===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION===
Hair Color: Light Brown (Turn into feathers that go from black to light brown)
Eye Color: Deep Blue (Her irises take up most of her eye now and is hardly able to be seen unless she looks left or white. Her pupils are twice the size as normal human pupils, her irises are light brown and between them and the pupils is a think white ring.)

Height: 5' 7" (Harpy form is 7' 7" from her leg growth)
Weight: 115 lbs (203 lbs Harpy form)
Other Traits: She has piercings on her bottom lip, 2 on her right eyebrow, 2 that connect to each other with metal balls on both sides of the ear and ring ones on her ear lobes. In her harpy form her arms and body gets a lot of black feathers and her arms turn into wings with black and  dark brown feathers. Her thighs grow in with twice the size and get covered in dark brown feathers. Her shins and feet then become twice the size and bird like though her shins become a bit thinner and resembles that of birds they also gain razor sharp talons. (They dull over time so she has to up keep them to keep them that sharp.)

Powers:Human Form:

- Bird Control/Sight: Heather can control not only her birds but up to 3 birds at a time. Though these birds can be of any race and control them in addition of her normal 50 crow summon these birds are purely passive. She control these birds at any range  but can only make them snatch things they normally can carry, fly around, chip and what not, and stay in one place idle until she is disrupted, the bird is killed, or 15 mins has passed.
During this time she can see through the eyes of the birds her pupils disappearing in the process. She can only look through one set of eyes of the birds at a time and basically her control works as if she is in the bird also being able to hear through the bird. Though due to this she is stuck in the pose she was in before she took control and if the bird is hurt or killed before she leave control of it she can feel its pain but note can never die via heart attack induced by the pain.
When swapping control of the birds she can control the other two if controlling two others remotely but in order to see through their eyes she must look into the others eyes for 15 seconds without interruption. NOTE Doing this does not reset her 15 mins time limit that she can control the birds, this power time limit starts the moment she controls a bird till the moment she leaves or is forced to leave the bird. To take control of a bird she must look into its eyes and will her control over it.
- Crow Swarm Form: Heather can suddenly burst into 10 different crows but only when she has no birds summoned or in her control. She also must stay unmoved for 10 seconds before doing so but if she is falling or something it does not count against her as moving. She can see and hear through all 10 birds at once along with control them but this takes much focus and she will be stuck seeing things as if she was presented 10 different screens to look at once so it's harder for her to notice things.
All the birds can move on their own but must stay in a 15 foot range of each other. She can only stay in this form for about 1 minute until she loses control and her birds  purely focus on regrouping when they do she will morph back into her normal form. When after coming back together she must wait another 4 mins before preforming this again. 5 of these birds are from her main body, and 5 are from her legs arms and head killing one can majorly damage her body and or kill her if you kill her head crow.
Harpy Form:

- Harp Song: She can make a long cooing sound that to those it affects sounds like their own personal favorite singing that sounds beautiful to them. She can effect either, up to 4 different People of her choice that are within 30 feet of her/can hear her, or anyone within 20 feet of her that can hear her. As long as she stays focused she can for 3 mins straight cause the following as long as the people can hear her. she must wait 5 mins after each song before singing another. She can only use one of these abilities per song.
- Deafing: For as long as they can hear her they can not hear anything else but her song and it will sound like she is singing it gently in their ears.
- Blinding: For as long as they can hear her they can only see their own ideal 'Happy Places' they can hear things normally only their vision changes.
- Paralyzing: People with strong wills can resist this but over all will at least move 4/5 of their normal speed. For those effected they will be stuck in the same pose they were in when they started to hear the song, they can still look around but they can no longer move, they can still make sounds and try to talk but it will be like someone keeping your jaw from moving and your tongue from moving as well, though note this doesn't stop their chests from moving or impairs then from breathing.
- Metal Wings: (Her wings also allows her to fly by flapping her wings, she can fly up to 30 mph, when gliding she can go up to 15 mph, and when diving she goes at 60 mph.) Heather cant turn her feathers into steel level of durability metal that can work as blade or if she swings them as hard as she can projectiles. They are sharp enough to cut through any metals weaker than steel. with each wing she an send out 5 feathers per wing with each swing. She gains about 100 pounds when her wings go into this fashion making them hard to swing. When swinging they go about the same speed as if you put a video in slow motion and after about 5 or so she tends to get tiered out.
Due to the weight  they gain and the slow speeds it reaches she can not fly when they are in this mode. She also can not swim when like this. (Normally she can very poorly swim in this form with just her legs but the added weight and metal makes her sink and unable to do any swimming due to her legs not being enough to keep a float.) Hen using projectiles they projectiles are hard to aim due to they flying out based on the large swing she must make so rather than going in one location its more like a scattered out wave of feathers. She can keep her feathers metal for up to 10 mins before they turn back to normal

- Crow Summon: Heather can summon 50 crows, at any point in time she can desummon them and reset her harpy counter and will turn back to normal. The crows she summons can eat human flesh and other such things normally and she can control them (Can't see through them like her other ability allows.). Other than this these birds are the same as their normal counter parts and can be killed just as easily. When the birds die their bodies are the same as any normal birds and will just stay on the ground till the decompose or if she desummons any set of birds all previously summoned birds dead or not will vanish.
The only link between her birds and herself is her harpy feathers that has the same dna structures as the birds but the blood itself is very different. To summon her birds she must hold her arms (Or wings(Her arms become wings when she goes into her Harpy form.) crossed each other in front of her chest she then must swung out her arms (or wings) to her sides and will the birds out (to desummon she must do this in reverse.) the birds then will fly out of thin air from under her arms outwards to where she desires them to go. She must  focus on each cluster or single bird to give it orders if she loses her focus or stops giving orders the birds will continue to do what their last orders were.
These birds lasts for about 30 minutes and she must wait 15 minutes after she desummons or till the last one dies before she can resummon any. With each bird that dies  she slowly turns more and more harpy like and when the last one dies she goes into her full harpy form. At this point she can only use her harpy powers but not before than, this is the only way for her to go into her harpy form. When she resummons the birds she then turns back into her human form once again. (Aka as long as at least one of these birds are out she can only be human.)
Resummoning the birds is the only way for her to become human once again. Her turning from harpy to human it usually takes 10-30 seconds. If she does not move it takes 10 but if she is moving  the time will increase/ the transformation will go slower based on how much she is moving around. Unlike her harpy form the moment she does this she can only use her human powers rather than her harpy ones, this also includes the losing of her ability to use her wings to fly due to they being the first part of her to return to a human like state.

Weaknesses:
- Blind: When looking through the eyes of a bird she no longer can see or hear things from her own body allowing others to sneak up on her/
- Statue: When looking through the eyes of a bird she no longer can move her body allowing others to attack her.
- Swaper's Day: When looking through another birds eyes/taking control of a bird she must look into the bird's eyes uninterrupted so she can not move or look around during this time making it so that she can be attacked.
- Head Shot: When turned into a crow swarm she can much easier be hurt badly. Based on how badly each crow is hurt will determine how badly she is when she reforms. Though if her head bird is killed she instantly will die and note the birds will not reform if she dies in their form they will all just drop dead.
- Harp Song: In order to use the song she has to coo constantly with breif breaks for breath but she must still keep it going. This means she can't run around a lot due to risks of losing her breath and stopping she also can't talk during this either.
- Metal Wings: She moves slower in this form, and she can not fly nor swim in this form.
- Harpy form: its hard to sneak around in this large form and she also no longer has hands due to this form so she can't pick anything up either in this form. She also can't swim well in this form either.
Equipment:Enchanted Bird Skull Mask: This mask is Magically enchanted to grow to the best fitting size for the owner and to do so when the owner wills it to. It also can shrink back to normal which is the size of a normal crow skull. The head band that holds it on your face will thing allow the skull to work like a necklace. The skull also becomes as strong as bullet proof armor, it will still get dents and larger fire arms and stronger ones can break through it.
It can also be cut by anything that can normally cut through metal. It will also easily be crush under 1.5 tons of pressure. It can still be burnt or frozen thought burning it will do nothing but burn it as to where if it is frozen soild it will shatter like anything else if hit with a decent level of strength.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality: Heather hates heroes and villains that are openingly showing off who they are and claim to not know why masks are useful. She also sees the role of villains are over filled with people who just only steal money and thus she only likes to steal money if she has to and usually tends to steal items from places over money to buy side things.
She also sees not only them lame but also heroes who constantly fit the standard stereotypical hero status, and 'heroes' that constantly kill petty-big time villains seeing it as justice due to seeing it as ruining the fun and over done. She over all lives to have fun and likes to tease others at times but unlike most if she can tell shes going to lose a fight she will start to leave to avoid possible death or bad injuries but will still try and complete her goals first.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: Mother and Father
Place of Origin: Jump City
History: Heather was always a normal kid who always preferred dreaming about being a super villain over most kids who wanted to be batman or superman, who wants to be a grown man in tights with out parents? She unlike most modern day teens has parents who are extremely supportive of her and well are alive, who said you need to have daddy issues to be a hero or villain?
Anyways growing up she always knew that her father was able to run into a harpy like form and her mother could summon and control birds though is wasn't till she was 10 that her powers came in that were a mesh of the two. Her parents were supportive of all of her choices like her choice of style getting piercings all over her face just about everything she did they did of course make sure to teach her respect like any parent would their kid and her life has been happy and care free.
One day after noticing how many heroes there were in the city and seeing so many without masks or taking it seriously she confirmed once again how dumb she found heroes were and how cool villains were though the villains were no better and didn't wear masks and they all were villains because their sad or something and not due to the passion of wanting to be a villains. Though they were on the right track to the point where they could tell that being a hero was way lamer than being a villain.
This same day she went to her parents and talked to them about her wishes to be a villain she didn't want to be any simple villain though who was just in it for the money she wanted to be a crime lord, she wanted to do it just for the sake of doing it and having fun, and she wanted to do it to one day be able to mess with all of those try hard heroes who don't find the need in wearing masks.
She wanted to remake the fear villains once held that now seem to be gone and the rise of the heroes having started up. Her parents though unlike most supported this idea and spent a year with her planning and getting ready for her first day out on trying to make it out in the world of villainism. She managed to learn how to make her own costume and use makeup to change her face and begun studying the art of villain terrony.
Her story begins now in jail or well a jail holding cell with many murderers while she is being processed as a mystery girl whose face is unknown due to changing her looks and not coming up in any data bases thus far, she had seemed to give in and allowed herself to be captured though the reasons as to why are still unknown.
