Nina's Halloween Party (Open to all)

It was Hallow’s Eve and all throughout Jump City, mischief was about. Fliers had been put around the city which was advertising a party at the well-known Comics for Fans store, owned by the ever popular Nina Vulpes. It promised a haunted house experience followed by a party with alcohol and juice with sweets and treats to enjoy. When Nina hosted a party like this, she really went all out.

When patrons arrived at the store they would be greeted with a spooky looking store front with rubber bats hanging in the windows and jack-o-lanterns along the bottom of the windows, lit and showing their carved, spooky faces. Instead of the normal doorbell that hung over the door, the patrons would hear a spooky “MWHAHAHAHA!” noise as they entered. They would be lead down a linear path with ghosts painted on the wooden walls that had been put up to guide people. As they walked along the path they would trigger little sensors which would release various noises ranging from zombie groans to bat shrieks to ghostly boos and mad scientist laughter. There was also the odd jump scare with dummies jumping down from the ceiling and around the sides and rubber hands grabbing at people from the walls, although these were few and far between as it being Jump City, she didn't want someone with fire powers freaking out and burning her beloved setup to the ground.

For those brave souls who made it through the haunted hallway, they would be greeted with a lit room where there would be a large table filled with various sweets and treats, there was a bucket full of sweets for the kids who just wanted to trick-or-treat, but for those who wanted to party there would be various spooky looking cupcakes, cookies, sponge witch fingers (with red icing inside) and other Halloween themed party foods as well as a Halloween themed punch which was green, there would also be juice for those who didn't want to drink alcohol. In the middle of the table was a large Halloween themed cake. There was also Halloween music playing, you know, This Is Halloween, Thriller, and other Halloween songs.

Then there was the hostess of this party, Nina was dressed as Bayonetta…I mean…she’s a witch, it counts. Nina would be overseeing the party and walking around the room with a smile, chatting to various guests and making sure the candy bucket was kept full.

Titus proceeds through the little maze, squeaking slightly as he's jump scared a few times.The boy gets through, and glances around, the robes he was wearing swishing slightly as he nervously twists the staff held in his hand.Nina, considering her job, would likely recognize it as the costume of a monk from a certain Greek legend inspired manga.He walks over to the candy bowl, snagging some and putting it into his bowl, then glances at the snacks. It...should..be ok, if he hanged out for a bit. Walking over, Titus picks up a brownie.

Jonathan and lily who was in her fairy forum as her costume it made her look like yui from sword art and had place an illusion spell on Jonathan so that he looked like his grim forum unleashed made through the maze with relative ease though several of the dummies where now in the fairy realm from lily being spooked once getting past the maze lily flew over to the candy and dive bombed into it. While Jonathan went to get some punch and introduce himself to the other guests and host.

Nina would walk around and be chatting to guests, giving a welcoming smile to Titus as she created a clone who was also in costume to keep a check on the mechanics of the haunted hallway to make sure it remained working nicely, when she saw Jonathan approach her she smiled "ah hello, are you enjoying the party?" she asked like any good host would.

Titus bites into the brownie, humming happily. Seeing the hostess smiling at him, he smiles back shyly, waving, and fin the brownie, wiping his face off with a napkin before snagging a cookie and glancing around as he picks up his staff. Then, the boy hears a sound quite different from the rest of the Halloween music.

A group of teens enter, dancing around a form clad as Prince Ali. The song seems to come from the air sorrounding him...Wonderful what hidden speakers can do.The prince jumps out of the circle with a flipping jump, landing in front of a girl and giving her a wink. Grinning at the reddened face and giggle, Ali whirls through the crowd, dancing and ending up in front of Nina with a kneel as the song ends. He holds up his hand, pinching the air as it begins to waver, then a rose appears.The thief laughs."Heya, beautiful sorceress.Kicking party here."

Jonathan blinked as he saw Nina make a clone and smirked before actually smiling as he was asked how he was enjoying the party before replying, "so far yes I am glad to see that the magical races have finally began to integrate with humans." Johnathan then ducks and catches a cupcake before it can hit Nina while he then has to catch Lily as she grew to her full size and landing on Jonathan's back and says, "No work mister your suppose to have fun." While eating the cookie Titus was about to eat somehow as she watched some teen come in doing the prince Ali dance from Aladdin.
Jonathan sighed and said, "Nice touch." Johnathan then walked over to where Titus was and began to fill a plate with food as he watched what was going on with the teens something about them just set off warning bells with his grim side.

Nina would nod "ah well I don't exactly hide myself in public" she said before suddenly looking to Ali's entrance, she couldn't help but laugh as she clapped her hands at his performance, kindly taking the rose "well done Prince, I would have expected no less from someone such as you" she spoke in a sultry voice before looking to the group he had come with "please enjoy the party, eat to your heart's content, help yourself to the fruity eyeball punch or the wide selection of spooky juices and sodas" she said happily. There was cranberry and cherry juice, as well as cherry and lime soda to keep along with the theme, but guests could ask if they wanted something else.

Titus watches the flamboyant teen enter.Woah...that was quite a performance.He smmiles, laughing slightly, and turns his attention back to the cookie....which was now gone.The boy blinks, tilting his head with a confused look on his face, then shrugs, reaching out to grab another, looking up to see a girl appear, landing on a guys back.As you can imagine, he's slightly startled. Good thing he was a Jumpian...He was used to weird things by now.Jon walks over, and Titus gives him a small smile,"H-Hello.."

Ali grins at the guy as he says nice touch."Thanks, bud!" And Nina does much the same. The thief grins cheekily, standing up and bowing."Ah, I can only hope to please such a majestic beauty such as you." He winks at her, then raises an eyebrow at his Weasels. "Well, whatcha guys waiting for? Go have fun!!" "Thanks Boss!!" Grinning at them, he looks at Nina."Awww,no beer?" Yeah, he was too young..but that was part of the joke.

Nina would chuckle "I can get some beer if you want, I do have some upstairs" she said with a smile, she was glad that the people here were enjoying the party. She hoped others would also turn up but the night was still young, and the witching hour was yet to arrive, this would be a very long night of partying and celebration.

Bow and Glut had spent the afternoon getting ready together, smiling and laughing and just having fun. They were excited for the party and hoped that it would be as much fun as they were having right now! Glut kept looking in the mirror and adjusting herself, blushing lightly as her thoughts turned to a specific person. She sighed though and shook her head. No way he would wind up at the same party as her, that would be way too good to be true.Bow saw the way she was acting and just giggled, walking downstairs to get a brownie for her to calm the blue haired demon down.

When they were ready, they skipped alongside each other to the store and walked in. The two girls held onto each other and squeaked and yelped at every little scare. As they got passed it all, they giggled at how ridiculous they were being.

Glut saw the table full of treats and made a beeline to it, scooping up a little bit of everything. She was trying to be considerate to the other guests as well. Just because she could eat all of it in about 30 seconds flat, didn't mean she should.

Bow looked around at everyone and saw Nina talking to a boy in a prince Ali costume and smiled. That was cute. She decided to just watch for now, texting Kyte to see what he was doing.

Jonathan smiled as he recognized Titus and said,"Hello Titus how are you?" Hearing the prince ask for beer and Nina say she had some upstairs lily shrunk down to fairy size again and flew over to Nina and whispered in her ear, "You better make sure he is of legal age now a days suck some times but when in Rome no? I have a qquestion are your tails real?"

Johnathan watched as two more girls walked in after getting through the maze while one came over to the snack table the other texted someone.

Titus blinks."J-Jon?" His smile widens slightly."H-hello..,I-i hope you and L-lily are having fun.." Asked how he is, the boy nods."I-Im fine, I-I guess..got some candy... A-Are you two planning on trick or treating?" He tilts his head curiously, a gentle smile on his face.

Ali uses his ultimate weapon....The puppy eyes." Pleeeeeaaase?" Then the thief notices two girls walk in. He raises a eyebrow at the costume of the pinkhaired girl. That was..."Ssssssmoking." He glances at Nina, then Bow, trying to decide.Beer, or a chance to...make a friend...

A form, clad in armor, walks in. Oddly, instead of a regular combat knife there was a tanto clipped to the tactical built. He spots his big sister, then walks over to her, waving."Eya, Bow!!" Then Toji spots Glut, and freezes in place, thanking the concealing nature of the helmet as his race reddens. She..she was...She was cute...No, more then that...He struggles valiantly to shut those thoughts up.

Nina would give a smile at the three new guests, she was glad that her party seemed to be going well as she sent a clone off to get a beer for Ali, as Lily approached her she would look to her and chuckled "don't worry, I'll keep an eye on him, it'll only be one so he'll realise how gross beer actually is. And yes they're very real, I'm a kitsune" she told her quietly.

Bow smiled brightly when she saw Toji and hugged him happily. She noticed the way he glanced over at Gluttony and giggled cutely. "Go over and talk to her, silly! She doesn't bite... Usually... That hard, anyway..." She couldn't help it. The little cyan Sin did have a nasty habit of nibbling on things.

Right now though, she was busy getting a glass of whatever the green punch was! The girl didn't actually notice Toji, mostly because of the combination of food and the fact that his face couldn't be seen. The girl started to scarf down her food and smiled to everyone. Once she was finished with her food, in ten seconds, she was out on the dance floor to have some fun!

For some reason Quinn had always had a thing for arriving fashionably late. It wasn't necessarily as easy as one would think - at least not in this circumstance. Quinn had been upstairs in Ina's apartment getting ready whilst also keeping a watchful eye on the television as the Gotham City Knights (her team) took on the Star City Lights in a game of baseball. It was distracting to say the least. But alas Quinn had changed into her Mad Moxxi ring master outfit.

In no time at all did the Snake-girl skip her way into the room where the party was set up. She moved over towards the table with all the treats and grabbed herself a drink before turning to survey the rest of the room. Decent turn out... but there was only really one person she knew; Nina. Quinn skipped her way over and spoke. "Not bad, for normal". She said with a smile before having a sip of her drink. Dressing up for a disguise was like bread and butter for her.
