The midnight Villan and the day time Hero (open)

Abog's heart sank as she told him that she was leaving. Her reason was good but he just felt depressed that he had ruined this day for her. He leaned closer as she explained where she will be when the moon rises. His heart sanked again as she explained she would be a continent away. Why so far away? There were plenty of witch doctors and exorcists in New Orleans. He frowned a bit and then looked up at her, pleading,

Just be safe.

He leaned closer and pressed his lips against hers, a goodbye/good luck kiss for her trip and for her getting rid of Evil Paige. He drew away from her and breathed out, the smell of brimstone oddly on his mouth. He laid down on the bed and looked up at the ceiling.

2 or 3 days. That's plenty of time to keep Goba at bay.

He said to himself, slowly falling asleep to get some rest before he leaves.

Paige looked at the time it was close to 8 oclock so she desied to take a small nap before getting ready. Paige woke up about 4 in the moring lifting her head up she had been laying it right by Abog. She got up and stretched looking sad as she looked at Abog sleep. She didn't want to leave but she had too.

Paige queitly went into her room packing for the trip. She put unisvaral cords in her back pack, her laptop, around 3 million dollars that she took from EP's stash of stolen money, she packed Donna, and a change of clothes. She didn't bother packing her thievery tools because she figured she wouldn't need it. Before she left her room she ran over quickly packing the 2 pistols EP stole in each boot and put the sword she got from the fight earler in her back pack.

She quickly qrote a note the the Titan's letting them know about the trip. She checked the cloack it was 6 in the morning shed have to leave in about an hour if she wanted to get there on time the tought to herself that if she had to use one more hour she would spend it with Abog. She walked back to the imfermary shaking Abogs arm alittle to get him to wake up.

" Abog.. Abog.... Come on lazy butt get up I only have one hour before i gotta go! so get up!"

Once again Abog had his dream. The dream where he was at that tree ontop of a hill of green grass with the man in the golden mask, looking onward. The man looked back at Abog and said some words in an unknown language. This dream was starting to get annoying. He had been having the same dream over and over again, with no end until he had that one dream when he passed out. He heard another voice, "Abog..Abog...." It was Paige's. He opened his eyes as he awoke, looking up at Paige. He sat up and yawned a bit.

What's wrong?

"I have one hour before I have to leave and your not up to spend the time with me, that Abog is what's wrong. Now I wana show you one of my most favoret part of living at Titans Tower now come on lazy butt lets get goin."

Paige Grabed his hand with both of hers yanking his arm nearly draging him out the door not even waiting for him to get up on his feet. she him out side and sat him by the water sitting by him staring at the sky and the sea the sky orang like the sun was just getting up as well. The sea was beatiful as the suns reflection shined off of it. She smiled as she stared at the sea. Paige wasn't a good swimer but she loved being in the water she loved the feeling of floating in the water and if she had the choice she would spend all her time in the water.

Abog sighed as he was dragged out of this comfy bed and into the cold morning. She was right, this is the last hour he has with her until she comes back from Africa. He looked up at the orange sky and imagined what heaven was like. What was it like to be at peace and eternally happy. He imagined it was a lot like a theme park with awesome rides and great food. He imagined this but, regretablly, he knew he wouldn't be seeing it. The fact that he had Goba inside his body and that meant he was communing with a demon meant that there was no way he was going up there. He looked at Paige. 'Then what will happen to her?' he thought as the waves roared. He cared for her, alot, and he would be willing to take her place if she went down there. Well, taker her punishment. He placed his hand on her shoulder as he watched the waves crash into the rocks.

I like this.

He said, smiling as he felt the cool breeze of the beach.

She smiled alittle as she stared at the water she loved the smell in the air that would appear whenever she was near water she couldn't describe it but it felt like home to her. She looked at Abog she thought about what the man said to her earlier and at that exact moment she vowed to herself that she would make sure she kept Abog safe even if it ment giving up her own live.

"I'm gonna miss you but when I get back I swear I will help you... I will get you up to pros rank on DANCE DANCE REVOLITION!!!"

She laughed a little as she was trieing to brighten the mood she was never good at being serious for long. She wondered what Abog would do while she was away. She thought of how much fun and time they would spend together after she returned. She smiled at him feeling happy.

Abog smiled as she spoke about "Dance Dance Revolution" and how she would get him to pro rank. He wasn't expecting the city to even be here when she returned because the moon was about to rise, and with the moon, Goba took over. He remembered burning cities and the screams of a thousand people as they were incinerated into an eternal fire. He looked down at Paige, 'Was this the same thing that she experienced when EP took over?', he thought, sighing at such an awful thought. He placed her hand on her, making a vow to protect her from EP and even from himself (Goba, really). He nodded and then gave a loud yawn, laying down on the rocks.

Have fun on your trip. Me? I'm going to take a nap on the rocks. Might get my back straightened out.

He said, teasingly, knowing that this mood of dark and dreary evil needed a bright and comical light.

She smiled then slowly got up she looked at him then the sky. She could tell that she should leave now she figured that the faster she left the faster she could return. A small wind was blowing as she had a thought filled look on her face.

"Abog....... I have to go now...... I'm gonna miss you I'll make sure I get there and back as soon as possible..... you don't have to stay in the city if you dont want to but if you do desied to stay I'd love to see you again."

She looked at Abog ready to leave as soon as after he said his good byes she would miss him and she really did hope to see him again after her return.

I'll be waiting.

Abog said, looking up at her with a wide grin. He knew she would be back safe, she was awesome after all. He stood up and hugged her tight.

Be Safe

He pleaded as he hugged tighter, letting go after a minute. He laid back down on the rock and closed his eyes, pretending to be asleep though most of his mind wanted him to get up and watch her leave.

She returned the hug and watched him lay back down thinking he went to sleep. She slowly flew way in the drection she needed to go. She missed him already and she had only just began to fly she starrted slow at first then flew as fast as she could to get there faster.

ooc: Should we make a thread where she returns well she already techniquly returned but where she sees abog again
