The Return of Slade! (Open to Titans & Villains)

OT: just leave her... because there's bombs in the tower.

Fenrir shook his head, putting Claire down. She seemed to be unconscious. He heard that there were bombs in the tower from Aeon before it got shut down, and flew back into the tower. He had to find Deathstroke.

Fenrir flew past everyone fighting at his fastest speed possible. He made a few slices here and there to help them out, but he was the one that supposed to be finding Slade. He needed to get on it. He conjured a current around him in a sphere. What this did was conceal all sound he was making. If he was going to find Slade, he needed every advantage he could get.

He flew down the corridors, looking for him. Not a lot of ninja were this way, and he assumed Slade would be away from all of the commotion, especially now that there were bombs in the building. He saw Slade talking to Jinx, and, luckily for Fenrir, not only was Fenrir in the shadows, but at Slade's back. He didn't slow down at all, flying for Slade.

Provided there were no surprise cyborg ninja, or that Slade didn't notice him, Fenrir would fly out of the darkness faster than a car on the highway, and, both hands on the Sword of the Truth, would use the flat of the blade like a baseball bat to the back of Slade's head. Again, provided he wasn't able to stop it with his minions or his reflexes, this blow would send him rolling across the floor a few meters away.

If there were cyborgs to take care of, Fenrir would plow through them before still attempting to hit Slade in the same fluid movement.

After Slade got up (From dodging or taking the hit, either way), Fenrir would be staring directly at him. He talked to Jinx, but didn't look at her.

Jinx. Don't make this harder for us than it is already. There are bombs rigged throughout the tower. You can waste your time fighting me, or get out. Now.

Deathstroke. Are you a betting man?

Fenrir readied himself for any moves Deathstroke or Jinx would make, staying aloft in the air with slow flaps of his wings.

Metamorphi noticed Fenrir leaving and barely resisted following him, someone needed to keep these cyborgs away from them and it sure as hell wasn`t going to be any of the others. He grabbed a cyborg by the neck and threw him like a bowling ball at some of the others.

OT: Waiting on Jinx.

Jinx was almost in the home stretch...if she remembered correctly, she just needed to head down one more flight of stairs...and God, her wrist was on fire...

But Deathstroke stood in front of her, fixing the one lighter eye on her. She forced herself to hold his gaze, as hard as it was. And she was surprised he was directly addressing her. She knew the way this kind of guy worked, she really did. But she couldn't help but feel some sense of flattery, satisfaction...some kind of acceptance in what he said, as dumb as she knew she was being...

"Sir...I...I was just going to...my wrist, I..." that was when she stopped talking, her face betraying her thoughts, but acutely aware of how pathetic she sounded. Should she stay, or go? She was one girl with a broken wrist against all these Titans. But if she left now...

She had to stay. She had to wait. She'd made her bed, and now she had to lie in it...but should she see her chance, she'd take it.

That was when Fenrir injected himself in to the situation. She made her choice.

"Then I guess I'm going to have to waste my time fighting you," she stated, her eyes glowing pink as a panel of roofing dislodged itself, hurtling towards Fenrir.

Black Jack had been flying through the tower his card form via the vents tyring to find Slade. After recieving orders to locate the madman, he taken to the vents to locate him, by using his cards as eyes in the various rooms. He wasn't having much luck though as he couldn't find the man. However as he heard a loud noise nearby , he took off through the vents and flew up to the nearst room and popped out in a massive wave of cards. His cards formed into his body again as he took a stance next to Fenrir and stared in shock as he saw Jinx on the roof, reayd to battle. "Jinx? Oh no" he said as he tried to hid his surprise at seeing the girl he had dated a few nights earlier.

He then pulled out a few cards and held them in his fingers as he watched Jinx carefully, trying to figur eout a way to help her get away as well as hide thier relaitonship from his friends.

Claire had woken up on the ground, seeming to stare up into the sky. Did she fall and hit the ground? No she couldn't have...she would have been dead. Someone or something must've saved her. But what...or who? Slowly and cautiously, Claire gets up to her feet.

"Ugh.."

She puts her hand on her head just as some robo ninjas come out of the front part of the tower. They slide the little detonation bombs again. Holding her hand out, she puts them in a force field and then attaches the force field to one of their heads. It explodes, making the head decapacitate and the body falling. Claire turns invisible and slams her foot into the otherr ninja's head, making it fall to the ground with a piece of its head broken. She starts to run toward titans tower when she falls to the ground.

"No my running....it's.....gone?"

More robo ninjas appear around Helpless Claire.

To Fenrir's surprise, Jinx decided to stay and fight, while Slade got away. She launched a roofing tile at him from her bad energy. Fenrir pointed the Sword of Truth forward. As soon as it poked the roofing tile, it stopped, and fell to the ground in front of him, useless. Jinx's powers functioned off of bad luck. That was good, for Fenrir.

So you want to stick around for somebody that doesn't know you, doesn't care about you, and only wants to use you as a distraction so he can get away while the bombs go off? Nice pick of loyalties, there.

Black Jack showed up to back up Fenrir.

You know what? That's fine. Either way, you're leaving. Now.

Fenrir brought his sword down in a large holy blast. It was a narrow hallway, so it took up all of the space. There were no doors to go through. There was only the window at the end, overlooking the bay. Jinx wouldn't be able to blast through it, because her powers were on the evil end of the spectrum, and so the holy blast would just dissipate those energies. Her only option was to be bathed in the blast and suffer immense pain, possibly blackout, due to being the equivalent of an evil energy telephone pole, or run as fast as she could to get out the window. Either way fixed Fenrir's problem.

He swung two more holy blasts down the hall afterwards, before turning to Black Jack.

We need to find Deathstroke, if he's still in the building.

OT: blackjack, they werent on the roof, so your psot was incorrect. Sorry.

Metamorphi heard Aeon`s instructions and headed to the roof, where he saw the bomb, not knowing how to disarm it, he threw it into the ocean, he waited a terrifying few seconds as he waited for the explosion.

Jinx's eyes flashed, more ceiling falling from the roof. "Do you know how fed up I am of people pretending to know me? And all you do is judge," she snarled, hurling another pink bolt at him.

Jinx immediately regretted her actions. She was right; she might have had a good amount of power, but by herself, she just couldn't take all the Titans at once. Especially when she only had one arm to function, which limited her acrobatic ability a great deal.

She knew she was in trouble the moment the guy pretty much vaporised the roofing tile. That was when she knew she was screwed. She barely acknowledged the new comers; she ran. She was sure she'd be dead, now, if she didn't run. She flung a bolt at the window, then another, shattering the glass. Then she screeched to a halt, the wind whipping at her dress. Water stretched a long way below her, a clean, blue, glassy slate. She'd heard somewhere before that jumping into water from a distance was like landing on concrete, but she had a split second to decide.

She dropped, grabbing the windowframe with her one good arm, slamming against the building and dangling above the ocean as the blast dissapated into the air.

Real great one, Jinx. Really great.

Wincing, she shoved her injured arm back over the threshold, pulling herself back up. Then, she ran.

"Don't feel like dying today!" she called over her shoulder.

Static was in panic mode.

He zoomed from the room, low over his disc.

"We have to get out of here, now," he stated, urgently.

Black Jack stared in shock at Jinx's manuever, but sighe din rleif as she pulled her self back up. Thinking quickly, he ran forward like he was chasing her and shouted to Fenrir, "Go after Slade! I can stop her!" he shouted as he threw his cards behind him forming a wall of cards behind himself and blocking Fenrir's view. Running to catch up with Jinx as he followed her, he quikcly caught up to her and transformed into a collection of cards that launche dinfront of Jinx and reformed infront of her.

Reaching out with his hand in a stopping motion, Black Jack shouted, "Jinx Stop! It's me!" He then looked at her wierd and asked, "What are you doing here? Can't you see that Slade is setitng you up to take the fall for all this?"

Fenrir was already gone, off to find a bomb Aeon told him to find. Fenrir quickly flew through the halls, getting the one in the kitchen and the living room since they were close to each other. He quickly flew out a window and tossed the bombs into the bay, hoping the others had been able to get some.
