No Meta policy?

Ok so the idea of this is almost like the plot of X-men 3. The government have become sick of meta-humans population and have made a cure for them they basicly create a solution to the growing rates of the meta population. They plan to leave every single member of the justice league alone but the same cannot be said for the titans or there *enemys.Will they take the diplomatic aproach or wage war...

We've had talks about something like this before but that was removing all aliens and stuff from Earth. In this case though there's no way the Justice League would just sit back and let it happen.

I love this idea its a perfect solition to an idea i was havin for my charater if you do this I'll be glad to hop in!

I'm new here, so I don't quite get how this works, but as for the idea, I love it. My character is just begging for something like this, so I'd sign up in a heart beat.

If your character is approved Crimson Flash, then you're free to join in on any suggested plot (if such a plot allows it)

I liked the movie, and my character will philosopically bash some skulls if they tried to ''cure'' him :P

This would be a cool idea! I would love to see Eric get his gun taken away from him and Moon to get her powers taken away for a period of time. she's always wanted to feel like a human.

In the movie, take it away...and they stay away Moon. That one last magneto scene shouldnt be counted :P

I like the idea. Like Josh says, the Justice League would hardly approve, but perhaps the conspirators could be taking away metahumans' powers in secret, one at a time, and nobody has found out until, say, Velocity or Ironhide turns up at Titans Tower begging for help. Then the Titans would have to make a decision, and some might even go looking for this 'cure' in the hope of getting rid of their powers.

The government are kidnapping and experimenting on Meta's to cure the growing meta-population. They come to your house/ base in the dead of night and then inject a chemical into you that suspend's your power's for around twenty-four hour's then they take you to a thought to be abandoned military prison in upstate. There they are trying to discover a cure to the meta "disease"

they kiddnap young and old, evil or good so we could see some forced alliance's
the Justice League was never informed and this project was so classidfided it would be next to impossible to find out about it
it happened all over the course of one-night (the kiddnapings) and it hit the hardest in the jump and steel area's
Finally no non-meta hero's/ villan's were taken but they can help try to save there super powered friend's

This thread needs The Hat, an NPC who can cancel out superpowers, at least as long as he's near them. Perhaps the government experiments involve turning The Hat's power cancellation into a permanent 'treatment' for meta-humans. The Hat would happily volunteer to be a part of it, and I will happily volunteer to play him in this thread.
