Innocent Enough... Or not (Open to all) (need villain)

OOC: Okay, so this is the first time I've actually started my own rp here, so let's hope it goes well!

Everything had started so innocently. When had things turned for the worse? Ryan was standing outside of a pizza place on the corner, pondering the situation. She had just arrives in this "Jump City", and already she had realized that this place was no place for softies. She had witnessed two burglaries, four street fights, and had one close encounter with a tough-looking man in the alleyways. She had stopped one of the burglars with her firebreath, but the second was taken care of by the authorities. And she realized that she wasn't the only one with special powers around here, as she had heard of teens who had stopped crimes in the past from the citizens of this town. She'd also learned that it wasn't a good idea to use her powers out in public too much unless she wanted to attract too much attention to herself. Which she didn't.
Her thoughts were interuppted by the sound of a blaring car horn. Looking up, she realized that several cars were being stopped by some sort of commotion in the street a little ways off. She could see smoke. That was when Ryan decided to make something of it and go check it out.
"When was the last time I risked my neck for the sake of a little action?" She chuckled to herself.
"Obviously too long if I'm doing this!" She muttered with a small smile as she made her way over to whatever was making the noise.
OOC: Okay, now we need a villain! Or another hero or two.

OT: I'll bring Ben in as a hero if you want? But, I gotta asks before posting would you like to use an NPC Villain? Or would you rather wait for an actual one?

OOC: Yeah that's a great idea. Sure we can have the villain be NPC till a real one comes.

As Ryan headed towards the scene of all the commotion she would come across two super-powered beings fighting each other in the streets. One was a woman with firey orange hair, white skin, and green tights. A lighting bolt going down the side of her face and her outfit. She was moving extremely fast, weaving through traffic, and as she did so slowed down every car she ran by. The speedomiter in each vehicle dropping to zero as the villain known as, Veolicty stole their speed and added it to her own making her only move faster.



Adjacent to her standing a top one of the vehicles from which the person inside ran away after looking at him was an alien. Not jsut any alien however, but a Pyronite with the Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. He was shooting fireballs at the speedster, who was easily avoiding all of them. The alien's name was Heatblast, but more importantly he was a form from which the Teen Titan known as, Ben Tennyson could morph into.

"*YAWN* What's wrong Hot Shot!? Your aim seems to be a bit off?"

As Velocity spoke she would lean sideways avoiding yet another fireball by a mile.

"Well you got closer that time."

"Don't worry, I'm only getting warmed up."

Ben had to be careful, there were still citizens in the area and one miss-thrown fireball from Heatblast could torch somebody. Hopefully, eventually she'd slip up and he could get to her.

OOC: Okay, and don't worry about being way too descriptive or adding pictures when talking about Ben and his forms, because I watch the show a lot. BTW Echo Echo and Big Chill are two of my favorites. Which ones do you like?
Whoa! Which one's the bad guy?... Gonna go with the fast one.
Ryan quickly jumped up behind the fast woman and, taking a deep breath, opened her mouth and let loose a dark red flurry of flames towards her as she was about to taunt the strange, slightly humanoid lava creature. As she did so, she also summoned her strength into her right fist, hardening her skin into hard black scales, ready to block or punch, depending on what happened next.

OT: Out of Echo-Echo and Big Chill? Echo-Echo. But, my all time favorites are Wildmutt & Spidermonkey

As flames splurted towards Velocity she would suddenly disappear in a flash and then re-appear right in front of Ryan.

"What do we have here, another little girl? Aww Benny you shouldn't have. Now it really is like old times, because she spits fire to, but this time you're the one going to be beaten...To a pulp in fact."

With that Velocity would fire a volley of lighting fast punches at Ryan, most of which were blocked by her scaly arm luckily and before Velocity could land any real hits on the girl Ben would act.

"Quick everybody GET DOWN!"

That beign said, Heatblast would create a large fireball inbetween his palms and shot it up into the sky. Upon entering the atmosphere it would explode into a dozen or so flaming meteors that all fell down towards Velocity, who had just began unleashing her hail-marry of punches on the new girl attempting to aid him. Stopping for a second Veloctiy would look up and see what was coming at her...

"OoOoo pretty neat trick, you've learned alot since I last saw you. Odd how you grew like 5 years since then. Now let me show you some new stuff I learned."

Able to speak full sentences because the speedstress spoke extremely fast; almost to the point where you barely understood whats he was saying. She began to spin around like a tornado. Catching all the meteors as she did this like a funnel and became a firey vortex. EVentually stopping and unleashing all those same fireballs at everything and everyone in the area like a wave.

OOC: Yeah, I like those too.
"No!" Ryan yelled, seeing that innocent people could be hurt. Acting fast, she pulled oh her bow and arrow and shoots a flaming arrow(courtesy of her fire breath) at the woman to try to pause her, then pulled out a strange flat flute from around her neck and quickly played a short tune, the top of the flute flipped to the black side. Just then, a large shadow flashed over the crowd, and a dark black dragon swooped down towards Ryan, close to the ground. In a quick leap, Ryan leapt up into the air, coming down on the dragon's back right behind its wings.
"Alright, Shadow! Show her the power of the darkness, and protect the people!" Ryan yelled.
The black dragon then covered the area that the trio were battling in with a protective dome-shaped barrier of darkness. Then he stopped the majority of the fireballs with shadows, using his power to disintegrate them. Unfortunately, some of them still hit, setting a lot of the town on fire.
"Uh oh. Shadow, drop me through the dome and try to put out the fires and get everyone away from here!" Ryan yelled. Shadow swooped down and dropped Ryan into the battle scene then flew away to help the townsfolk.
Facing Velocity, Ryan hardened her fists into scaly, dragon-clawed dragon hands, she got into a fighting stance.
"What do you want here!?"

Slightly lowering her guard, Ryan gave the woman a genuinely confused look.
"The Teen Titans? I don't know what you're talking about, but I didn't come here because I wanted to. My home was destroyed, and I was forced to come here. I couldn't help then, and I wish I could have. But now I'm stronger, and I'm not about to let you destroy this city or anyone in it!" She said, her voice slowly changing from soft and confused to that of pure anger. In a fast blast of shadows, a stream of darkness went from Ryan's chest to the black dragon's chest. The dragon surrendered to Ryan, disappearing in a shadowy blast. Its energy coursed through the stream and found its way to Ryan. As this happened, Ryan jumped up in the air. The dragon's energy filled Ryan, and her body slowly became covered in black scales. Her head began to take the shape of the dragon's head, and her mouth extended to become a snout. Her teeth sharpened to a point, and she grew horns out of the top of her head. Claws replaced her nails, and she grew a long tail with a spike at the end. Her transformation was almost complete, and the stream of energy started to slow down.

Succesfully finishing her transformation, Ryan lowered to the ground, landing onall four legs. She now looked like the black dragon from earlier except smaller (see Ryan's powers if you want to see the pic). Smoke flaring from her nostrils, she lowered her hard head and began charging towards the woman angrily.

In the back of her mind, Ryan saw and understood Ben, and realized that she had to stop. Unfortunately, due to her dragon half and her anger's determination, stubbornness, and ignorance combined, she had already lost control of her body. But she hadn't lost control of her voice yet.
"I can't stop! And that fire isn't enough to stop my dragon body!" Ryan, although she didn't know about the woman's powers at all or that her charge could cause the woman to escape, was frantically trying to think of a way to stop herself, but to no avail.

"No! What did you do to me?" Ryan yelled, slowly regaining her strength and speed. She saw the alien boy knocked out, and figured she needed to wake him up. Thinking fast, she came up with an idea she thought would work.
You want speed? Come and get it, you old hag!" She yelled tauntily, running fast around her a few times then heading towards the passed-out alien.
