Evening Officers

As they approached the river bed Spider-Girl was only about half way across the wire when her Spider-Sense alerted her of the situation ahead. Quickly starting to wobbly run across the web-line now, Spidey would have to dive, reaching the edge of the van and only hanging onto it due to her wall-crawling ability as the vehicle went flying up into the air and the original cop car soared into the bay. The wounded police officer inside unable to hit the brakes and veer in time to avoid taking a dip in the rushing water. Liz looking back afterwards took a deep breath before starting to pull herself up.

"PHEW, nice going Spidey, try cutting it a bit closer next time!"

Whoop-Ant would brace himself by covering up as the kick from Viktor came his way. He blocked it, but the force still sent him flying back and hit the wall of the van with his back. Whoop-Ant would drop onto the floor and would look up at Viktor.

"Boy that was a strong kick."

Whoop-Ant would start to pick himself up off the floor of the van. He would feel the van shake a bit, but he didn't notice that they were about to go flying off the edge above the riverbed. He would look over real quick to his left and see Nikoli sitting on the floor in a meditating position and then outside he would see spider-Girl making her way back in. Whoop-ant would put his fists up at Viktor.

"C'mon, I'm ready for round 2."

After climbing back up and giving a quick glance to Whoop-Ant Spider-Girl smiled as the boy signaled for the large felon to bring it on. The big man was strong, but now he was was in deep trouble if he thought he could handle them both. Injured leg and all Spider-Girl would still give him a run for his money. At first taking out yet another firearm to blast the two before eventually abandoning it and then darting to the front of the car where he would proceed to fling the driver out of the side door in one movement. Liz's face in shock as she heard the man's scream while he began to tumble to his doom and then again as Viktor repeated more of the same with the man in the passenger's seat. Two victims, two more lives that would be on both Whoop-Ant's and Spider-Girl's hands this time if they let them fall to their deaths.

"I got this one, save the other!"

Immediately knowing what she ahd to do Lizandra nodded to the boy who she hopped would amke the same chocie before daring out the side of the open back doors of the vehicle and side flipping ontot he side of the car using her wall-crawlign abilty to ake her cling on when gravity would usually have denied such a feat and then lunged downward in astright shot at one of the plummeting men. Hoping to cath him before he hitt he ground. The other one she couldn't save on her own. maybe if she had her web-fluid or grapple, but she had left that on the side of the van having no time to grab it and of course she was out of webbing.

"Come on, Come on, come on almost there!"

Finally, the girl would reach the man just moments before hitting the ground and wrapped her body around his before colliding with the surface of the earth very hard just beyond the riverbed. Her extremely durable body breaking the fall and potentially acting as an air bag for the goon while her own well-being suffered the real high impact. After bouncing and skidding across the floor a few times she would release her grip on the man who was still very much knocked out from the hard landing and let him roll out of her arms. Spider-Girl herself was aching and burised all over, not to mention the gun shot wounds. Her vision was dazed and her head felt like it was about to split in two. At the same time though she had an inkling of a hope that Whoop-Ant was ok as she laid there trying to catch her breath. When it came down to it, saving innocent lives was always more important than the imprisoning of another.

Whoop-Ant would nod his head with an affirmative look on his face. He would look at the two men, Viktor and Nikoli, with a look that said, you guys are lucky this time. Whoop-Ant would turn back around and Spider-Girl was already on her way down to save the one guy. Ajay would cling onto the one of the doors in the back that were flapping around. He pushed off it, pushed off it so hard that the back door would go flying off. He put all his limbs close to his body, like a missile. He would go straight for the other guy that was falling through the air. The guy had already passed out, so he was just flopping around now.

"Almost got him!"

Whoop-Ant would get closer to the guy who was falling, but at the same time they were both getting closer to the ground. Whoop-Ant wasn't worried for his own well being at this moment, he was worried for the man plummeting to the ground. Finally he caught the guy around the waist. Whoop-Ant knew now that the only way he was going to survive this is if he landed on his feet. Ajay went and put the guy onto his shoulders as he neared the ground. Whoop-Ant braced himself as his feet collided with the pavement. Thankfully for his high tech shoes, he was able to land without any harm to his legs. His landing was still hard, causing a bit of a crack in the ground. Whoop-Ant would place the man on the ground as he looked around for Spider-Girl. She was on the ground a few yards away from himself. He would run over to her and when he reached her, stuck his hand out to help her up.

"You alright there?"
