Chasing is more fun with "friends" (Ixen)

Tim laughed a little and helped her down he pointed to the kitchen area and said. "Feel free to help yourself. There isn't much but your welcome to it." He flipped on the Tv to the news, it was talking about their work from the night before and how it had to be a hero but there weren't any clues as to which.

Kim looked at the food, then her stomach, then back at the food. She sighed, why not? She walked in the kitchen and about 5 minutes later she came out with a protein bar. She nibbled on it when she walked over and sat next to Tim. "So you don't know who made you amazingly better?" Kim asked trying to enlightened the question.

Tim shrugged and grabbed a little booklet offering it to her, there was no way to tell where it was from and there was no information inside of it besides about what they had changed. "Thats all I had besides my weapons." He looked over at her and said "feel free to read up on me by the way."

Kim took the booklet and inwardly sighed. She hated school already, but it was good to know about others and the way they work. Maybe she'll take an interest in it one day. Kim stood up and smiled at Tim. "Since your a great hero, you have to have some sort of hide out. Your house is nice and all, but do you have an area where you keep hidden files or something?" Kim asked with a sparkle in her eye.

Tim grinned and looked over at Kim and said. "Kim, my dear, now that would be telling wouldn't it. Secret bases aren't secret when people know." He glanced over to a bookcase under the loft. He was messing with her but he figured she'd rush over to try and find his secret room, to be honest he had no need for one. He didn't keep files he just remembered.

Kim turned and followed his gaze to a book shelf. She smiled and walked over there observing the area. She was going to try to pull the books like the movies. She kept on pulling them, but no luck. "Secrets aren't my thing." Kim explained turning to Tim with a raised eyebrow.

Tim smiled and laughed a little saying. "Well then, I guess I should come clean. Their all right here." He pointed to the side of his head and stood walking toward the bookcase. He moved it aside showing her the wall was just a wall.

Kim scowled. "You got me excited for nothing." Kim complained. She then used her traditional puppy dog face that got her what she wanted or would make others feel bad. It was funny to most people, but Kim just did it sometimes because she was so good at it!

Tim held up his hands like he was going to tickle her again and said. "That won't work on me. Too much of a history to fall for someone being sad." He moved toward her wiggling his fingers as he threatened to go through with it. It was clear on his face he was having a good time.

Kim backed up against the wall, putting her hands in the air like he was a cop. "Alright Alright, I wont pry." Kim said as she pushed herself against the wall. "I won't do it anymore." Kim said, truly fearing to be tickled, she can't stand it! There's just something about it that makes her frustrated!

Tim put his hands down and asked. "Got a question that you may find strange, you want to go out sometime? It could be a lot of fun."

Kim crossed her arms and pursed her lips. " I don't know.." Kim questioned, trying to keep him in suspense. "Alright. But our definition of fun might be different." Kim said excitedly, smiling.

Tim asked seriously. "So you don't find hunting down criminals and punishing them for what their doing fun? You'll want something like a nice dinner out and a walk in the park, maybe some fireworks?" Tim laughed a little and grabbed a book on software programming and headed back to the couch.

Kim smiled as she followed him to the couch. "Actually. I enjoy both." Kim said as she put her legs on his lap. She turned where she was laying across the whole couch with her hands behind her head. "Tim," Kim began slowly so she wouldn't mess anything up, "I have a.. question." She finished, choosing her words carefully.

Tim set the book down putting his hand on her legs and said. "Sure whats up?" he was curious to hear what it was figuring it had to do with his money or his past. He would explain as best he could but wouldn't just outright tell her what it was.
