Some Major Repairs! (open)

Joshua grinned at her and relaxed as he watched the tv. He was planning on trying to get a vox signal in the tower. To contact Terra was the first thing he needed to do. Then he tought about MG. She might want to know if her planet, Earth, was safe. He looked over at the tv. He wanted to pass sometime, enough so that MG was asleep. He didn't want to find out that his brothers were close while MG was here. He didn't want to worry her. He watched as the knews reported on several meteorites falling down from the sky and landing on earth. One was covered with trash. Could have been just debry. He sighed again and changed the channel.

Mg finished up her granola bar while looking at the news on the huge screen. It didn't seem as though her help wasn't needed currently. If it was then she was gonna grab a bar to go to stop whatever it could be from destroying the city. He may be kind but she still didn't trust him all that much, nor did she really trust any aliens in general. She looked over at the back of his head as he sighed and she wondered if it was about the reports. "What is there to do now?" She asked, getting bored since the screen wasn't on the news anymore.

"I don't know." He said, not knowing what to do. He had never had any free time on his ship. He placed an arm on the cushion and sighed deeply. He wasn't use to have so much free time. He changed the channel to a gun show. He laughed at the primitive weapons. "I'm surprised this planet hasn't gone up from their tiny bullets. Your planet is so close to the next level but it's refusing to. I don't know why but it's so interesting." He changed the channel to a science channel. He rolled his eyes at what these scientists were talking about. He knew everything involving science. His adopted father on his planet was well educated in science.

"Well if you are who you say you are and don't plan on taking over this planet secretly, I could I don't know show you some fun places around the city." Mg said, not knowing what to do either, but at least she was thinking of it. "Not sure how that would go over though considering your height." She walked over to the cabinet that she usually puts boxes of granola bars in and took one out. "Or I could just tell you what I'm eating and have you try it." She opened up the wrapper and took a bite out of the granola bar.

"It's a granola bar. We have those on our ship. And If I wanted to take it over I would have had my soldiers help me. I'm not a one man army." He said, turning the tv off. "Now how about that show me fun places part. Wouldn't mind that." He said, walking out of the living room. "I'll get dressed." He said, knowing that he would have to wear his armor. He came back, wearing his armor without a helmet. He had a bolter rifle on his back. He never left anywhere without a weapon. He stood in the center of the living room and said. "Okay, what's the fun places your going to show me?"

"So you have similar food from us. These kind of bars would come in handy in a ship I guess." Mg said while taking a bite of it. "From what you told me, you could take on this entire planet." She said softly, unsure of whether he would hear it while raising an eyebrow at him, wondering how this would turn out if he heard. She nodded her head and watched how he went out the room to get dressed, eating the rest of the granola bar as he was gone. When he came back she widen her eyes a bit. "Uhm, what I had in mind doesn't need armor and a weapon. I can't take you out in public like that."

He heard what she said when he left. It made him smirk. Even he couldn't take on a world. A country was more like it. His Legion however could take a planet within a couple days. He folded his arms and said. "I don't have any other clothing and an Astartes never goes anywhere without a weapon in hand." He remembered that rule. His brother Magnus had taught him that. Of course he knew that rule from the wastelands. "We have something similar to granola bars but it has no taste. It's ment to give whoever's eating it energy and fill them up for some time." He always hated those ration bars.

The subject about him taking over the planet had passed by what seemed to be unknowingly in his ears. Mg wondered if it could be true. One alien fighting all the humans on Earth. It didn't seem like it could work in the end of it all, and Mg knew a thing or two about war. She had trained with leaders in war before but she never liked how the strategies turned out. No mercy, just quick killing. She wouldn't be a hero if she listened to them and wouldn't have the freedom she has also. "Then we'll have to get you clothes, but no weapon. Your skilled with hand to hand combat right? You can use that if anyone attacks you." She said while calculating the chances of him being captured by the government. Pretty high with the weapon. "Ah, well this has a bit of taste and its great for me."

"No." He said, dissagreeing completely with her. "I carry my weapon proudly or die without it." He sticked to his legion's traditions, after all he was the one who made the traditions. "Let anybody take me, they will have to try to take down the most powerful Astartes on this planet." He said, grinning to the fact that he was the only Astartes on this planet. Plus he was a Primarch, honored leader of the Brotherhood of Steel, and trained with his strongest brother Angron. He crossed his arms, not willing to part with his weapon.

"Well then if that's the case, we're staying here in the tower." Mg said while crossing her arms. She wasn't going to have citizens see futuristic weapons and try to recreate them. It'll be one reason why the government taking him in to some section with a secret lab would be really bad. "You better get use to that TV since it'll be the only way you see anything fun on this Earth." She wasn't going to risk it and so he'll miss out. "Also, get use to seeing the newly built tower."

"Fine then." He said, not having a problem with staying in the tower and watching tv. He went to the couch and sat down, grabbing the channel changer and turning the tv on. He changed it to the news and saw the pile of junk that fell to the earth. They were closing in after several scientists had confirmed that there was no radiation.

Then one of the men moved a piece of junk. He picked up an item that looked like a symbol of a skull with a huge jaw and huge teeth. Joshua stood up and cursed. The pile of junk raised up and something huge came out. The camera guy stumbled away as the huge being swated police men away as if they were nothing.

The thing then charged after the camera, it's face clear for the last few seconds. It was an orc. Joshua ran out of the room and yelled. "He's still alive!"

Mg kept her arms crossed for a moment as she watched him go over to the couch and turn on the TV once again. Then she took the wrappers of the granola bars she had just eaten and threw the away in the trash. Even if he was fully dressed in his suit and all, she didn't want to sit down on the couch with him. Instead she leaned against the counter once again and looked over at the screen in time to see the alien appear from the wreck it had come from. Mg didn't waste time and followed him, all that time getting there she thought about what he meant by the other alien still being alive.

Joshua went outside to his pod and quickly went in. He came out with a jump pack on his back, a chainsaw blade in one hand, and a plasma pistol in his other hand.

The plasma pistol was more powerfull then his bolter pistol. The pistol can go through any armor, even space marine armor. He needed it for the alien he was going to face. He had his helmet on and he turned away from Mg. "Stay here." His jump pack activated. He jumped and the jets on his pack bursted, making him jump from the Island to the city.

He ran down the street at an incredible speed, following the screams.

Like a fool, Mg followed him and waited for him to get ready. She was in a hero mode now and when he told her to stay at the tower, she got angry. "Hell no." She said before changing into her bird form. She flew up high in the sky and quickly let the currents of the wind guide her to where the alien was in the city. There was no way that she was going to sit by and let another alien take over her duty to protect the city. She barely had any of the alien's strength left but it would have to be enough to stop the other alien from destroying the city and killing the innocent citizens that were unlucky enough to be found by the alien.
