A monster?Or a captured Soul?(open)

Shock Hunter strode along the streets, lightning crackling from his body as he hunted for teenage heros."Teeeeeen Titaaaaans...." A guy stepped in front of him,waving a knife."Alright,kid,drop all the valuables you have,that fancy bracelet there first..." As the thug reached for the Control Bracer,S.H hit him in the chest,sending him through a nearby wall.As the thugs friends desended on him, S.H cracked his knuckles."...." A few minutes later, he looked around at the defeated gang."...fools..."

(OOC:Figured I'd just hop right in! Please don't hurt Riley too bad! He doesn't have too many crazy abilities...)

BIC:Realizing that he fell asleep in the movie theatre from last night, Riley wasn't the least bit excited to wake up by hearing a fight outside. Zipping up his jacket, he raced out to the streets to find a kid with crazy blue hair! Yeah, blue! Where did Riley take a wrong turn and end up in this crazy city? He'd lived in Jump all his life, but never once saw anyone like this kid!

He saw an entire gang running from him, so he assumed that he was either very lucky or very powerful. Nonetheless, Riley figured he should keep his distance to avoid anything...messy. He grabbed a rock from the ground and chucked it just hard enough to get the kid's attention but not hard enough to hurt him, right at his back.

"Hey, kid! You alright?!"

Feeling something at his back;S.H summoned his gaint shuriken with a puff of smoke.Pointing it at the guy who threw a rock at him,he asked,"Teen Titan?"

As the kid with the electric blue hair turned, Riley got a good look at his psychotic eyes. He seemed to be...not...real...Something about him seemed consumed. Riley wasn't sure how to describe it, but, it wasn't natural. Suddenly a giant shuriken appeared and was pointing it straight at Riley. With that, he asked if he was a Teen Titan. That seemed to be all that the people of Jump cared about. He'd said it once, and it seems to be proven over and over since then.

"What do you want with the Titans?" He replied confidently, while grasping a sharper rock in his hand.

S.H tilted his head as he was asked what he wanted with the Teen Titans."This." The Bracer whirring and it's loose screw jiggling, he casually threw the shuriken, blurring foward as it whirred through the air and launched a flying kick at the guy."Where Teen Titans?"

As the shuriken flew through the air straight at Riley, thanks to his power, he could tell the exact speed and where it would hit, he had a limited amount of time to dodge, but he dove forward, under the shuriken. He yelled as it cut the back of his shirt and slightly broke the skin.

"Gah! What is wrong with you! You monster!"

He spit up some blood. He knew he wasn't ready for this! He just had a cool talent, he didn't have the power to summon things like that! How did that even happen? How can he do that!? Quickly skimming his surroundings, he found a pipe on the ground. Picking it up, he chucked it as fast as he could, spinning it straight at the kid.

"The Titans don't need to trouble themselves with scum like you!" He yelled as he dove for another possible weapon. He grabbed a trash can lid for a makeshift shield and a broken bottle.

As his foot missed and broke through a wall, he grabbed the shuriken,changing it into a tanto knife with a puff of smoke and a slight flash from the tattoo on his shoulder. As the pipe struck him, he paused, seeming to struggle with himself. His eyes draining of the psychotic rage, he wimpered out,"H-help.....b-Bracer...control me..." His eyes turning hard again, his hand flashed with lightning as he stabbed the tanto at the guy.

What bracer? He thought quickly but, before he knew it, the shuriken turned into a tanto and was being lunged straight at his gut. Riley put the trash can lid at an angle, knowing that if he held it straight, it would just crash straight through but, at an angle, he made it glace upward away from him.

"What bracer are you talking about!?" As he stared at the kid's wrist, he saw the bracer jiggling around. This was something Riley could deal with. He ran to the wall, grabbed a flat stone from his pocket and chucked it straight at his bracer just so it would slide up and wedge off a screw.

As the screw was wedged off, the bracer started to shudder,and then it shattered with a bang. As Toji stared down at his empty wrist,he grinned,hair sparking with exitement."I-I'm free...two years and now I'm free...."grinning at the one who freed him, he desummoned his Meta-weapon, and gave the guy a friendly headbutt ."Thanks for that.Names Toji Okami."Scratching the back of his head in embarrassment, he said,"Er,sorry for attacking you..."

Toji looked down at the ground."Two years ago,I was captured by a mad inventor, and that Control Bracer was put on me.Ever since then I had almost no free will of my own.A short while , I was 'sold' to a organization called the Hive, and sent to destroy the Teen Titans, or any teenage hero for that matter."When his stomach growled,his head sank even lower in utter embarrassment.

Sniffing the hot dog, Toji bit into it.".......Oooooh!! This is great!!" Consuming it in four large bites,he grinned."Corgi fed me nothing but what was nessasary to keep my calories up so I can use my abilities,and my dad preferred traditional dishes from his lands,so I don't know much about current food." Licking the Ketchup and stuff from around his mouth and sniffing curiously at the stand,he said,"By way,I'm a half demon.What are you?"His eyes widened."That reminds me,man, what's your name?"

Shrugging, Toji said,"My dad fell in love with my mom, and sacrificed his demon form and most of his powers so he could marry and live with her.When I was born, I inherited his powers and demon DNA.But the bad thing is I can't fully access my power yet, and I got blue hair..."Grinning,he made a victory sign."But I got full knowledge of a unkown demon martial art, and I can access awesome weapons via the mark on my shoulder,so it's all good!"
