Avatar of Love: Bella has the uncanny ability to undergo a magical girl transformation. When she undergoes her transformation her hair and eyes start to glow bright pink and she dons a pink dress. She can undergo the transformation without the dress but if she does she is weakened.

Sub power-Body of love: When she transforms she is endowed with superhuman physical capabilities so that she can fight in the name of love.

Her strength and durability is greatly enhanced. In this form she can lift up to 5 tons and can strike with up to 5 tons of force. Her durability is also increased so that she can take as much as she can dish out.

Her speed and agility is also given a huge boost, but not to the same degree. She can run up to 50 miles per hour and can leap into the air high enough to jump over a bus. On top of this her reflexes are enhanced enough that she can react to gunfire as long as she sees it coming, though she's not fast enough to straight up dodge it point blank.

She also has superhuman stamina and a minor healing factor. She can keep on fighting for hours on end without a break as long as she is not hurt too badly. Her healing factor is not strong enough to save her from fatal injuries or regain lost limbs, but she can heal from light injuries in a minute, broken bones will mend themselves in 10 minutes as long as they don't take any further damage and she can recover from beatings that should have hospitalised her after a nap.

Sub power- Arsenal of love: Her main power she gains from her transformation is the ability to summon special weapons made from love energy (or so she is told). These weapons can be summoned and dispelled at will. The weapons go into three main categories; Melee, ranged and support.

Melee weapons are fairly self explanatory. They have incredibly high damage output and combined with her amazing strength can cut or smash through most objects, within reason. However, they cannot be used to destroy living beings, strikes from these can only at most incapacitate them. Strikes from a bladed weapon will only affect them as if they were hit with a blunt weapon. Her melee weapons include:

-Axes
-Clubs
-A chain with a weight on the end
-Halberds
-Hammers
-Knives
-Maces
-Swords
-Spears

Ranged weapons are also fairly self-explanatory. Despite having the appearance of guns they actually fire out energy blasts powered by love, so there is no need to actually reload them. Similar to the melee weapons they cannot seriously injure or kill living beings and can instead only stun or incapacitate them. Her ranged weapons include:

-Assault rifles
-Machine guns
-Pistols
-Revolvers
-Shotguns
-Sniper rifles

Support items take the form of special equipment that aids her in combat rather than weapons that can be used to directly hit things. Support items include:

Love Dress- A pink dress that she can don when she activates her powers. This dress allows her to access the items below, and without it she can only summon the basic weapons. The dress can repair itself when it gets damaged, but offers no protection.

Love Gauntlet- A pair of pink boxing gloves that she can summon on her hands. It gives her the ability to strike with up to 10 tons of force while also protecting her hands from damage in the process. While she has these equipped she cannot hold weapons in that hand.
Love Shield- A pink barrier that looks like it is made from crystal or glass. The barrier is a ten metres wide and tall and is durable enough to block up to 20 tons of force. She cannot move while the barrier is up and the barrier only blocks frontal attacks, there is nothing stopping enemies from moving around it.
Love Visor- A pink pair of goggles that goes over her eyes, while wearing them she is able to see 'love'. In practice, that means she can sense the 'love energy' within a persons body, allowing her to know the location of any person within a mile in her line of sight. She can also tell when someone has an absence of love energy, indicating that they are hateful or apathetic people. It also protects her eyes.
Love Wings- A pair of pink wings that float slightly off of her back. They grant her the ability to fly at up to 150 miles per hour.


Skills
First aid training: A rather unexpected talent of Bella's. She has knowledge of various first aid practices, such as CPR. She's no doctor, but she knows enough to possibly keep someone alive long enough for an ambulance to arrive.

Street smart: Bella knows her way around a fight. She has a lot of experience with fighting, both in one on one regulated bouts with strict rules and street fights with either side having no obligation to fight fairly. While fighting monsters and super villains is new to her the skills are still transferable. She has a talent for thinking on her feet and staying vigilant even when in the middle of a heated encounter. These street smarts also apply to conflict de-escalation, knowing how to avoid fights and get out of dangerous situations. Of course, this is assuming that she WANTS to avoid the fight in the first place.

Abilities
Boxing: Bella has multiple years of boxing experience under her belt, and even more experience with brawling. Her contradictory fighting style makes her dangerous and hard to deal with in a fist fight. Despite her age and gender she was capable of taking out men twice her size in seconds long before getting any super powers. She has met very few people that can brawl with her on equal terms in a fair fight (Not to say that there aren't any, just that she hasn't met them). She can be considered a master of hand to hand combat, at least in regards to brawling.

Athleticism: Bella is in extremely good physical condition. Years of going to the gym without ever skipping a day has left her with a muscular athletic body. Her strength, speed, stamina and agility are well above most people her age, regardless of gender, and she has been known to physically overpower grown men.

Pain tolerance: Bella has an extremely high tolerance for pain, to an almost superhuman degree. She can take hits like a champ and keep on moving even with extreme injuries. She has been known to stand on broken legs if motivated enough. This is not to say that she can't be knocked out or incapacitated, just that you shouldn't count her out just because she's down.

Physical Weaknesses
Restraint: Despite her great strength Bella cannot always fight to her full extent. Her weapons cannot seriously harm a living creature, they will only be mildly injured from her attacks and at worst knocked out. In addition, she has no choice but to pull her punches against those without superhuman durability, or she risks killing them.

Arsenal limitations: While Bella has a large arsenal of weapons to choose from with her powers she cannot necessarily use them all at once. She has some general rules that must be followed

-She can only use as much weapons as she can hold, obviously.
-She cannot access her support items without her love dress on.
-If she is wearing her Love Gauntlet she cannot hold a weapon in that hand
-While she is flying she can only summon ranged weapons and the Love Shield
-While the love shield is out she cannot summon any weapons, and she must stay still.


That's not love: Bella's powers are courtesy of her status as an Avatar of Love. While this gives her great power it comes with a major drawback. Namely; if she knowingly takes the life of a human being, or any other intelligent life form for that matter, her powers will be taken from her. This is the case regardless of if she directly uses her powers to do the deed or not. Exceptions may be made if the death was genuinely an accident, but intentional murder will be punished without fail.


Mental Weaknesses
Anger problems: Bella has suffered from anger management issues for her whole life. She has worked through a lot of her issues and is a much calmer person now, but sometimes her old self rears its ugly head. She is not necessarily easy to provoke, but if one manages to get her angry enough she will likely respond with violence without hesitation or forethought. This is a side of herself she has grown to be very ashamed of, so in the aftermath of such an incident she is likely to be filled with regret, regardless of what actually happens as a result.

What is this shit?: Bella absolutely HATES the aesthetic of her magical girl powers. So much so that she is extremely reluctant to use them at all. If she believes that she can win a fight while only minimally using her powers, or by not using them at all, then she will do so even if it means receiving injuries or losing fights that she could have avoided by going all out. She will only use the full extent of her powers in extremely dire situations.

Personality
The first impression anyone will have of Bella is that she is a very anti-social and moody young woman. For the most part this is true, but there is more to her than that. She has a very hard time making friends with people because of her upbringing and she hates showing vulnerability to others, even the few friends she has, so she naturally acts unapproachable so she doesn't have to deal with it, which from an outsiders perspective makes her seem rude and cold.

Despite this she is actually a very loving person to those that manage to get her out of her shell. She is the kind of person who would do anything for the ones they love, to the point where she actually takes it too far. In particular, she is very overprotective of her best friend Connie. However, she is not the kind of person to wear her heart on her sleeve and shows this through her actions rather than her words, where she pretends to be aloof about it.

Bella is a tomboy in both personality and appearance, something which is obvious to anyone looking at her from the way she presents herself. She does not consider herself to be very feminine and scorns the idea of wearing 'girly' clothing (The irony of her hating girly clothing and being a magical girl is not lost on her). She does not look down on others for being feminine, she just feels like it is very unnatural for her.

As mentioned before Bella has had anger management issues from a very young age, and while she's gotten a lot better in recent years it is still something she struggles with. She is generally calm in most normal situations, but when she is pushed too far she goes into fits of explosive anger. Once she calms down, which usually takes a while, she will usually be in a bad mood for the rest of the day.

While Bella is full of love for the people she cares about in her life she doesn't spare much of that love for herself. She is very self-deprecating to the point of cussing herself out at times. She used to be a very flawed person and while she has mostly improved herself some of her worse habits rear their ugly heads sometimes, especially when she's angry, which leads to self loathing.

Bella likes working out, punching things, punching people that she doesn't like and playing the drums (she's not very good at it, but she finds it very cathartic). Bella dislikes idleness, rainy days, the colour pink and most of all herself. Her favourite food is any kind of spicy food, and her least favourite foods are most dairy products.

History
Isabella King was the daughter of a relatively poor couple who struggled to make ends meet. Her father did not want to have a child and wanted to get rid of young Bella while she was still in the womb, but her mother refused and went through with the birth anyway. Her mother became seriously ill in the late stages of pregnancy and discovered there would be birth complications. She had to get rid of the baby, or she would die. She chose to give birth anyway and died soon after Bella was born.

The early years of Bella's life were not pleasant. Her father was grief stricken after the death of his wife and decided that the daughter he hadn't wanted in the first place was to blame for his misery. Although he fed and clothed the young girl out of parental obligation he was physically and mentally abusive towards her. This treatment at such an early and impressionable age had a deep impact on her psyche, and is the biggest cause of her later mental issues.

Eventually the authorities discovered how he had been treating Bella and she was taken away. She was sent to live with her uncle on her mothers side in Jump City who was glad to take her in. Her uncle took care of her from then on, and although he never laid a hand on her the young girl did not trust him, thanks to her father she didn't trust anyone.

Once Bella became old enough she enrolled in school. With her very poorly developed social skills and her anger issues she very quickly became a social outcast. Because of her tendency to get violent when angered she got into a lot of fights in school, which got her into a lot of trouble. Despite this she managed to befriend one girl, a shy young girl named Connie, who remains her best friend to this day. Unfortunately this didn't improve her attitude in school much and she still got into fights.

Years later during Middle School she was fighting another child in her class and, in a fit of rage, beat him to the point of hospitalising him. As she had already gotten in trouble plenty of times since enrolling disciplinary actions were taken and Bella was expelled and sentenced to several months in a Juvenile Detention Center. Her Uncle reluctantly agreed to this, thinking it would be good for her in the long run. However, Bella took this as a betrayal, souring her relationship with her Uncle, which in the first place wasn't very good.

Bella did not enjoy her time at Juvie, and although her behaviour was somewhat improved out of fear of going back her mood was at an all time low. Her Uncle was worried for the girls future and started reaching out to people he knew for help. After doing some research he decided to have Bella take boxing lessons to help relieve stress and let out anger, hoping it would be a healthy way of coping with her issues.

He found a good gym that through a friend of a friend that offers under-18 boxing lessons and had her start going there. The gym was run by an eccentric old man who always wears a japanese-style Tengu mask.

Spoiler:

At first Bella only saw the gym as a means to an end, a way to learn how to fight better while also appeasing her Uncle. For this reason she didn't bother to show her coach any respect, to the point of insulting him and his gym to his face. She only showed up to practice when she felt like it and if she got bored she would just leave without giving any reason. Despite her disrespectful behaviour her coach was patient with her.

One day Bella was becoming sick of living with her Uncle and in a moment of impulsiveness decided to run away. She didn't get too far before it started getting dark and she realised that she hadn't planned out where she was going to stay. With her pride not allowing her to go home so soon and with her not wanting to bother Connie's family she decided she had no other options and decided to try and stay the night at the gym.

When she got the gym she intended to just break in and deal with the consequences later, but when she got there she saw that the light was on and the door was unlocked. Her coach spotted her and invited her in. He gave her some food to eat and sat down with her while she ate. Eventually she opened up about why she ran away and all the things that were bothering her. Her coach empathised with her story and after texting Bella's Uncle to let her know he allowed her to spend the night in a spare bedroom.

This act made Bella open up to her Coach and start to trust him. She stopped skipping out on her lessons and actually started working a lot harder. Her coach would also help her with her anger management issues, although he had no obligation to do so.

With his help Bella started to improve for the better. Her behaviour and general mood drastically improved and she learned how to better handle her anger issues, although they were far too deep rooted to go away forever. She also came to appreciate her Uncle and forgave him for sending her to Juvie.

Once she turned 18 she began to start boxing for money, while also working part-time at the gym. Thanks to her athletic ability and countless hours of training she was able to make a very successful debut. She uses her prize money to help her Uncle pay bills.

One day Bella was out with her friend Connie when they heard screams. Strange hound-like monsters were wreaking havoc downtown. Bella wanted to run, but Connie stayed behind to try and help someone that had gotten injured and was attacked by the monsters as a result. Bella went to fight them off to protect Connie, she managed to make enough time for Connie to get away but was brutally mauled in the process.

As she lay there bleeding out she began to see a vision of a woman wearing an elegant pink dress who was glowing, as if she was an angel. Bella assumed that she was just a hallucination at first, but then the woman reached down and touched her face. As she did so Bella's body was enveloped by light and when the light faded she was clad in a pink dress. Instinctively she knew what to do and killed all the monsters with her newfound powers. When she finished them off the transformation faded and she collapsed from exhaustion.

While unconscious Bella saw the woman from her vision again. After she demanded an explanation about what had just happened the woman began to speak, Bella could hear her voice in her head but she didn't move her mouth. The woman introduced herself as a spirit of love and explained that she chose Bella to be her avatar in Jump City. She explained that the monsters Bella had fought were from another dimension and were attracted to feelings of hate and animosity. She then went on to explain that the powers she had given Bella came with a duty, to defeat the monsters.

Soon Bella woke up in a bed at her boxing gym, Connie had taken her there because it was the closest place that was safe. Bella initially thought that she had been having a very unusual dream, but soon after discovered that the transformation was real.

She was initially reluctant to perform this duty that had been passed onto her, especially after taking a closer look at the form she took. However, she came to realise that if those monsters went loose in town then Connie, her coach and her Uncle were all in danger. With that in mind she, very reluctantly, took on the duties of a magical girl.

Much better than all of those dour sourpusses, or the people with as much depth as a Stevie pool. But if you think you can steal the show away with yer 'love' magic, think again!
