Let it snow! Let it snow! (Open)

It was nearing December in Jump and all around the city buildings were being lit up and decorated. Small deer and trees were in nearly every lawn casting colorful lights and setting the scene for another wonderful Christmas. Even in the parks the city had put up banners and decorations. There were holiday related contests as well. Snow man building contests, Snowball fights, Ice scatting, and there was even a spot set up for the city cops to race their police horses (decorated to look like reindeer with fake antlers mounted on their bridles). Everything was looking great. This year there was even a good deep amount of snow for the kids to play in.

Jay picked up a handful of snow and packed it into a ball and walked around the park, looking eager to hit a fellow team mate with it. If she could find one first. Her wings were tucked beneath her jacket and in their fire red color to help keep her warm. But she was still wearing her jacket, scarf and gloves to keep herself warm. She loved this time of year.

Ayumu was walking around in a t-shirt and a pair of shorts, smiling happily, getting weird looks from everyone else but she loved winter, she hated the warmth so sub-zero temperatures were like her heatwaves, she walked on-top of the snow mounds, freezing the snow underneath her feet to prevent her from falling in, she just walked around the park happily as she hummed a happy tune.

Claire was at the park with her white earmuffs on and dark blue jacket with blue jeans tucked into her dark black boots. With every breath, Icy Fog came out of her mouth. She had her hands tucked into her jacket pockets and was looking around The Christmas Version of Jump City.

"So beautiful....yet...so bright!"

Claire winced at the bright lights of Jump City. She hadn't even seen Jay walking around the park with a snowball. This left Claire vulnerable.

"So...bright!"

Claire stops looking at the lights but is blinded for a second.

Jay walked around one of the stalls that was selling hot cocoa and spotted Claire. For a moment her face was blank, but it slowly slide into an evil grin. She packed a bit more snow into her hand to replace whatever had melted and aimed. She swung her arm forward and released the snowball. It was heading straight towards Claire and as long as she didn't move, it would hit her square in the back.

Jay laughed a little and took a step forward but suddenly slipped on a bit of ice and fell on her butt. She lay in the snow for a moment, wondering what happened and slowly sat up to see if her snow ball had hit its target. She shook snow out of her hair and smiled at Claire.



Nikki padded through the snow, pulling a sled with a few kids on it up a hill. Her fur was thicker and she was enjoying the winter feel. She was happy to play in the snow, especially since she hadn't seen it before. The were ferret changed back to her human form when she reached the top and brushed her snow covered hands across her jeans. "There you go guys. Have fun." she walked down the other side of the hill and went straight over to a booth with eggnog and candy canes and bought herself a cup of pumpkin spice eggnog. She sat on the edge of the frozen fountain and sipped her drink happily.

Ayumu walked up to one of the stalls and bought a candy cane, nomming on it happily as she walked around in summer wear.

Claire had turned around and a snowball had smashed into her stomach.

"OOF! What the...?"

She looks and sees Jay on the ground. Then Claire smiles to Jay in a evil kind of way. Her dark hair blows around since the wind is a little high.

"Heh...this is SO on!"

Claire picks up alot of snow mixed with ice and forms it into a snow ball.

"Heres the rules: 1. No powers, 2. No Powers, and 3. NO POWERS!"

Claire chucks the huge ice/snow ball toward Jay. It was heading toward her chest with precise aim and speed.

Jay scrambled to get out of the way of the snow ball and was hit in the small of her back. She yelped in surprise and grabbed up an armful of snow while laughing evilly. She let her wings poke out from the holes in the jacket and flew into the air, dropping the whole arm load of snow on Claire and laughing. "I'm not using my powers! I'm using my abilities!" she said before Claire could complain, but mostly Jay wanted to move the fight to a more open area so they wouldn't beam a vendor or some one in the head by mistake.

Ayumu stepped onto one of the frozen fountains and started skating happily.

Claire had threw her hands up in the air. A bright pink force field had came over Claire and blocked the snow from hitting her. Then she turns invisible even though her footprints can be seen in the snow. She picks up a giant iceball and chucks it at Jay's stomach. Claire reappears and then runs in the direction of the football field of Jump City. She needed more space to fight Jay.

"Catch me if you can!"

Claire then laughs evilly and sprints even faster, moving out of people's way.

"Slowpoke!"

Jay followed Claire towards the football field and landed, eagerly scooping up a handful of snow and throwing it where the footprints were headed. She grabbed more snow and quickly piled in up to form a blockade and hid behind it, grabbing more snow and throwing it our towards Claire.

I guess Ayumu continued ice-skating on the fountain?

Claire had made a snow barricade and hid behind it, throwing a lot of snowballs.
