Equipment:
Dragon Armor- A step up from normal bullet-proof armor. This suit can resist shrapnel from grenade-like explosives. It would take a high-powered sniper round or an RPG to pierce this armor. It covers his torso, legs, and arms.
Strobe Lights- Flashes light extremely rapidly and brightly, momentarily blinding and stunning anyone looking in the general direction and disorientating anyone looking away. Seth carries several of these on him at all times, and even has two built into his Dragon Armor suit- one on the front and one on the back. They take a small, built in battery.
Adjustable Goggles- Seth wears sunglass-like goggles that can be adjusted to be lighter or darker at the push of a button. They also adjust on their own to a comfortable level if the button is not pushed, but that usually takes at least three seconds. At the darkest setting, these goggles protect the wearer from the effects of a strobe light. They are also secured to his face to prevent tear gas from affecting his eyes. A special add-on to these goggles gives him night-vision.
EMP Grenades- Electro-Magnetic Pulse Grenades disrupt all electronic devices within one hundred feet. These effects last for about three hours. They are weapons of last resort as they make the strobe lights useless for three hours. Seth usually carries one of these.
Handgun- Seth carries a gun on him at all times. It has a 10 shot clip and he always has at least four clips on him.
Tear Gas Grenades- The gas these grenades produce causes extreme pain and temporary blindness to unprotected eyes. It also induces extreme nausea.
Pink Power Ring- The origins of the pink ring are mostly a mystery. In his spare time, Seth might investigate the truth behind this object. What is known is that the ring is loyal to its owner. It brings peace and happiness to its rightful wearer until that person dies. Anyone else who even touches the ring, however, will be punished with extreme mental and emotional pain. A firm punch from Seth’s ring hand can leave physical pain for a day, mental pain for two days, and emotional pain for a week.

Habits/Quirks:
He wears a plain, pink ring on his left ring finger. He looks at it when he feels down, and it makes him feel better.

Personality:
Seth would rather control things from the shadows than actually fight himself. He hires thugs to do his bidding. Typical thread with him will therefore consist of him setting up mobs of thugs, assassins, bombs, and the like. He will always try run away if he is threatened and given the option.

Seth believes that humanity has grown corrupt and evil because the people are protected by superheroes. Their ease in life has led to them becoming terrible monsters, capable of horrible things. He thinks that people must be punished for their evil, but they cannot be punished while superheroes protect them. For this reason, Seth seeks to destroy the Teen Titans. To him, the ends always justify the means, but he would rather crush the Titan’s spirits than actually kill them. He doesn’t want to destroy the human race, just punish it into ‘repentance.’

History:
Seth always hated humanity. He hated people for the terrible things they did to one another. He found a brief time of happiness with his girlfriend, Anna Lee. Anna Lee was a meta-human with unknown powers. She was the one who gave Seth the ring. They were happy together. One day, however, Anna was murdered. Seth’s loss fueled his rage, and as he teetered on the edge of sanity, he decided that the world must be judged. Preparing for the event, he has decided that the hearts of heroes must be stopped in order to make room for the unknown destruction to come.
Seth started running a drug business in order to make money for his cause. He now has 15 trusted ‘employees’ with unique talents.

Sample RP
Seth sat on his throne-like chair, overlooking the warehouse that was his headquarters. Pulling off his glove, he looked at the pink ring.

Every time he saw the ring, it reminded him of her. Anna. The girl with the obsession for the color pink. She had given him the ring. Where she got it, Seth did not know. There were many things Seth did not know about Anna. Her past was as mysterious as this curious ring. Perhaps someday he would find the answers.

Seth heard laughter. It was his newest employee, Bob. Bob was a low-level thug with mechanical skills. “Funny little ring you got there, Boss. You find that in a cereal box? Ha ha ha.”


The other employees backed away from Bob, as they knew what was about to happen. “Bob,” Seth said, removing the ring. “If you can hold this ring for one minute, I will give you $100,000.”

Bob gave a mistrusting look. “Yeah right, you’ll shoot me or something.”

“I will do nothing to you,” said Seth. “Nor will anyone else.”He tossed the ring to the ground in front of Bob.

Bob looked at the ring, thinking. “All right,” he said at last. Bending over to pick up the ring, Bob’s fingers made contact with the small round object. The mental and emotional pain he felt sent him into a seizure, throwing him to the floor. Recovering enough to open his eyes, Bob saw the face of his boss, Seth.

“Only 59 seconds to go,” said Seth. Putting the ring back on his finger, Seth resumed his throne-like seat.

If someone could draw a more accurate rendering of Seth, it would be greatly appreciated. The pictures I found were fairly close, but fall short of the 'lurking in the shadows' villain I had envisioned. My art skills could be better, so I'm asking for a favor from anyone with artistic ability. The picture will replace the two I have previously posted. Please and thank you.
