The Snow Report

Hey everyone, since it's winter and the snows are coming I thought I could maybe make a thread where we report where (doesn't have to be specific, can be just the North, East, South or West of somewhere) and how bad the snow we get is or something, or just talk about the snow and Christmas or anything.

Today in the North of England it was a mix of snow and rain, I had to get the bus and walk home in it, it was horrible >.< then when I got home my internet was out, damn winter weather...

Well....l live in Indiana, winter hasn't gotten to bad here yet but it has been snowing and a few days ago it rained for a good two hours, then snowed from lunch until 6 then rained again for the whole night.

I'm from Arizona in the USA. We don't get winter just coldness. Snow doesn't exist around here, only fake snow that lasts about two seconds. Exaggerating?...no.

well, ninja, we do have flagstaff and snowbowl...kinda, several miles that way we do. *points at random mountains*

Sadly though, we have to sing,"cactus wonder land" instead of "winter wonderland".

I loved the snow we had last year, was so fun

I remember last year's snow, me, my mum, my dad and my lil bro all walked up to my nanan and grandad's house in the snow, we braught my dog too, he was prancing around in it, it was so funny xD then me, my dad and my lil bro went down to the Co-Op (a shop that's near us) and everyone was panic buying, then when my parents went to work one day me and my little brother played in the snow and we climbed onto my mum's car (she had taken the tram, the tram is pretty much London underground exept...above ground, only a few cities have them in England I think) anyway, it was really funny because my lil bro got onto the roof of my mum's car and pushed all the snow off it, it was a fun Christmas :3 .

Really above ground subways are in like....every major city here, weird. Though they are especially prominent in Chicago and new York, though everyone hated the l-train and its like when they were first made, they never got canceled.....but I won't get to see any snow and stuff shine Christmas, I'm going to Florida for the gator bowl. Ohio state v's Florida.

Well either way, it beats having to figure out which number bus to get on, although because my college is so remote I have to get the bus there and back -.- thankfully my mum is able to drive me there but it's a pain getting back home, and before you ask, college in Englnd is I think the equivilent to highschool in America, after college you have the option to go to university, although it costs so much that some people choose not to go.
