| Hm, sticking together til the bitter end? Riley supposed there was honor amongst thieves. It was good to know that this kid wasn't all alone in Jump however. It was weird, but it seemed like Super-humans always gravitate towards this place. Probably because of the Titans but even with their help, it isn't safe for people to be on their own in this city. That's partly why Riley was fixin' to join up anyway...or at least check out what the talk was about.
Looking back at Kris, Riley wondered what was going on in his head. He seemed to get unstable at every other thing he said and seemed to hate the Titans...or at least not like them much...
Riley leaned down to tighten his right shoe. It wasn't loose, it was just something to do while he thought. It seemed like Kris didn't care for him much, making him ask all the questions and wait for answers. He decided to see if Kris cared enough or was interested enough to ask him something. | |
