Powers:
A form of Telepathy, she can cause her victims to see their worst fears and nightmares instead of reality, this can actually drive people insane.And everything the victim sees becomes real to them, feels real, looks real, smells real, the works She can also cause pain with her touch. As in, it feels like youre being shredded into millions of pieces, your nervous center goes insane, every light is too bright, every sensation amplified, air feels like needles piercing every inch of your skin, your insides are burning with a fire like hell.Like her sister Capricious she cannot touch anyone without causing them immense pain.She can control how people see her, sort of like a metamorph but she doesnt actually change her looks, she just alters the way her 'victims' percieve her. So she could look like anybody, but she can only 'imitate' people she's really seen. Random passerbys dont count unless she really inspects their appearance actively. her powers have a limit though, they need to be within a 500 mile radius or she cant do anything to them. [/color]

Weaknesses:stubborn, temper, insane, bitter, driven by emotions, mirrors or reflective surfaces(her relection always shows her true, normal form), distance (if seen from about 200 ft+ away she shimmers between looks like a mirage) Poeople who know who shes imitating very well or care for them a great deal are fooled at first but can quickly break the hold and see the real her


Skills:She´s skilled in various martial arts and the art of manipulation. Skilled with a knife and sword as she spent a year learning from a swordmaster before killing him and stealing his daggers.


Equipment: utility belt with a dagger which she can throw expertly. Wears a red mask and dark red latex pants with a red latex jacket. A watch that turns her casual wear into her mask and supersuit which she got from the guy that helped her and her sister escape. She had wanted to kill him too but at the time she had been in no state to do anything much.

Habits/Quirks:Loses her temper incredibly fast and taps her fingers against her temple when she encounters someone she finds especially dimwitted


Personality:To put it quite simply; shes a *female dog*. Shes moody, angry, vindictive, jealous...the list goes on. Due to the tests/torture that she underwent back the the Lab all her traits were magnyfied, making her go from bad and jealous to evil and bloodthirsty. She keeps infinete grudges and is only pleased when causing someone pain.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family: Mother:Aurora Berns-deceased. Father John Berns-deceased. Twin sister Juliette
Place of Origin:Gotham City
History:She and her twin sister were inseperable and both had powers from birth. Their Mother was a Metamorph and their Father was a scientist. Both were killed in an 'accident' caused by the goverment. She and her sister were taken to be killed and used for tests but managed to escape with the help of a young trainee that worked there. The lab expirimented with her nightmareish powers causing her to become sleepless (she doesnt sleep, doesnt need to) and plagued with the visions she placed in the test subjects brain and the torture she endured added to hearing her sisters screams she lost her mind. Shes still incredibly clever, but her vengeance and hatred has blinded her from reason and justice. To her justice is seeing humanity dead or suffering until dead.
The Trainee that freed them had fallen in love with her and carried her out as at the trime she had been curled up in a fetal position holding her hands over her ears to drown out the screams and nightmare visions. When she had awoken from the scientifically enduced coma she had been in she had cupped his face between her hands and driven him insane with visions and pain from her touch and mind.
Capricious stopped her before she killed him and the two ran away. Soon though it became evident that Juliette was merely angered at the scientists from the goverment, while Rose loathed the entire species. She left and vowed vengeance on the entire human race and her sister for turning on her.
So she became the Scarlet Letter, famous for cutting an 'R' in her victims chest.

Rose opened her latex jacket of her suit just enough so that her look was mussed and seductive. The glint of insanity in her eye was hidden by her fringed bangs as she entered the police station and leaned across the counter.
A scrawny and fearful looking young an stared at her before she smirked beckoning him closer.
"I need to take a little..peek...into your archives..." she purred.
"Im ssssorry M'am. I cant lert you do that...." he stammered
"Oh really?" she arched a brow lazily and pulled off her gloves before making her fingers walk up his sleeve teasingly and finally pressing her fingertips sharply against his neck. He cried out at the immense pain and she let her eyes turn black as she filled his mind with horrors.
"How about now, Officer...?" she snarled.
He whimpered and nodded feebly still crying. Ugh, weakness. Disgusting, this race, grovelling like a mutt. she thought as she let him go and he handed her the key to the file room.
She smiled sickeningly sweet before snapping his neck and pulling out her dagger, leaving behind her signature R on his chest.
Soon she was deeply immersed in the archives. She looked around for the Mutant register.
"B, B, B, Berns! Berns, Juliette. Aka Capricious" she snorted at the chosen name, "Juliette Berns, known Mutant, now member of the Teen Titans West...Oh? This is going to be fun..." she tucked the file back in its cabinet and pocketed the key for later use. Stepping over the corpse she zipped up her suit and slipped on her gloves before dissappearing in the shadows of the night.
She had a family reunion to attend.

I likE her just a few things though. You said she causes pain by touch. Well since pain happens by firing nerve centers I would just like to know on a scale the amount of pain she can cause just by touching you? Is it electric chair type pain or simply a burning sensation in that area of the body. Does it get worse if she doesn't let go. Also I need real weaknesses aka how to not be affected by her illusions or what can stop/get you out of her powers. Like magic maybe, another illusionist projector? A strong willpower, something just give me weakness and touch explanation and were golden.
