Is this a bad time? [Open]

As the two aliens continued to talk, Samantha looked toward the sound of the oncoming sirens. She watched as two of the officers approached, one clearly more skeptical and hostile looking than the other. She smiled to them both. "There's no problem. Except..that.." She looked over to the woman from before. "A woman tried to take me away; I'm not sure why.." She then smiled to the officers again. "But that's okay, because I made a new friend; and he kept me safe from her." Samantha's voice was rather cheerful and happy, but she stayed clinging to Razz's hand.

The other officer did not buy it. "I don't think he's your friend.. Step away from him, please." He had a serious tone to his face and a look that clearly read 'distrust' toward the two aliens. Samantha pouted, not moving at inch. "No. He IS my friend. He's nice to me; but you're not nice. I can tell." The officer clearly didn't like that and frowned. "He is NOT your friend-" "YES HE IS! You're just mean!"
