Powers:
Healing Factor:
Hope has a big healing factor that is stronger than usual. Small cuts like paper cuts heal themselves in 30 seconds. The deeper the cut, the longer it takes for it to heal, it also takes more energy out of Hope, weakening her other powers. A cut that goes to the bone would take an hour to heal, and anything deeper than that would take an extra thirty minutes to heal. Broken bones can be healed in 10 minutes, the worse the break, the longer it takes.(If she already used her healing factor a lot that day it will take anything longer to heal)
If someone cuts off a limb (besides her head), and it's still attached by a few pieces of skin, it can heal. Of course it would take a day or two to heal, but it's possible.

The only thing Hope can't heal from is a cut from her neck, or really any cut from Nth metal. Nth metal is her biggest weakness, even if it's a small paper cut, her healing factor can't do anything about it.

Also, Hope can transfer some of her healing through her hands onto someone else's wound. She cannot heal anything major, just simple wounds or broken bones, but this takes a lot of energy out of her. If she pushes her self to hard, she will most likely pass out. It takes about 15 minutes to heal a broken bone on someone else, 20 minutes for a deep cut.

Telekinesis:
Hope can move things with her mind. She can move anything with her mind except Nth metal, for her powers barely even work around it. Hope can lift up to things that are 2 tons with her mind, although the heavier the thing, the slower she can move it (She can easily pick up 1 and a half tons, anything after that begins to stress her out). She can only move something with her mind if she can see it, but if it is something large, she has to be within at least 20 feet from it to move it.
Because of her small structure, Hope can even move herself around with great concentration. She hasn't mastered this skill, so she can't go very far, nor fast. The highest she is able to lift herself is 30 feet at 10 mph. She cannot really fly with this power, just float.

Intangibility:
Hope can turn her whole body intangible, letting her go through anything except nth metal. She can stay intangible for 3 hours. Hope also can optionally just change one part of her body intangible instead of the whole thing. She can keep that one part of her body intangible for 5 hours if she absolutely needs to.Also, the longer she does this the weaker it makes her.
Hope can turn things up to 6 feet tall intangible with her and her touch. She can only do this for 7 minutes though because she is still learning how to wield this power. The smaller the person is, the easier and longer she can keep them that way.

Weaknesses:
Nth Metal:
Nth metal is a HUGE weakness for Hope. The Japanese company made this a specific weakness for her so that hey could control her. Hope's powers don't even work when in contact with this metal, even if she's near the metal, it makes her weaker.

Loud Noises:
If there are loud noises that are constant, it can make Hope lose focus, making it hard for her to use her powers.

Blind Fold:
Since she has to see an object to move it with her mind, a blind fold or simply anything that keeps her from seeing can stop her from doing that.

Human:
Even though Hope has a big healing factor, her head can be severed and she can be killed there. She doesn't get sick because of her healing factor, but she can die from natural causes or from old age.

Hand restraints:
If Hope has hand restraints on, she can't heal people or make other people intangible.

Personality:
Every since Hope had her drastic change, she went into hiding and rarely comes out during the day. She is ashamed of the way she looks and believes herself to be a social outcast.
Even in this state of mind, she will fight for what she believes in and will always be ready for a fight. She is now very loyal to anyone who accepts her for her altered self and rarely calls herself by her real name, feeling like it is something she needs to leave behind to move on. Hope does come off as a quiet person, but she is still bubbly and happy, just in a different shell.

History:
Hope's mom and dad were born and raised in a small town in Ohio. They met each other when they were young, grew up with each other, became high school sweethearts, then like that, they got married. When they were still in college, Katie got pregnant and soon had to drop out. William used the money that was supposed to go to Katie, to specialize in DNA alteration.
After William graduated college and Hope was only a year old, William got a job offer in Tokyo. All he told his wife is that he was working with DNA alteration and it payed a lot. Katie told him to take the job, so he did.

When hope was six, her little brother Justin was born in Tokyo. Her dad was supposed to take him out for a walk, but he was sick and had to stay home with his mom. In stead, he took Hope. He ended up taking Hope to his lab, showing her around until they got to one room.(Hope doesn't remember any of the following) He knocked her out and messed with her genes as a project his boss asked him to do. He was supposed to do it on a child that was very young, preferably a new born, but a 6 year old would do.

His boss told him that if he made a mutant, then he'd make him rich, but William wouldn't do that to his baby girl. He spliced her DNA to make her into a super human, something original, a... soccer player? He didn't make the affects immediate though, he wanted to make them slowly grow stronger as she got older. But, once she hits adult hood, all of her powers will go in full gear.

William told his boss what he had done, but instead of throwing a fit like he thought he would he simply nodded. He gave him the money and simply whispered "One day, I will get what Is mine." as William was walking out the door. William didn't register what this meant until the next day. He woke up in the middle of the night and began packing everything. He told Katie a lie about being transferred back to the US, Jump City. He also told her it was urgent and that they needed to go now. Katie agreed and they left that morning.

Hope has lived in Jump City since she was 7 years old, but he dad is rarely home. He usually goes away for months trips, and comes back for a week or so. When he is home, he is really strict on curfew, especially around the age of 11. The only time she gets to have fun is when he's not home and her mom is watching Justin and dealing with her pregnancy.

Now, Since Hope isn't aloud to be out after curfew, she goes out as Shōmei. She puts on a blonde wig and blue contacts so no one knows who she is.

A year went by and Hope made friends that she never thought she would, but this also came with making enemies. Her dads old company began tracking Hope down, constantly sending mutant bugs after her. Hope banded together with heroes she met on the way and they went off to track down what these things are and what they were doing in Jump City.
They found out it was Hope's dad's old company and before they could go any deeper, they sent a mutant intellectual gorilla to attack them and take Hope back to the lab.

Hope woke up to a painful procedure that stripped her of her old powers, gave her a new skin color, new eye and lip color, and completely changed her powers.

Her legs are probably pretty strong if she can kick a soccer ball like that. We should put a number on that strength. In tons, how much can she lift with her legs? That will also determine how much force she delivers on a kick without her soccer ball. Also, is the rest of her body stronger than a normal person, or just her legs?
