Knock-Knock. Who's there? BOOM!! (Open TE)

As Superboy and the robots got closer he felt different all of a sudden. He felt stronger. Getting in close to the robot Superboy then used his new strength and threw a punch at the robot which took its head of causing the body to drop down with sparks coming from the neck where it's head used to be. As he turned around to face some other robots he got blasted off his feet by one of the sonic cannons. As he got back up he turned to face the robot that had fired at him but before he could do anything he got hit from behind by another sonic cannon from a different robot. Once again back on his feet he would jump high up into the air before they could fire again. The robots looked up into the sky but they couldn't see anything because they were directly under the sun when Superboy jumped so he was using that as cover.

When he came back down to Earth he landed in front of one of the robots and ripped its arm from its shoulder before it could fire, he would then proceed to use the arm like a baseball bat and hit the robot straight in the gut with it, sending it flying back through the air. He then quickly turned around and threw the arm at another robot who was preparing to blast him. He would then hop on top of the downed robot and pull its head off holding it up high, but he was soon blasted by another robot. He looked around wondering how many more there could be.

As Psychosis healed JaK's wounds, the teen felt himself getting a lot stronger as his normal abilities returned to him due to his body not being in overdrive to heal. Also, it would seem Conner got a strength boost. JaK honestly loved having a Wizard on the team.

"Grace, Will, I've got an idea. The battery for the tower, set it to overload and then reboot. The EMP burst radius should reach far enough to malfunction all incoming HIVE drones. One of you get on that while Superboy and I keep them away from the Tower."

JaK then broke away from the others, honestly either Will or Grace could do this. Even if she didn't know what the hell JaK meant Psychosis could feed her directions telepathically while he stayed and battled. Meanwhile, JaK charged into the fray by running right in between the oncoming sonic cannon blasts and enlargening both fists too match over half his own body weight and size each before darting into the into the mass of HIVEborgs and punching through three of them with one fist, bits and pieces of oil and machine parts flying past JaK as he tore through the tin cans. Right afterwards he used the other enormous extremity to block two of their punches, which cracked his armor a bit aroudn the wrist and then countered with a humongous back hand that sent both of the robots soaring away.

"I know Cyborg, and trust me you guys are $#!&ty imitations!"

Clapping his hands together and setting them against the dirt ground a few seconds after gathering energy, a white pulse spreads out over the park grounds where the fight was. JaK, Superboy, jump off the ground now! Will communicates to the two team mates as the pulse hits the feet of the HIVEborgs and force them to lose their footing. Looking over at one that caught on in time to avoid the spell, Will runs at the robot while dodging it's sonic cannon. Getting up in striking distance, Will slides down on his feet to get behind the cyborg. Raising to his feet, Will's slaps his right leg with an orb, a white aura emitting from his leg now, and going to a spin, Will kicks into the outer armor of the robot's torso. Tearing halfway through it's body, Will moves the magic from his leg to go inside the robot. Jumping back from it now, Will watches the robot's body start to light up before exploding from the expulsion spell he casted.

Fenrisúlfr dropped from the skies, spiraling a bit before landing and causing the ground to shudder a bit around him. He didn't say a word of apology for being late; there had been a slight updraft in the air above, but he was done apologizing. He ran for some of the cyborgs, slashing through them with his sword. As he fought them, he remembered that the team could have numerous advantages when water was present; namely Grace, and so he stirred up a soft raincloud, having it rain on the battlefield as his sword swiped through another metal man. And, when Will said to, he took to the skies, launching a blast at the cyborgs.

OOC: Sorry for the late post...been trying to piece my life back together. And it's freezing cold.

Grace picked herself up. Everyone else seemed to be doing great against the cyborgs. Even Fenris had showed up. Grace slammed her fists against the ground. She hated feeling like the weakest member of the team.

She listened to Sage's plan. Overload? Reboot? EMP? What?

Will said that she had to be the one to do this. Great. She used the new moisture in the air to reform her armor and started flying over to the tower. "There better be a big red button that says E.M.P. on that battery, Will."

Will...No, she couldn't think about that now. She had to do...something to the battery, which would do...something to the robots.

As JaK continued to do battle with the oncoming droids it could be seen that he was having a hard time holding off three of them, which it was miraculous he could even do that considering these bots could bench press city buses. Where the heck did those HIVE goons get the money to pay for these things anyway?

"ARGH! No rush guys, but could someone let her know that I'm really, really, sorry aboutt he madi joke and she can quit getting back now and set off the DAMN EMP ALREADY!?!!"

As JaK spoke suddenly a fourth Cyborg jumped over the others and hit the boy with a downward punch that broke the armor off Sage's face and caused him to go sliding across the ground, tearing up the walk way to the tower as his metallic back and shoudler dug up dirt while skidding on the surface.

"AAAAAaaaAAHHH!!"

As Sage looked up, he noticed that all four HIVEborgs were aiming their sonic canons at him and if he didn't get up and move in time, the blasts were going to a lot more than tickle him!

Grace arrived at the battery. She was just proud to know where it was. She looked at the machine in its horrific glory. Buttons, switches, dials. It was a metal monster! Grace had no idea what to do. She really needed someone to walk her through this.

Pulling out her communicator, Grace hesitated. Sage was getting his punishment from heaven. Grace couldn't help but giggle a little. Then she returned to the problem at hand, staring up at the tower battery. "So...do I break it?"

Grace, take the the lever on the side and push it all the way up. The lever should have numbers on the side ranging from 1 to 100. After you do that we need you to flick every switch on the control pad to the off position.[i]

[i]After destroying the cyborg, Will makes another orb in his right hand. Aiming his hand above him now, Will yells out SAGITTA MISSA! The ball in his hand squirms and then blasts into the sky in the shape of several white arrows. Each targeting a robotic victim, the five arrows impale the metal bodies. The body of them are destroyed where the arrows struck as the robots start to spark and then freeze in place.

As the four robots were pointing their sonic cannons at Jak they would prepare to fire when from seemingly out of nowhere Superboy came landing behind them. He grabbed two of their heads and smashed them together which shattered the heads to pieces leaving the bodies to fall to the floor motionless. The other two robots turned to face Superboy and prepared to fire their cannons at him this time but before they could Superboy grabbed the legs of one of the robots he had just taken out and used the robot like a baseball bat to take out the other two robots. "What is taking her so long?" Superboy would then reach down and help Jak back to his feet as they prepared to take on more robots

Grace did as Will said. Now the machine was doing something. Electricity started jumping out of its metal shell. It was working.

Grace backed away and buffed up her ice armor. This wasn't going to hurt, was it?

BOOM!

The massive EMP shot across the entire area, deactivating all of the robots instantly. Electricity broke free from them as their circuits were overloaded and then fried. The robots fell lifelessly to the ground. The battle was over.

Grace was surprised to be unhurt. She had felt a little tickle, but that was it. Machines were good for something after all: breaking.

Grace tried to use her communicator, but found it was dead, too. She sighed and flew over to where the others were. "We don't have time to celebrate. We have to get Lance back. Let's get back to the others."

JaK had been saved by Superboy, lucky for him, but then rather unluckily a whole platoon more of the HIVE bots showed up and began firing at both Will and Fen only to be deactivated upon arrival. Afterwards Grace flew in and spoke of how they needed to go to the city and get back Lance. JaK had to agree, and after pressing a button on his intercom he expected his speedbike to come soon, but he forgot the EMP would've taken out both it and his communicator...Great.

"Took you long enough. So uhhh, give me a ride ya? Anyone..."
