Looks: Toni's black hair just barely reaches the middle of her back. Her bangs are very messy and they do as they please. She has a low-arched nose which at the tip is upturned very slightly. She also has a curved face and round chin. Her eyebrows are thin and dainty. Her robot legs are gray and have red LED lights on her knees to show where they would be at night.
Clothes:
*School clothes: Since Toni goes to a private Italian school she has to wear a white long sleeved top with a long (to middle of shins) black skirt or black slacks. Her outfit comes with an optional sweater.
*Regular clothes: When not in school Toni usually wears a long (to her knees) black skirt and a dark red t-shirt that has a bright candy red radioactive symbol on it.
*Villain clothes: When in Villain mode her outfit is a dark purple tank top with black see-through detached sleeves. Her tank top ends just below her chest and shows her belly which is covered by a black see-through material like her sleeves. Her skirt is a skirt that ends about mid-thigh and is black with a purple belt. She wears black ankle socks that show her robotic legs. She wears black flats.

Powers:
*Control over animals- She can only control animals smaller than a horse.
*Emotional manipulation- She can only control emotions on the surface and those a little deeper in. Cannot use her emotional manipulation when she is having an emotional break down or when she's being emotional. She can mainly control the emotions that do with trauma. Those emotions can be sadness, depression, anger, rage, and fear. When she controls sadness or depression she can make it multiply or make it disappear When controlling anger or rage she can make the person become so angry that they flip the crap out forcing them them to breakdown. She can also take the anger or rage away. Controlling fear is tougher for her but she can. When controlling fear she can use the fear to scare the person to death or use to their advantage by making them get over it.
*Super speed- Due to her metal legs she can gain up to 50mi/hr.

History:
Toni was born in Italy to her Italian parents. When Toni was five her parents moved to Jump City though her parents got divorced and her father moved to Steel City. Ever since an early age she began traveling from Jump City to Steel City and vice-verse because of her parents always wanting to have her. When she turn twelve, she was on her way to Steel city. There was a terrible car accident and her legs got pinned under the car, luckily she got out but she would never be able to use her legs again. Her mother and father gave the hospital lots of money so they could create legs for her. No not the fake ones but metal ones that could read her brain waves and move like normal legs the metal kind. If she wore pants all the time you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. After this she was determined to take down the people who crippled her. She did this with the help of her friend Tyler that made her collar so that she could have no remorse and stop her emotional break downs.

As she walked she felt like she was in danger but she always walked to her father's on the weekends, but she had no idea that, that day was the day her life would come spiraling down. She would lose her emotions and legs forever. She kept walking and when the screech of wheels on the road became loud she looked to the sound and before she knew it her legs were pinned and she was terrified. She couldn't feel her legs. Why couldn't she feel her legs!? She tried moving but her legs wouldn't budge. When tried lifting herself she felt pain rip through her body and she thought she was dead. By the time the ambulance got there she was passed out from the pain. She lay by the car and magically it seemed she had moved but she had no idea how.
