Zack squinted, his grin widening in suspicion. "You're obviously not the run o the mill super, are ya girly? Far more observant than most... I'm assuming you've been trained by para military at the lowest..." Zack stopped suddenly, looking at Kat with renewed suspicion. "A look? You wanna cut me open, eh? Careful, curiosity killed the Kat. Look if you want, but I'm not made of anything normal. This alloy is somethin' special that the us military's been cooking up for generations now, no one else's got it and they guard it with more jealousy than my predecessor." Zack tapped on his chest to strengthen his point. "They've been tracking me for a while now, and so far I've been lucky enough to survive. You don't have the protection I do, and the moment you see their secrets you paint a target on your back. I will not stop you from taking a look, however do so at your own risk. And I suggest not doing so near the other guests, The only way to get at my shield involves a bit of a mess."

"Bah! 'Taint all that deep, girly. It's just under my skin. I'm harder to get through than most, but beneath this alloy, I'm just as squishy as the next guy. And I died to get this armor, girly. They chose me because I would be the most likely out of untold millions to survive the operation. They tracked me down, and they murdered my mother, my father, countless civvies, and finally, me. They took my corpse and sliced and sliced. They sliced away at my corpse until I was not but blood and bones and ruined flesh. They placed this armor under my skin and they cracked open this egg. They went inside and scooped out the bits that made it strong. They put something else in, something that weighs oh so heavy on this mind. And I'll be you've yet to see metal like this." Zack drew his combat knife, tossing it into the air and catching it, twirling the blade between his fingers. Then, holding the blade in the palm of his hand, he flipped his hand palm down, and the blade stayed where it was, firmly attached.

Kat was expecting something relatively surprising, but definitely not to this level. For several moments, her mouth remained wide-open and her electric blue eyes bulged as she tried to grasp the concept. “I-I-I’m so sorry… I wouldn’t have pried if I had known. I can’t even imagine what you’ve been through! I thought my family’s military problems were bad, but compared to yours…” she paused, choosing carefully what words to use next.

“I’d rather not know anymore, honestly. Some truths are meant to be kept secret… especially dangerous ones.” Katarzyna closed her eyes, as if trying to wake from a bad dream.

Jay came up behind Zack reaching over his shoulder for the carefully wrapped package that he had obviously forgotten. "Well, now we have the lunatic of a Zack we all know and love," Jay said said as she struggled to grab the package over Zack's shoulder.

"Sorry blue, ya wanted to know, and now you do. You'll never forget that knowledge. Some things are secrets for a reason don't ya know. At least the screams don't keep you from- Hwah?" Zack stopped in mid-sentence as Jay reached over his shoulder. He hadn't been expecting it and jumped, startled for the first time anyone had seen. "Ah! Jay! What? Oh... Your..." Zack seemed rather uneasy as he sheepishly handed her the package. "I hope you like it... I had to... edit it a bit... a lot actually... you can't really buy that kinda present... I don't wanna say I... made it from scratch or anything... 'cause I didn't... I just kinda... put it together..."

Jay laughed at Zack's jumpyness, "Ha! got you to jump! ah, that made my week." Jay smirked and then looked over the package as if it would explode, "can't buy it...hmmm," Jay refrained from shaking it, mostly afriad that if she did it would set off the small bomb inside or what ever it was. She then decided that her team mate wouldn't really be that mean... would he? She almost went at it ready to tear it open when she decided better to ask first, "this isn't revenge for that exploding soot thing, right?" she asked, then carefully opened the wrapping as if planning on saving the paper.

The package, lifted as if it weighed nothing in Zack's hands, was actually surprisingly heavy. "Jump? Oh... Yea..." Zack's grin widened a fraction, though his perpetual grin hid his true nervous expression. His eyes widened as she asked about revenge. "What? No! Not... not this..." He said as he shook his head rigorously, waving his hands as well as if to accentuate his point.

"Whelp, it's be grand, but I think it's time we get going."

It was getting late and Sage was no longer comfortable or happy with the current situation. Someone had broken into the tower and instead of forcefully escorting her out, Zack was having pleasantries with this girl; who blatantly insulted JaK and his team.

OT: Just looking to wrap it up, kinda lost a few Rpers in the topic and a lot of stuff is going that SImca's chars would probably object too if she was able to RP atm haha.

OT2: In case anyone is wondering, Ben went to bed hours ago. Just didn't feel like posting it and had him just drop out of RP

OOC: Okay, are we still playing Truth or Dare? And what will happen to Kat? Is the party called off since Kat appeared? Because practically NOBODY is role playing about the party, just talking to Kat. I don't know what I should make Karrmy do.

OT: Most likely were going to leave soon. So just stay posted Karrmy, as soon as someone replies to JaK well probably head out of the thread and leave only Slivers and TTC in here.
