Emotion Manipulation

Through direct eye contact, Izzy can directly alter the emotions of mortals with her speech. For example, saying something cruel will result in a loss of self-worth, whereas saying something seductive causes the illusion of love to appear. While powerful, these are just illusions. They will not work on cybernetic enemies or someone with strong enough willpower to resist it. While Izzy will manipulate what emotion they are feeling, they will act as they normally would while in that mood. Completely out of her control, Izzy has one more power. No matter who the person on the receiving end is, they are caught in a new illusion. While Izzy is naturally very attractive, anyone on the receiving end of this illusion perceive her as absolutely stunningly beautiful, this is a power she is more than willing to be rid of. In all actuality, this power isn't as impressive as Aphrodite seems to think it is. Rather than doing anything truly helpful, the person caught in this illusion will act toward her about as well as someone talking to a really, really, really pretty girl.

Greek Weaponry Mastery & Creation
Due to her Demigod heritage, Izzy maintains a mastery of every Greek and Roman weapon in her genetics, and can also create them at will. These take a violet form and use the magic of Aphrodite. She can only spawn one weapon at once (with the exclusion of a bow and arrow of course) and they are only as strong as iron.

Having trained most of her life, Izzy is in the absolute peak-level physical conditioning possible for a normal human. Izzy can bench a maximum of 400 lbs, as well as leg press 450. Her maximum running speed is roughly 25 mph.

Izzy is the hyperactive love child that people have come to know and love. Quite literally. Being a rebellious tomboy, Izzy hates to sit in one place for more than a few seconds and always needs constant stimulation. Additionally, being a child of Aphrodite, Izzy find people's love lives very interesting and often butts her nose in where it doesn't belong.

History:
Izzy was born to Samuel Kline, a small-time employee. Nothing really special about him, he was a suit. Never knowing her mother and never once thinking to ask about her, Izzy just continued on about her business, never once knowing why everyone was so attracted to her.

Eventually, she noticed that she could actually trick people into doing whatever she wanted. Whether this meant having her teacher call off the homework or convincing someone to loan her a car, it was never that much of an issue to anyone. Eventually, it got her into trouble when she 'borrowed' a few thousand dollars from the Gotham City bank. Having been a common girl with no record whatsoever and giving up without a fight, she was sent to a prison school for about a year. That was the full extent of her sentence, and strictly because she was able to talk the judge into shortening it.

After she got out, her father took no time to express how horribly disappointed he was in her, which she didn't take well in the slightest. It was at that point where her father slipped up and mentioned her 'powers' which perked up Izzy's ears. After enough talking, Izzy finally talked the truth out of him that she was the daughter of Aphrodite. At first she laughed it off and thought he was a nutcase, but it started to make sense. People were always attracted to her, they gave her whatever she wanted, and so on. It was at that point her training started. Now that she's sixteen, her father has moved to Jump City for business, where she now takes up residence in her own apartment, which she got strictly through sweet-talk. Some things never change.

Your application is stellar. However, you are only allowed 3 powers in the reboot, with 2 sub-powers for each of these powers. As I see it, emotion manipulation and hormone manipulation could be linked, but that needs to be clarified.

Also, on Emotion Manipulation, as long as they act normally as they do when feeling that emotion, and not in an exaggerated way not brought onto themselves (In other words nothing that's controlled by you in their actions), I can see it working.
