The Roof

Xzuk still heard commotion behind him... what the hell could possibly be going on?

He turned to see Emmy...

But.. I'm... carrying... Emmy... What the hell!?

"Take him down Grim! I'm gonna try and calm down the real Emmy... Hopefully it will help..."

Alyss nodded at Xzuk and made her shadows raise Emblems limp body up, carrying him. They sunk through the floor and took Emblem with him. Alyss looked at Xzuk, smiling.
"He's your friend?" she asked, looking at him questioningly. She flicked her hand and a shadow jumped over the flaming copy of Emblem and put the fire out.
"Well, what shall we do now?" she said, raising an eyebrow.

"Fix my friend. I've still got a spar with him. And I'll be damned if I'm gonna miss it."

He smiled and headed down towards the medbay.

"Care to join me?"

Alyss smiled and bounded after Xzuk, happily. "Yes, of course! My shadows can get into his mind anyway, I can see how he is and help him." she said.

(If you hadn't guessed, Alyss has a thing for Xzuk, in a childish annoying way)

(well, im not sure how emmy fights so im just gonna put this)
Grim and Emmy fought, after a few minutes, Grim won and put away his sword.
"huh, i should go to Asia i hear they have some good food" Grim thought

(Nah. Childish and annoying would be the same as blonde and preppy. Then I just wouldnt respond... nothing annoys me more then giggly stupid popular girls... ugh... GRR. And besides, musicians have that effect on people ^_^)

"Sounds good. Hopefully he'll be fine..."

Mg phased out off the roof before the battle happened thinking that there was enough people there to shout over each other. She ended up in her room.

Xzuk sat beneath the moon and the stars and laid back lacing his hands behind his head.

She was a telepath... so.. in theory, She should hear me.. eventually...

It was time...


Sumi... It's Xzuk.. or Zuzu to you anyway... I know you have your reasons for leaving, and I respect that, but its time for me to move on... I think... I might have met someone... and she needs me. For the last time Sumi, this is goodbye..

For the first time in a long time, he felt happy.. and then... the stars began to shine a bit brighter than usual... and all was as it should be in his world...

"Goodbye.."

He took one last look at the moon and then headed off to bed.

There were shadows next to Alyss and she was sleeping, so he just grabbed a blanket and laid back on the floor looking up at the ceiling until he fell asleep.

Alyss heard something move next to her and she opened one eye to see Xzuk asleep on the floor. She shut her eyes again and fell back to sleep, comfortable and safe.

Grim got on the roof and sat at the edge, his ship teleported his guitar on the roof. Grim began to play,

He said Son, have you seen the world?

She walked, through bullets and haze,

Kira leaped up the stirs to the roof three at a time, quite a big feat for someone so small. she burst through the door and spotted Grim sitting on the edge of the roof. he was playing his guitar so Kira walked slowly up behind him, listening. when he finished playing Kira sat down beside Grim.

"aw Grim." she said sadly. "i'm so sorry." she added patting his hand.

completely un-bouncy (aside from a slight rhythm in her swinging foot.) Kira placed Grim's helmet down between her and Grim. they sat in silence for awhile before Kira spoke up to try and change the mood.

"you know you sent me on a real treasure hunt finding you." she laughed. "and Christ am i glad nobody saw me practically face plant outside my room when your scent changed direction! god that would of been embarrassing!" she laughed again. "so why are you here?" she asked in curiosity.

Kira's ears pricked up as she heard footsteps coming towards the tower. she glanced down and spotted a girl walking towards Alyss who had just walked out of the tower. Kira frowned. this was not good. Alyss' heart beat was all over the place.

Kira exchanged a glance with grim then silently let herself drop off the edge of the building. in an instant Kira was in wolf form. she unsheathed her claws and ran vertically down the windows, her claws slicing silently into the glass without shattering it.

Kira reached the solid ground at the base of the tower and landed silently. swiftly she padded up over the rise in the rocks, she could hear something odd but couldn't explain what it was.

Kira crouched down and peered over the ridge.

well crap...Kira thought as she spotted Slade.

Grim fell asleep when kira left
"damn, i fell asleep again?" Grim said as got his helmet and jumped off the edge of the tower
