Sleepover With My Alien Cat (Tonie-CHAN! & EMMI)

Mark Rowan flew to the door of Jasmine's apartment, but upon arriving turned back to regular attire. He had a backpack slung over his shoulder with goodies in it. He couldn't wait to spend the night with Jas and meet her roommate. Also, he wouldn't mind seeing Twinkle again too. The entire reason he was here was due to his space kitty, or he should say their pet.

Mark found Twinkle on Rondor 5, where some wealthy natives were going to feed it to a sun eater, not knowing they only ate stars. So Mark asked for it and gave it as a present to his girlfriend and well the rest was history. This trip was to make sure it was okay surviving in Earth's environment, and also spending some quality time with the girl of his dreams didn't hurt either. Mark knocked on the door upon arrival and waited for it to open with an anticipating grin on his face.

Jasmine smiled as she sat on the sofa in her living room watching Twinkle jump around after a firefly she let loose for her. One thing was sure. Twinkle didn't act like those wild animals that trashed the place and it sure didn't try and eat her at night though the glowing at night startled her the first time she had Twinkle in here. She giggled and scratched at Twink's head when 'it' climbed onto her lap after eating the poor firefly. "We need to find out your gender soon Twink. It's weird referring you as 'it'" she said with a pout. She presumed that Annie was still sleeping when she heard a knocking on the door. She blinked before a wide grin swept her face, remembering that Mark was gonna stay over for the night. Picking Twinkle up into her one arm, she moved to the door and opened the door, giggling when Twinkle pounced him, "Guess Twink missed you as much as me" she said before going over to him, standing on her tiptoes to kiss his cheek. "Welcome to my abode!" she said jokingly with a hint of nervousness as she ushered him in.

Mark smiled even wider as Twinkle unexpectantly met him first and wriggled in his arms happily. "Hey there Twinkle Star, you been good for Jazzy?" He said holding it above his head and then received his kiss from his adoring lover and was ushered inside her house. Upon walking into the front Mark would "OoooOoo" and "Aaaaa" in fake amazement at her last comment, figuring that's the response one would usually have at a magnificent home they were seeing for the first time, even though it was just an apartment. He then dropped his backpack on the couch and ran over and grabbed Jasmine before twirling her in the air and holding her above his head, just as he did Twinkle. "Your turn! Haha, so you missed me too, right? I'm sorry I haven't been around too much lately, Lantern stuff has been keeping me plenty busy." Mark said rather exasperatedly as he put her down. "But, best believe I'm going to cherish every moment of tonight, starting when I knocked on your door. Speaking of YOUR door, where's your roomie?"

Twinkle merely purred in response as if its way of saying yes before taking it's place on the recliner. It had taken to that place and Jas had said the first time it didn't let her near it that it claimed it as its place. Jas shook her head holding back a grin though the sides of her lips twitched upwards, "You're a terrible actor you know that Rowan?" she said teasingly as she followed him, squealing in surprise when she was suddenly grabbed and twirled, "L-let me down!" she said through giggles and embarassment what with wearing a short skirt and all.

She grinned down at him and giggled, "Course I did! Who wouldn't miss an awesome guy like you?" she said before reaching out to wrap her arms around his neck, "I know but what matters is I have you for the night!" she said with a giggle before blushing brightly, "Prolly still sleeping in her room."

"Aww, how is it you always know the right things to say to me...Shouldn't talking be my job." Mark said while holding her by the bottom of her thighs with each hand while her arms were wrapped around his neck and looked dreamily into Jas eyes as he spoke in a teasing tone to her. Then leaned forward for a bit of a longer winded kiss this time; it was one of those warm feeling ones that they shared, where time stood still and all they could feel was their love for one another. His hat was also turned backward so that their foreheads didn't bump.

Then suddenly mid kiss, Mark had an epiphany and nearly dropped her. "Oh yeah, I brought some goodies for us in case you felt like staying up all night." Mark put Jasmine down and then moved to his backpack and pulled out super space ninja warriors five, the video game! and the console in case she liked playing. He also yanked out popcorn and candy in a heart shaped box for Jas, and a jar full of fireflies for Twinkle, which made it perk up from it's spot with eagerness at seeing the bright lights. Then finally he pulled out a scary move; Wicked Scary 11 in 3D! Plus, for a bonus he had his sketch pad, which he held rather tight. Not sure if he wanted to show her just yet. "So what'dya think? Did I come prepared or what...maybe too prepared." Started to have second thoughts about showing her the sketch pad.

She giggled at his words before pecking him on the lips, "I dunno! Maybe your talking skills are rubbing off on me" she teased right back before her breath hitched. Why must he look at her like that? It made her feel weird as if her tummy was doing flips. She unconsciously bit on her lip as she looked right back before they fluttered shut when he leaned in. Jas loved his kisses it made her feel warm all over and most especially love and wanted. She whimpered softly as he stopped, blushing when she realized her legs had wrapped around him.

She unwrapped herself from him when he placed her down, her pout turning into a bright grin at the mention of goodies. She grinned at the things he brought, taking the glass of fireflies and letting one loose for Twinkle who started eyeing it greedily and chased after. "I think it's perfect" she said, flopping down on the couch making sure her skirt didn't ride up, "What's up?" she asked, worry in her voice when she noticed him looking hesitant and holding the sketch pad in his hand rather tight.

As she sat on the couch he just made a loud sigh while Twinkle ran around chasing the firefly. "Fineee, while I was stationed on Randor for a few days I did a few drawings of you and me and a bit of other stuff. I also doodled while we had a stake out in the orion belt for intergalactic mercenaries. Anyway, I dunno, I wanted to show them to you, but now that I think about it. They're not all that great, my mind was kind of preoccupado when I did them. Bringing this was a dumb idea. Let's just play videogames or something." Mark pulls out a sketchpad from behind his back and at the end of his little speech he turns to put it back away.

Jazz's eyes brightened at the mention of drawings and had pounced onto his back before he can blink, "Nooo! I want to see it! Please let me see it!" she begged with a pout. All those drawings and he won't show her? She'll never let that happen, "Stop doubting your skills and show me pleaseee!" she begged even more, piggybacking on him now. "We can play games and do stuff later! I promise! Though I won't be that good"

Mark "Fine.Fine.Fine. Yeesh, here woman!" Mark said laughing as she pounced on him and reached for his sketchbook. Mark of course handed it to her, but with a warning before she opened it. "But, don't laugh kay." As she opened the first page she would see a picture of Mark and her resting under a tree, both of them looked asleep. He had his Lantern attire on and she had a pen and a pad in her hand. She was laying on top of Mark back to front with the shade loomed over them.

The Next page showed just Jasmine turning with a smile, it was just he head to her shoulder, with no real detail on her other than her face. Her facial expression seemed so vivid and lively. It was Mark's favorite thing about her, that smile. The next one was another picture of her and Mark; he was holding her hands up to his chest in a hoodie with a hat, while she was looking at him longingly with her lip bit. However, his face was unfinished in this one. Then there was a pic of a planet that looked like Saturn, except it's ring was made up of tailed comets. There was also one of numerous space animal doodles, and finally on the last page another pic of what looked like Jasmine that he had barely started, but she appeared to be holding something towards the viewer and opening her hand. "Nothing compared to you I know, but I tried." Mark scratches the back of his head, while an anime bead of sweat slides down his face.

Jasmine made a whooping sound in victory pumping a fist in the air before snatching the sketch pad from his hand, falling back onto the sofa as she did. She was about to turn the pad open when Mark said something, causing her to pout "Dunno why I'd laugh but 'kay!" she said before happily opening the pages. She stopped at the first page, her stomach doing those weird flips yet again. She stayed quiet as she viewed the drawings, stifling a giggle or two at the doodles of animals he did. Well she didn't promise to not giggle right? She had stopped a while longer at the drawing where he was in a hoodie, pouting at the unfinished face before she blinked at the last drawing, "Stop putting yourself down Mark wait no I take that back. You're right. This is much more beautiful" she said with a nod before setting it beside her and pouncing him with a tight hug, "I love you and thank you" she whispered before pulling back with a blush.

"Huh... where's Twinkle?" she said a moment later, trying to change the subject. "I swore it was in her a while ago" she said with a pout.

So she liked the drawings after all, well he was glad, he was worried they would bother her. Or maybe he made her look ugly. "If it were up to you, you'd think you were bad at everything there was to be bad at." He said as she hugged him, but before he could return an I love you too, Jasmine then mentioned Twinkle was missing. "Heyy, you're right!? Aw, where it go?" Suddenly a noise could be heard in Jasmine's room, as Twinkle continued to try capturing the firefly in there. On water this would be easy, but obstacles made it sort of a challenge for the space cat. "I'll get it." Mark heads towards Jasmine's room to retrieve the pet.

Jasmine pursed her lips at that, "Hey it's true!" she said before bouncing around in place "I hope he won't cause too much noise" she said with a pout, "I still think Annie's sleeping in her room" she added before she heard a noise from her room. "Well that goes the too much noise bit" she mumbled before bouncing after Mark, yes bounce. She would skip but that wouldn't be much fun. "Oi! No snooping into my stuff ya hear" she said in her best mouse voice. She heard another noise and blinked, stopping by her door, "Err... you go in!"

Mark opened the door and looked around after turning on the light and just stood there as he eyed all of her things while he smiled. So this is it, this is her world. It was like stepping into someone's mind, their own universe. Also, a flying space cat---FLYING SPACE CAT!

Mark suddenly was hit int he face by Twinkle, who he then pulled off his mug as his hat fell off and saw it swallowing the firefly it finally had caught and it's tail began to glow. "Haha, well I hope you've had your fill." He then dropped the cat outside the door and let it go back into the living room where it would most likely try to claw at the jar full of fireflies. Meanwhile, he stayed back in Jas's room, looking about all her memories. "What's this of?" Pointing at a mounted picture.

Jas shuffled near the door before pressing her ear against her door. She blinked as she heard a splatting sound of something colliding with something and frowned before the door was opened and she quickly jumped back, watching as Twinkle walked- no floated past her. "I didn't know she could do that" she mumbled before walking into her room, immediately being assaulted with a question. She walked over to him and tilted her head at the image of two adults and a little her. "Mama and Papa" she said smiling fondly at the dark haired kind-looking man and the blonde that had a regal attitude. "Back when I was younger. See I don't have the red hair yet" she said pointing to the girl who had dirty blonde hair.

"You were originally a blonde? *smirks* I kinda like it. It's cute." Mark said turning to her and then slyly walked forward while reaching into his pocket. "Sooo, since Twinkle already started eating without us, I figured maybe you'd like to share a treat." Then out of his pocket came a sweet; chocolate wrapped in foil. Afterwards he immediately started to unwrap it and put half into his mouth, and then leaned forward so that Jasmine could get to the other half. It was from the box of chocolates he had showed her earlier, he had snuck one out of it.
