Powers:

Violet Energy Conduit - The trademark of every corp of lanterns, the power ring. With the violet energy conduit, anyone with an understanding of love, as well as scorn, and perhaps even rage, can come to create almost anything their heart desires. While rage can fuel the ring to a level of it working, it cannot fuel it as well as pure love.

Violet Constructs
With the ring under her control, Izzy is capable of creating anything that she can think of and when these constructs are destroyed, they release a blast of violet dust which has the capability to blind or simply distract the opponent. While technically the ring's creations are only as powerful as her imagination, the ring itself does have limits. The larger the construct she creates and the longer she maintains it, the more energy it consumes from the power conduit.

Love Manipulation
Izzy's power ring causes anyone with love for someone or something, the affected people's emotions of love begin to flood out of them.

Revival
A unique power of the violet power conduit is its ability to revive the recently deceased. While this is only good for a few minutes after death and the violet lantern cannot use it on themselves, the conduit can focus the love energy of those who loved the victim, and the victim's own love to convert it into life energy, giving the lantern a chance to save the recently deceased.

Flight
The ring allows the user to travel at speeds up to as fast as 1050 mph when traveling across country or in space, but generally any other time usually will not travel faster than 580 mph. This also does not translate into super speed or bullet dodging, or enhanced reflexes.

Super Strength
While lifting something, the violet energy conduit can cover it in a violet aura, allowing Izzy to move something as large as a bus like it was virtually weightless. Additionally, she can use the ring to enhance her own muscle mass, allowing her to lift up to 10 tons.

Minor Regeneration
The ring can heal cuts, bruises and burns. As well as provide casts or slings and a bit of accelerated healing, plus numbing effects for broken limbs as well while protecting such wounds from infection.

Universal Translator
The ring has logged in every species language in the known universe since it is directly connected to the universe itself and thus all living things. In addition to this feature, it works as a long range walkie talkie; being able to receive messages from other lanterns in 3D format even and from their home world as well as piggybacking on radiowave frequencies.

Enhanced Physiology
he ring allows the user to breathe in otherwise unsuitable atmospheres like the ocean, outer-space, and even inside of a clout of volcanic ash. More over it provides light in dim areas, keeps the body warm in cold climates, and other such things that would inconvenience the wearers natural physiology.

Shielding
Izzy's ring can create different forms of violet colored shields, these can block all forms of attack, but can be broken. The amount of time they are maintained or their strength and size determines how much of her ring's energy is used.

Izzy may know martial arts and is handy with a sword, but anyone with a higher skill level than her will eventually outmatch her. There's really no way around it.

Recharge Protocol

There comes times where an energy siphon or over exerting herself can dry out the power rings energy and when that happens Izzy becomes a normal human until she is able to recharge the ring via getting to her power battery. Ring only lasts for about 24 hours without recharge and only 18 if used constantly during that period

Absence of the Predator
With the predator having escaped, Izzy and all other Violet Lanterns cannot reach the full potential of their rings, serving as a constant weakness.

Dampening Love

For the ring to work on its optimal level, Izzy needs to have absolute focus on love and defending it. While she can indeed fuel the ring by rage, it is nowhere near as potent, and doesn't allow it to work properly.

Head Trauma
If izzy takes a blow to the head or a telepathic attack, she won't be able to focus on her powers.

Personality:

Izzy is the hyperactive love child that people have come to know and love. Quite literally. Being a rebellious tomboy, Izzy hates to sit in one place for more than a few seconds and always needs constant stimulation. Additionally, being a child of Aphrodite, Izzy find people's love lives very interesting and often butts her nose in where it doesn't belong.

Unlike her fellow Lanterns, Izzy feels that all forms of love need to be protected, not just between two lovers. Through this reasoning, she plans to work toward stopping crimes and criminals, so long as they threaten innocent lives.

History: Izzy was born to Samuel Kline, a small-time employee. Nothing really special about him, he was a suit. Never knowing her mother and never once thinking to ask about her, Izzy just continued on about her business, never once knowing why everyone was so attracted to her.

Eventually, she noticed that she could actually trick people into doing whatever she wanted. Whether this meant having her teacher call off the homework or convincing someone to loan her a car, it was never that much of an issue to anyone. Eventually, it got her into trouble when she 'borrowed' a few thousand dollars from the Gotham City bank. Having been a common girl with no record whatsoever and giving up without a fight, she was sent to a prison school for about a year. That was the full extent of her sentence, and strictly because she was able to talk the judge into shortening it.

After she got out, her father took no time to express how horribly disappointed he was in her, which she didn't take well in the slightest. It was at that point where her father slipped up and mentioned her 'powers' which perked up Izzy's ears. After enough talking, Izzy finally talked the truth out of him that she was the daughter of Aphrodite. At first she laughed it off and thought he was a nutcase, but it started to make sense. People were always attracted to her, they gave her whatever she wanted, and so on. It was at that point her training started. Now that she's sixteen, her father has moved to Jump City for business, where she now takes up residence in her own apartment, which she got strictly through sweet-talk. Some things never change.

After a run in with Chris, a son of Hades and Izzy's temporary boyfriend, Izzy was betrayed and left for dead by him. Strictly by coincidence, a violet lantern ring had been buried underneath the concrete below, sensing her pain and agony and rising up to choose her as a member of the Star Sapphire Corps. Since that time, Izzy has spent a good bit training with the ring, learning its powers. While she has learned a good deal, she still has much to learn.

We're going to need a bigger weakness if she's going to have a power ring, especially one that isn't weak to any other part of the emotional spectrum.

Also, you mentioned that the ring allows her to breathe in a volcano, but can she survive being inside a volcano in the first place? Lava would put heavy stress on her protective field.

Alright, this character can be approved, but on 3 conditions:

1. You never use the ring's power to grab someone. Holding someone helplessly in midair would be considered godmoding. Although your character could technically do just that, it will not be allowed on this site. I have seen this done with several characters in the past. Nobody ever wanted to RP with them. So just make sure you don't grab someone with a giant construct hand or otherwise give them no chance to fight back.

2. Your constructs and shields must be weaker than a normal lantern's. You mentioned that the Predator is missing, making the Violet Lanterns weaker. This will be a fine weakness in place of an emotional weakness. Heavy duty damage, like blocking an oncoming car or a rocket, will either break or severely weaken your ring's power.

3. No 'Love Mind Control.' You mentioned that she can make people's love pour out of them. She can also affect people's hormones. Just make sure that Izzy never uses this combination to make other people turn into her lovey-dovey eyed slaves.
