Some Major Repairs! (open)

Mg watched as the scene in the room changed. A chance for her to train with something new and maybe show off her fight skills. Though she didn't want her weaknesses exposed here. Some of them were already which wasn't a good thing. But now all she could do was hope that the rest weren't shown right here in this training room. She watched as he walked over and touched her shoulder again, giving her the full power that he didn't have before. It felt good to have that much strength as she felt it running through her body. She was determined to train even more, and to find out what more she could do with fully charged powers. As he went to take cover, Mg waited for the blue goo to completely cover her and give her armor. No gun was necessary. She then took cover behind a block and waited for it to start.

"Lets go easy. Bandit program for the enemy." Joshua said, readieing his gun. The room then blacked out for a second and the room turned red. Their armor was still blue. "Ah crap. What is it?" Joshua asked the computer, his gun still ready. "Orc program activated." Joshua's eyes widened when the computer said orc program. He looked over at Mg and said. "Get out of here now. Your not ready for these things." He said, as the metal door opened. Too late. These giant green skined aliens came out of the door. The dummies open fired as well as Joshua. They carried axes, pistols, and knifes. Those things were horrid. Their faces huge and jaws jutted forward. Their teeth sharp and stained yellow. They were taller then MG but shorter then Joshua.

Joshua fired his minigun, tearing to shreads the Orc programs. These things were tough, some were still running even when their chest was blown off. They were the Astartes equal through strength, but none too equal through smarts. Joshua was still stronger then them, much much stronger. But he was worried about Mg.

Mg had blinked her eyes when the room first blacked out and then turned red. She wasn't sure of what to think of it until he asked what it was all about to the computer. She looked over at him as the computer spoke and saw his eyes widen, making her a bit uneasy about what the session was going to be about. He then told her to get out but there was no time for that. She looked over at the metal door to see some kind of alien that was unknown to her. She had the blue goo create a long metal pole that she could control the length of. As she got a better look at the aliens, all she could think of was how disgusting they looked. There was one thing good out of this at least. Mg smirked a bit and started combat with the pole once the aliens got close enough.

When the orcs got to close, Joshua ordered his dummies and his weapon to go into close combat. The blue goo turned into a sword and pistol. His armor added a jump pack to his back. It allowed him to jump higher and land hard on the enemy. He jumped up with the help of the jump pack and landed hard on the enemy, sending some of them flying. He cut through orcs and blasted his pistol. The dummies did the same thing, none of them falling prey to the orcs strength.

Mg had let out her anger on the aliens which was really helping her. She had taken some hits but none were too serious that she had to stop now and go to the hospital portion of the tower to get something stitched up. The pole was working great for her and with her new borrowed strength, she felt as though this was nothing but a simple session. She transformed the pole into a blade at one point and started slicing the aliens in legs and arms where they couldn't die right away. She was a hero and heroes don't let people die if they could help it. This practice is what she needed now.

Joshua stabbed through the last Orc and lifted his blade up, cutting the orc in half. He killed these orcs out of instinct. No mercy, was what he was taught to show towards aliens. But sometimes he would feel guilty. The room blacked out and turned blue. Joshua wasn't even sweating. He was breathing normally. "Those were Orcs. They are monsterous beings that love to kill." He looked up and said. "Computer, shut down." The computer did as it was told. The blue armor turned into liquid and slid off, not leaving anything wet on their body. He walked out of the room and yawned. "I'm going to go take a nap." He said, smiling back at her. He went back to the living room, not having a room for himself here.

Mg continued her training until the room went black again. She then stood down and got rid of the blade she had now when the room went blue once again. She liked this new training room. It could help her gain more skills until she mastered everything it had to teach and then she would be back to training normally. She started catching her breath again, smiling as she did so. Mg looked up at him when he started to talk again. "They don't seem so tough in a training session at all." She said as the goo slid off of her. She was going to be a bit sore later on but she didn't mind it since she was use to the soreness from training and fighting villains to protect the city. She walked out of the room behind him, heard what he said and let him take a couple of steps. "Would you like to sleep in a bedroom instead of the living room?"

"That would be nice." He said, smiling back at her. He turned around and said. "Let me get my things." He said, walking past her. He came back later with a small cube that he had around his hand. He stood infront of her and said. "Okay show me the room." The device he had in his hand was something he had invented for prolonged time on a planet. It stored several things that he liked in his cube. He had to use it one time when he was fighting a strange alien race on the planet Huffga. They were stealthy and it took his legion forever to fight them. But they killed the alien race.

Mg saw a smile come to his lips when he spoke. Her face was soft but the smile had disappeared from her as she calmed down from the training session. With her inviting him in to sleep here for the night, she knew she wasn't going to get any sleep for the night though. She would definitely have to eat something to keep up her strength as she could feel her body eating away the strength that she had borrowed. "Alright." She said as he went to get this things. She waited there for him, thinking again and feeling much better now that she let out her anger. When he returned. she walked to an empty bedroom and opened the door. "There you go." She said while standing just outside the room.

Joshua looked at the room and tossed the box in. The box gave a long beep and he quickly shut the door. A small pop sound came from the bedroom. As if someone was setting off a tiny fircracker. He opened the door and the room was completely changed. The wall had this dirty, ripped slightly wallpaper. There was a larger bed with a blanket on it. Their was an old wooden shelf that held books from his home world. A juke box was next to the doorway and playing a song that sounded country. The ground looked dirty. He walked around the room and smiled. It was exactly like his old room on his homeworld. On the top of the wall were christmass lights. He only used them because they survived the nuclear explosions. He laid down on the bed and yawned.

When he threw the box into the room, Mg raised an eyebrow. She then heard a pop sound which really made her wonder what was happening there. When the door opened, she glanced inside to see it completely change from the way it was before. That she wasn't use to but it was quickly settling in. "I'm going to get myself something to eat. I'll be back in like an hour or so." She said to him. The door closed and Mg started walking to the roof. Flying was always the best way to go in her mind and so she changed into her bird form and flew to the store to get what was on her list in her mind. Tea, granola bars, and eggs. Sometime later she returned to the tower and started putting the food away in the kitchen portion of the tower.

Joshua was sound asleep when she left her room. He woke up an hour later and yawned some. He stood up and stretched his back, sighing with relief when he felt a crack. He went out of his room and went to a bathroom, a machete in one hand and some shaving cream in the other.

He came into the living room, his face clean, no beard at all. He rubbed his chin and sat down on the couch. He looked around, not knowing what to do with his spare time.

Mg looked towards the door as it opened and he stepped in. It seemed as though he didn't realize that she was there. She didn't mind it all that much as she noticed he didn't have a beard anymore. Finally she wasn't going to be reminded about Emblem every single time she saw him. Mg took out a granola bar from the box and opened the wrapper surrounding her food. She then leaned up on the island in the kitchen and looked over at the couch. "Have a nice nap?"

"Yes. Thank you." He said, looking back at her. He went over to the kitchen and looked in the fridge. He picked up one of the eggs and poped it in his mouth, chewing slowly. He swallowed and grinned. "I hadn't had something that good in a long, long, long time." He said, going back to the couch. He sat down on the remote and the tv turned on. He looked up and said. "Haven't watched tv in a thousand years." It was the news and they had a report on a sighting of some aliens. One report was about him. He grinned and said. "Humans are weird."

Mg smiled a tiny bit but then covered it up by taking a bite of her granola bar. It tasted great right now which only proved that she really needed it. After all sleeping wasn't going to be an option for her tonight especially since she knew he would be staying up. He had two naps already today and she doubted that he could fall asleep right now. She looked over at him and fridge as he took an egg and ate it whole. She had only seen a couple of people do that before as a dare in the lab. It was amazing how stupid scientists could be with dares. She had hoped that he was joking when he saw a thousand years. "Right back at cha." She said before taking another bite of her granola bar.
