars with his hands Brian sighed as his body began to revert to it's original form minus the change in his blood.

Bloodveld lay there in the sand, in pain and not really able to do much of anything at the moment. He had taken in a lot of poison from all those tentacles that attacked him; though his healing ability allowed him to withstand enough poison that would kill a normal person, or at least put them in critical condition. But than again... perhaps he was in critical condition; he felt pain all over, and could barely move at all. So he lay there...moaning slightly.
