Villain looking for a player...

In Renegade's history a bat-like meta-human is mentioned. He had a protege that Renegade is trying to track down that may be in Jump City. I wasn't too specific on abilities or looks (I did say "she" but that can easily be changed as well).

I've opted for asking someone else to play the character because I would be having a lot of conversations with myself. The character does not have to be a villain necessarily, but he or she has clashed with Renegade many times.

This character isn't someone needed right this second, but might be fun to run into sometime. There are lots of other people for Renegade to run into and he's met a few already.

Since you haven't been here you don't know about the npc section which is where you could make this char you're talking about

I did take a look at the section when I got back. I wasn't sure if (default to she for now) she would be too involved to put under there. The character isn't exactly a henchmen or family member, but it is an option I suppose. Thanks for reminding me of it, I just wasn't sure.
