The Bigger They Are, The Harder They Brawl!

Senshuken was having a rather good day so far.

He had covered up a few legal issues for a brand new scientific research company that seemed to have started up out of legitimate love of science rather then a misguided attempt to make money. The CEO, Cave Johnson, had earned a place in the demon lords heart after his 'mantis man' experiment went bad. Instead of letting the mutated mindless monsters he had created by injecting mantis DNA into human's go to waste, he had simply locked the creatures in the labs for a couple of days while he spread word through out his employees that they had a chance to join in on a team bounding exercise. He gave them all guns and sent them in to clear out the lab. A fun time was had by all. Senshuken was expecting great things from these people.

Plus, less then a few minutes ago he had hooked up a closed network to a wireless connection. Even as he walked deeper into the base of operations of this 'top secret laboratory' (Some abandoned houses and basements linked together by crude tunnels didn't count as a laboratory to him.), the information and research that had been gathered here was already being stolen by his computer programs.

All he had to do was tie up a loose end...

Things had been going smoothly for the Teach Crime family that night. They had managed to get a couple of expensive bottles of booze and a few sips earlier that night had really helped with the chill and the nerves. It was looking to be a good night...

*Knock Knock Knock.*

The world went silent as someone starting to knock the emergency exit of the warehouse. Despite the fact that the knocks themselves were almost completely silent, as if the knocker didn't want them to be heard, it echoed in the cavernous warehouse. The mobsters were sobered up quickly enough.

Almost ten seconds of silence followed the knocks.

Just before they were about to relax and go back to work, it happened again. Louder then before.

*Knock Knock Knock.*

Pulling his gun, one of the braver mobsters slowly began to step towards the door. The silence was so thick that every step he took echoed like a knife stabbing into flesh : Sharp and Painful. The man kept glancing behind him at the rest of his crew, the fear and panic hanging in the room like a smog.

Reaching the door, he paused for a split second before gripping the handle and opening it with a snap. There was no one there. Looking to the left, then the right, even up, there was no one there. Closing the door, he turned around and shrugged at the people he had been working with that night.

Suddenly, with a heave of the earth that could have been considered an earthquake if it wasn't for the fact that the earth only shifted under the feet of the people working in the warehouse, eight different holes opened up underneath them. As the screams of the mobsters falling to their deaths faded away, Something burst from the ground. At first, it looked like a giant mole of sorts, but on closer exception it was clearly humanoid. His head was that of a human, even if it did have rodent like features. Below that was nothing more then a freakish mixture of mole and man.

Speaking into a radio on his belt, his voice was high and screechy, like rusty nails scratching on glass. "The build'ns clear Gen. Keep doing ya thing and keep things silent out there."

The reply was understood only by him due to a headset, but he laughed all the same. "Fine, but ya paying Tai for tonight's playthings. 'Member, I like them red headed and young. " was all he said before he walked over to a random crate, busying himself to checking on what they had to work with.

Just has Nin was about to open the first crate (And check to make sure that there was enough to skim a little off the top), his headset crackled to life.

" Hey Nin, you have company. Some sort of altered human just entered the warehouse before I could get the illusion up. You'll have to deal with her. She went in through the skyline. Try to take her alive... we could use a new test subject."

Slowly, a predatory like smile crossed Nin's face before he answered back in his vermin like voice. " Was she cute? More important, can I play with her when you're not sticking needles in her?"

There was a moment of silence before the answer came over the earpiece he was wearing. I don't see why not. But you have to catch her first."

Jumping up and down like a kid on coffee while going 'whoop', Nin glanced up at the roof mid jump and spotted the slightest hint of something strange. The moment his feet touched the ground, a rock the size of a basketball rocketed out of the ground and towards his target.

"Well I guess chivalry really is dead if that's how you greet a lady nowadays."

For a split second, Nin just looked at the woman like she had grown a second head. "Chivay wha?"

Over the radio, loud enough that those in the warehouse would hear, the sigh of the intelligent when dealing with a moron could easily be heard. " She means that you don't treat women with respect, moron."

Nin didn't seem to register the insult as his eyes seemed to grow as wide as dinner plates. " Gen! Gen!, The girl is hot! and a red head! Can I keep her? Please?!"

The sigh the was the reply gave the impression that if the person giving it could pound their head against a wall, they would have. "Sure. Why not? It's not like I told you to capture her to begin with."

The moleman smiled with glee before stamping his foot, launching a basketball sized chunk of rock into the air in front of him before palm striking the rock, sending it towards the woman at speeds that no ordinary person could have hoped to achieve.

Over the last few months, things had been going great for Tai. He had left his tribe in Africa to come to Steel City and had gotten into the Behemoths because of his great strength within the first few hours of being inside the city. Due to his loyalty, power and ability to think out plans and stick to the plans created by the chieftains of his new had allowed him to ascend the ranks until he was put under the command of Lieutenant Gen. If things went as planned, once Gen somehow manages to get his experiment working, they would use it to overthrow the chieftains and take control of the Behemoths. He and Gen were really looking forwards to the day they were in charge... the first thing they planned to do was kill Nin for being the rapist little worm that he is. But he was useful... for the time being.

Wincing as he closed his hand into a fist, Tai decided that he would punch Nin in the face when he got back for leaving that iron on. When he had gone to turn it off, it had burned his hand. While it only stung when he made a fist, the fact that it left a mark of a circle inside of square suggested that this was another one of the vermin's jokes.

Moments after this thought went into his head, Tai had the honor of meeting one of his gods...

As his rock missed, Nin was about to summon another one when a fist collided with his front teeth. The force of the impact forced him to slide backward. Stepping on a pebble and losing his balance, Nin fell over backwards, landing on his neck with a loud, sickeningly wet *SNAP* .

His body went completely limp.

For a few seconds, nothing happened. Then, slowly, Nin's body started to dissolve into a sort of greenish goo. The goo started to raise for a few seconds, twisting and turning in a freakish display, before exploding outwards like a bomb, more or less encasing everything in the warehouse in a super sticky, quickly turning rock hard substance.

"What-What is going on here, and what the heck was that guy made out of!?"

While there was no doubt that she would be panicking a little too much to hear it at first, there was a soft flutter of wings before something clicked on the pavement that was the warehouse floor. The clicking noises started to ring louder and louder as someone walked quite calmly towards the downed super hero, the sticky floor not even hindering his progress in the slightest.

The man in quite was very... white. His clothing was white, the mask he wore was white and even the skin that was visible was almost freakishly pale. Despite the fact that it looked like there was something rolled up on his back, the eye couldn't help but be drawn to the movements of his hands. In one hand, he was holding a dump rag. In the other, he was pressing an unlabeled bottle against the rag, making it dump in the first place with a strange but eerily soothing smell.

Stopping next to the red head's face, the unknown man knelt down next to her rather gracefully before clamping the hand with the rag over her nose and mouth, holding it there like an iron vice.

As the teenager's struggles finally ceased and she slipped into unconsciousness, Gen rose from the ground as the illusion he had cast on the girl faded away. The goo like substance that had bound the girl and prevented her escape had been nothing more then a cheap illusion in order to trick the girls senses into holding her still for him. If he had attempted this without a diversion, the odds of it working would have been greatly reduced... thankfully, Nin had been a surprising boon in that area. '

"I'LL KILL THAT RED HAIRED TART!!! NO ONE MAKES ME BLEED MY OWN BLOOD!"

In an act that could have been attributed to foresight, Gen's hand grabbed for what seemed like nothing but air, only to grab hold of Nin's clawed hand as it was thrown downwards towards the unconscious girl with the spider fetish.

Looking into Nin's eyes, it was easy to see the missing tooth. It was one of his two matching big ones, which made the missing tooth all the harder to miss. "Nin, you will get your chance to make her suffer. While she is going to serve our cause, I am interesting in learning just what she is doing here... which means that you will get to play with her once she's back at the lab. Now I want you to strip her of everything, secure her in the truck and find a way to keep that rag over her face during the trip. I don't want her waking up till we get there. And no using or abusing her till we get home either. Got it?"

Gen was one of those people who can truly claim that they do not suffer from stupid, petty things like guilt. However, he was a business man at heart who didn't like complications. Nin was a living, breathing complication. The man had almost no self control to speak of. His habits with women were just the tip of the iceberg. Still, he was useful in certain situations. If there was one thing you could use to torture information out of a woman, it was the threat of rape and Nin was a master of it. Still, at the end of the day the mole rat would have to go.

An hour later.

Other then the hiccup with the vigilante teenage girl, things had gone quite smoothly. They had loaded all the cargo in the warehouse onto the truck, got everything back to the labs and while Nin was unloading the truck, Gen and Tai had gone about securing the prisoner in one of the basement rooms. She had been stripped of all clothing and equipment to ensure that she had no hidden tricks to escape. They had chained her hands above her head and her legs in a spread eagle position at Nin's recommendation. Now the only real challenge was keeping Nin away from the girl until she woke up.

" Tai, I want you to guard her. I'm not so much worried that she will escape as I am that Nin is going to get in here before she wakes up."

Tai nodded his head in agreement. The African ape man was much bigger and stronger then a normal sized human and could follow orders to the letter. Gen knew that the apeman was a asset with keeping hold of.

" Very well then. Radio me when she wakes up."

With that last order, Tai was left alone in a barren room with a naked underage girl who was chained to the wall. He at least had the decency to look away from her and stare at the door, like he was waiting for something to come through it.

"Hey buddy, mind loosening these restraints a bit? They're cutting off circulation to my...well everything?"


It was possible to see the muscles in Tai's neck swift as the apeman looked at the helpless little girl. While he found it odd that Gen hadn't thought of gagging her with something, he didn't really care what Gen did anymore. Raising his sledgehammer of a fist and pounded it twice with some care on the wall by the door. The thuds it gave off were rather loud. A couple of seconds later, there were two rather softer knocks on the door in return.

Tai respectfully turned his head to the door and opened it with a great deal of respect, letting in a hooded figure that was neither Nin nor Gen. While at first the man's face would have been hidden from view by the shadow of the hood, the moment he was within five feet of Liz he pulled the hood back to revel a face she would remember seeing before, although a little differently. While Senshuken did look he had back when they first met in the coffee shop, it was clear that he was a few years younger then before... sixteen or seventeen at the most. He couldn't help but blush at the nude body in front of him, a shyness that had been haunting him for years coming to the surface a little. He had always found the female human body a damn beautiful sight to see, and Liz (AKA Spider Girl) was a mighty fine example of her species.

"Well... Do you hang out here often?"

The moment he said this, Senshuken smacked his palm into his forehead rather hard before turning away from the cute looking naked woman and dropping a duffel bag he had been carrying with him onto the floor. "Tai, would you mind getting her down? If I look at her right now I'm just going to keep saying stupid, embarrassing things over and over again till Illusion man and the rapist molerat show up... there are some clothes in the bag Liz." was the last thing he said before turning his back to the hero known as Spider Girl. The mind blowing embarrassment that the demon lord was going through was evident to anyone who knew how to read the slightest bit of body language.

Tai simply shrugged his giant shoulders before walking over, placing his hands on the different chains holding the girl and simply breaking them through brute force by crushing them.

If anyone was willing to look in the bag they would have found a surprisingly tasteful set of silk robes that would have suited the role of a priestess, while being form fitting enough to be appealing to the eye. Despite the fact that this robe had sentimental value to him, it was needed for the same purpose his father had used it for.
