Taking in the past...then burning it. (Open.)

Through feverish heat roasting his brain, a fierce anger burning almost as brightly as his armor, and blinding pain, Silent Night struggled to distinguish reality from illusion as hazy outlines from the present blurred and mixed with long buried ghosts from the past. As his eyes glazed over in a dreamlike trance, he percieved the area around him as he did his nightmares. In his newly percieved reality, the ground warped into a crater marked city block turned battlefield strewn with dead and dying civilians. Three in particular stood out to him, and he dropped to he's knees as he relived his past. "You monsters..." He choked, now compleatly lost within his vision. "How dare you call yourselves heroes!" He stood slowly, speaking quietly as his anger grew. There was one difference between this illusion and his nightmares, however. Here, his opponents were still corpral. Here, he could fight back. "You thought you could help? How is this helping? You've brought nothing but pain and death. We must always pay the piper, fallen ones. And you two are no exceptions. Sooner or later, we must all embrace Silent Night eternal. He shuddered, concentrating on his armor. Slowly at first, bits of metal from the rubble in the streets crawled towards him, picking up speed as his armor grew more and more magnetic. Moments later, he was covered in a makeshift outer armor of sharpened metal which constantly shifted as it hovered centemeteres above his skin. A steel pole pulled it's self to his hand as he tossed his knife into the air. Like the shaft of a spear, he caught the pole, allowing the combat knife to land on the end, it's handle attatching to the pole like a speartip. He twirled his weapon, grinning as he prepared to vanquish that which haunted his mind. "You two murderers killed these people. You killed me. You killed my family. Now it's my turn." He took a step forward, shuddering slightly as he fought to keep his concentration through his pain.

Kira face-palmed.

Great, he's insane.

With a sigh Kira watched as the soon to die metal man stupidly wasted his energy in pulling anything and everything magnetic to surround him and create a makeshift armor. Then he went and created a spear of all things. Now whilst Kira was just as vulnerable to a spear as normal humans were, the weight of the metal inside the guy, combined with that now outside him, layered on top of the fact he could barely stand, meant that her super speed in this hybrid form would allow her to sprint to the guy, take the spear, break his neck, and walk away, all before he could do anything more than partially raise the spear to defend himself.

Kira rolled her head, cracking the bones in her neck as she waited for the man to either give up, collapse, or burn to death. She had no intention of harming him unless he gave her no choice. The wolf naturally hoped for the 'burn to death' or 'lets kill him' options, but Kira simply blocked those thoughts out.

It was then that another thought occurred to Kira, what if there was more to this guy than metal? Could he have another power which meant he was actually a threat to her and Gray? Kira's eyes narrowed slightly as she almost imperceptibly shifted her weight into a more defensive stance. Never hurts to be prepared now does it?

"If you keep going like this you'll be dead in minutes. Put the spear down and let us help you before you bleed or burn to death." Kira called to the guy, she didn't expect him to hear, yet alone understand what she was saying, but Kira had seen people in worse conditions of insanity pull themselves back to reality before. This guy might do the same... then again.... he might not.

Ooc: Yea, that makes sense. Wouldn't much enjoy it if I were the one left out. I guess we wait then.

Gray looked at him with amusement. When he had metal in him, Gray frantically began to think for a solution. He then formed a spear and armor from the surrounding metals. He formed a spear of his own, out of ice. He searched his memory for a moment similar to this...just like freezing fire?
He got an idea, but he would need alot of water. He melted his spear and drank the cold water, his idea expanded as the cold water went down his throat. He pulled out a large water bottle that his friend had given him and began to drink it quickly. He stopped for a moment to tell Kira something,
"Kira, I need time. And if you have some water, please give it to me." He said, then he continued to drink his water. He also tried to take water from the air, he had never tried it before, it was recently taught to him. Water began visible as it gathered around, his body absorbed the water. Although sometimes the concentrated water would break up, to be reformed, it was going nicely.

Silent Night closed his eyes for a moment as he concentrated herder, and the metal floating around his boots shot down, pressing into the ground. Silent Night was focusing on shoving the sewer system below him down, which instead pushed him into the air, creating a hovering effect. Normally, the metal around his boots would have stayed with him, but he was struggling to keep himself armored as it was. While keeping himself a few inches above the ground, he could use metals around him to repell away from or atract to, effectively gliding at whatever speed he required. Unfourtunatly, this meant burning the candle of his concentration and willpower at both ends. Already, his strength was showing signs of weakening, and he dropped almoast to the ground for a moment before pulling himself back up.

"Sorry Gray, no water, i'll try and get this fool out of you're hair whilst you prepare though." Kira calmly replied to Gray's request, never taking her eyes off the very slowly approaching metal man.

This was a good idea, for as she was talking with Gray, the dead man walking decided it would be better to float.

If this guy wasn't on the edge of death, this fight could be somewhat more challenging... Kira mused to herself, observing with interest at how metal man almost fell back to earth again before righting himself. Frankly Kira was amazed this guy could still be using so much of is powers considering the state he was in. But surely he couldn't last much longer? Whatever Gray was doing had better cool this guy off before he roasted from the inside, or bleed to death.

Kira let the transformation of her forearms and hands change a bit. She kept alot of the strength her wolfy form gave her in her arms, however she changed her hands so that instead of being giant clumsy paws, they were well muscled human hands. It was her nails that really drew the eye however. Naturally, Kira's human form nails are made of the same stuff as her wolf form's claws, hence she always wears her gloves as her nails have a tendency to cut through everything and anything, people, frying pans, concrete, etc. this is why she let her nails in this hybrid form grow out into talon-like claws, almost a long as her hand was. These babies would have no problem cutting through the metal surrounding metal man over there, the deep gouges in the road where her claws had sliced through the concrete as though it were butter in an effort to keep Kira righted as she skidded around the corner proved that. Kira had only changed her hands back into human form because under the layer of metallic armor was a man and she didn't want to cut to deep and injure him further.

"I dont want to hurt you, but if you attack us, i may have to." Kira called, flexing her hands by her sides, getting used to the deadly weapons attached to each of her fingers.

Gray then gathered enough water, he crouched and made various symbols on the floor made of ice. The symbol in the middle closely resembled a dragon. He took a big breath, and yelled,
"Roar of the Ice Dragon!" He exhaled, and his breath was super cooled, it froze whatever it touched. Silent Night, in that condition, was most likely hit by it, cooling him down a lot.

Gray then fell onto his hands and knees, out of the 70% of water in his body, he used 60% and used water from the air, and his water bottle. He could have done another move, but Gray only had this idea.
"I need some water..." He rasped.


(Short post! But my sister is back from collage. So, short post is result. =P)

Silent Night was struggling, but his anger grew at his weakness, anger which he used for fuel. By this point he was losing control of his outer armor, whole sections of the makeshift armor were dropping to the ground or suddenly let loose, spinning off at random. When unable to move without risking collapse, he leveled his spear, holding it in one hand and pointing it at Kira. "You don't want to hurt me? Well isn't that nice? You don't want to hurt me, so you butcher my family? You murder me and my parents, you let all these people die? That's not very diplomatic." He chuckled. "Perhaps you should try a different tactic?" He reversed his polarity, launching both the combat dagger, and (rather unintentionally,) the rest of his armor like bullets, the armor in random directions, the blade at Kira. Then he was hit by a wall of frozen air, and he dropped like a stone, along with the metal around him, the dagger skidding to a halt about a foot in front of it's intended target. He shivered, unable to move, muttering gibberish as he curled up into a ball on his side. The only intelligible phrase that could be distinguished was "Why an I cold?" He was still in a trance, but now he was stuck in the middle, flickering back and fourth between reality and nightmare.

Simca jumped through the air, somersaulting over and landed on the ground in a crouched, tiger position in front of the Titans Tower. She looked up and quickly saw the armored (and frozen) man towards the corner, standing up to her full height to get a better perceptive.

She turned her head then and focused her attention on the other two people acting as the defenders. She could guess they were Titans - who else would be trying to defend the T-Tower anyways? Besides, she could recognize one of them already. Her old team-mate.

Kira...

The boy was a mystery but she would probably get to know him soon as well.

Simca jumped and flipped through the air, landing next to Kira in a crouched position before standing up to her full height again and looking at the girl.

"Need a hand?" she said, speaking in her soft, yet mature voice. Everything about Simca had either changed or grown. She wondered if Kira would even recognize her now. Of course, then again, this was Kira. She could probably smell through ten layers of perfume and recognize someone after ten years. According to Kira's time, she had only last seen Simca (as Swallow) circa few months ago.

She then turned her attention back to the frozen... uh... something, narrowing her brownish-red eyes at him, before turning her head back towards Kira and the boy next to her. She did not say anything as she stared at the "Iceman", simply looking at him and judging him.

Sinent Night reached out, struggling to move as the interlocking plates beneath his skin froze and refused to move easily. He reached towards his knife like a child reaching for a favorite stuffed animal, struggling to concentrate hard enough to bring it to him. The blade shuddered, dragging it's self about a foot, before coming to a halt as Silent Night collapsed. Refusing to give up, he tried again, but the blade only shuddered before he collapsed again. He slowly started making more sense, but his muttering was still largely unintelligable.

OOC: so I'm assuming this topic died? That kind of sucks... I found it interesting seeing my char being beaten down for once.

(I'm thinking Kira has Finals going on...Like me pretty soon. And finals are...Well finals.)

ooc: Yea, that makes sense. Speaking of which, I've got my English final today. Ugh...
