Cupid's Not So Nice (Valentine's thread, open to all)

All was calm in Jump City. Of course, the peace wouldn't last. A man walking down the street noticed a large shadow, it's owner above him. Looking up, he noticed a winged man descending, at which in the same moment a small arrow pierced his shoulder. The poor man fell to the ground in pain, but then rose up, his eyes glowing pink. He looked around with a crazed look on his face, until he spotted a woman across the street, and made way to pursue her. The winged man proceeded in shooting several other pedestrians, sparking up absolute chaos.

"Yes, silly people! Embrace your feelings!" shouted the angel-like menace. He flew up into the air a second time, looking for more people to bewitch. He landed in the center of a plaza, and began letting loose arrows all over the place. He shot everyone in sight with an arrow, and soon all of them were clamoring to find one another. The evil angel smiled at his work. "That's right! Aren't you happy, I, Seraph, came along?" he said, laughing at the bewitched people.

"Hey! Serpah is it? I don't mean to be a mood killer, but I think this holiday works best when you're not forcing people to fall in love with complete strangers."

Suddenly from out of the blue a boy came running on scene after leaping off a green and black hoverboard. It was Ben 10, who had tracked a trail of cars parked in the middle of rush hour traffic while random people were either were smooching or chasing others they were madly in love with outside of them. Eventually leading Ben to the culprit.

"Not only that, your match making skills just stink in general. Almost as much as..."

Suddenly a flash a green light appeard after Ben rotated the dial on the omnitrix to a holograph of a creature with wings and slammed down on it. Afterwards being transformed into the horrific smelling insect fly alien itself;

"Stinkfly! Trust me, I'd know, I'm the expert."

That being said, the now alien superhero flew up into the air after Serpah and tried to hit the rogue cupid angel with a slime luggy from the bowls of his putrid throat. The idea wasn't to hurt him, but to defintiely stop him from infecting people with love arrows.

Almost as soon as Seraph had begun terrorizing the people in the plaza, had a teenage boy appeared and transformed into an absolutely vile creature. The boy, whom Seraph assumed was a superhero of some sort, spit a glob of sticky, smelly liquid at him, and it got caught in his wings. "How dare you do such a thing, impudent boy!" he said, and nocked his bow, taking aim at the alien hero. Seraph let go of the string, and the arrow flew towards him.

Seraph's arrow snapped in half with the brisk crack of Shadow's whip. The winged heroine had arrived a little late, the bright flash of green as she arrived alerting her to Ben's presence. Truth be told, the girl had kind of been hoping for a fight; all the couples and dates and pink everywhere had her wanting to hit something. That something was in the air in front of her, a mixture of confusion, fury and mindless arrogance on its face.

'I hate Valentine's day.'

The curt sentence, truthfully spoken, was an explicit warning to Seraph as Shadow flew straight at him, not a little eager to get away from Stinkfly's stench. Ben when he was just a kid was alright (this was high praise from Shadow) but this thing was just... ugh.

Out of breath Gx26 arrived "Why can't I be able to fly!" he complained. he saw the man with arrows strapped to his back and hearts attached to different parts of his clothing. " Is it wacky tacky day already?" Gx26 chuckled. He pointed his giant portal gun at a near by tree and shot the end. he then shot another portal under himself and "POP" he came out of the tree. he ran behind the floating man and kicked him down. Gx26 caught himself and ran towards Ben and Shadow. Using his feet to stop him he looked around and saw people everywhere kissing each other, chasing each other, or running away from each other.

"What the heck? what did you do!" Gx26 shouted at cupid, the flying love witch.

Galaxius found herself flying at full speed towards the city then coming to an abrupt stop as she took in the havoc Seraph has created.

"What's going on...?" she asked herself quietly.

Her attention then locked view on 1 person, 2 wing beings, and a giant fly grouped together. Her curiosity sparked again.

"They are like me, different from earthlings. Maybe they can tell me what's going on around here."

She found herself flying towards the group but slowing down to see that she may be entering some sort of feud.

The goop from Stinkfly hit the mark, but was followed by a counter attack from the holiday marksman. Luckily, though the arrow was blocked by Shadow.

"Aww, come on Shadow it's not that bad. I planned on taking Capricious out tonight, you should come with us, just invite one of the guys at the tower. By the way, what chocolate do you think she likes best, mint or milk chocolate?"

It seemed odd, a giant insect with gaseous fumes emitting from various parts of it's body speaking of love. Especially while his teammate was in the middle of battle. Also, before her charge and right after the arrow shot, that boy Ben had met the other day arrived and surprise attacked the evil cupid.

Watching from a distance Synthosis finally jumped in thinking they needed help. She jumped from the tree and flew over to the three other titans. She looked at the poorly dressed man, flying above them.She looked down at the concrete then she turned see through and fell beneath the ground. She came out from under the ground and ended up be hind the flying cupid man. " I agree with Ben, if your going to make people fall in love, pair them right. and maybe you should also work on your sense of style."She chuckled

She used one of her blades and and went to cut a hole in his pants.

Galaxuis saw another human jump into action.

"What is going on..?" she thought as her ears drooped in confusion.

She slowly lowered herself to the ground with her arms crossed tightly over her chest. she then walked towards the group taking in more of the scenery with her 180 degree vision. Everything as adorned with hearts, frills, stuffed animals, and pink colors.

"MY GOODNESS IM IN LOVE"

A 6 ft tall man came running towards Galaxuis in full force. She quickly jump kicked the infatuated man in the face, only to fly off a split second later in full speed fear blinding her sight as she was about to smash into the stinkfly.

"BEN LOOK OUT!" Synthosis shouted over the ragging love of the crowd.
Synothosis jumped into action ignoring cupid and trying to show Ben her skills, she thought this was her chance, she flew towards the flying girl and stopped right in front of Ben hoping she won't get hurt too. Synthosis examined The girl carefully then stuck out her hand "Synthosis, member of the Nighthawks" She greeted while smiling under her mask.

Galaxuis flew head first into Synothosis and Ben with full speed.

"OOOOF"

"ARGH!" Synthosis moaned. Synthosis rubbed her stomach then her head. She got up and walked towards the clumsy girl I'm not the enemy! He is!!!" She pointed at Seraph.

OT: ok then. Also, this might be little nitpicky but try to let others get a post in lol, ya know, take turns?

Ben suddenly heard his name be called out as a woman stead fast approached him and then from the other side another girl came flying out of the blue. Who were these people? One said she was a Nighthawk just before the other came soaring into them.

"Uhh, do I know you --- ACK!"

Galxius and the now caught off guard Synthosis, along with Stinkfly, both got kncoked down by the other strange girl casuing the Titan to rub his head as he hit the ground and reverted back to human form.

"Ouch."

Synthosis looked at Ben then the girl and thought what a mess![i] She stuck out her hand to Ben "You okay she asked?"

Galaxuis hit the floor and rolled a little farther then the other two she had accidentally collided with. She slowly lifted her body until she was sitting on her bottom and staring at the boy with brown hair and the women with the mask. She begin to become agitated and her neck ached from the collision.

"The first day I return to Earth and this happens." She thought angrily.

She then looked over at the winged man that the women pointed at then glanced back at the women.

"I wasn't trying to attack you...I was getting away from some weirdo earthling!!!"

Galaxuis got to her feet then brushed the dust off her dress and shoes.

"You both okay?"

Then folded her arms once again as she saw the women reach her arm out for the male.
