===POWERS===
Powers:Night Terrors - At night, Carrie is a restless sleeper. She often sleepwalks or speaks nonsense, but sometimes she has night terrors. For her, night terrors are terrifying manifestations of her imagination that terrorizes her while she sleeps. These creatures are the absolute worst things that she can imagine and they can cause her to shake, scream and cry while sleeping. For most people, they aren't real, but for Carrie, they are. Carrie's nightmares can hurt her, leaving real marks on her body if she's harmed while sleeping. There is a positive, at least. If Carrie is able to overpower her night terror while asleep, she gains control over it and can transform into the creature while she's awake. Controlling it completely. She can remain in the terror's form until she's knocked out or until she needs to sleep. After conquering a terror, she can sleep soundly for awhile, until a new terror appears. Conquering a terror is different for every creature and usually has something to do with learning a lesson about herself.
Clark - At this time, Carried has conquered one nightmare, whom she has named Clark. Clark is a large inky blackish gray creature that reminds Carrie of an ape, although his features seem to be muddled by smoke so whether he actually looks like an ape or not remains to be seen. He has bright white eyes and is gigantic. Clark is around eight feet tall and massively built. He can crash through walls and tear down helicopters. He's also very durable. Bullets annoy him and things like missiles will nearly break the form. He can lift around 50 tons.
Skills:n/a
Weaknesses:Light - Carrie's transformation(s) do not like light. During the daytime, it's easier to break form and if there are any distinct flashes of light during battle, Carrie can easily become distracted or vulnerable.
Night Terrors - If Carrie tries to conqueror a nightmare, the nightmare can manifest in the real world, through Carrie's body and wreak havoc. Hurting the nightmare hurts Carrie and killing it would also prove fatal to Carrie.
Equipment:n/a
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality:With the same idea that people who are in the most pain, love the most, Carrie is an extremely caring person who never wants anyone to be upset. She can be extraordinarily brave, willing to conquer her fears to do what's right. She's fairly loyal, although her need to please others can sometimes get in the way of her loyalty. Her motivation is mostly to protect others and to make sure that she can control herself enough so that she isn't a burden on others. She isn't hot headed and can be walked over. Understandably, she's scared of the dark. She sometimes keeps to herself more than she should.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: Samantha MacGuffin - Mother
Place of Origin: Vermont
History: Some believe that ghosts are real. Some believe that ghosts aren't ghosts at all, but they're memories of past souls, aspects of living people, or demons that live inside of everyone, trying to get out. The truth is that most people are free to their own body. Totally in ownership of themselves. However, there is one girl that is not in control of her own body. Her body is a possible doorway for those that wish to break into the living realm...
Carrie has had night terrors for as long as she could remember. Samantha, her mother, does her best to raise her by herself, but between work and taking her to psychiatrists, she has trouble supporting the two of them. Ever since she was very young, she would have the dreams, where she would wake up in her room, unable to move a muscle with a terrible monster staring back at her at the foot of her bed. She would wake up with scratches on her legs and bruises around her neck which made her mother think that she was trying to commit suicide. They tried everything, doctors, exorcists...but nothing would work.
They moved from school to school, trying to find somewhere that would work for their situation, but nothing would really fit and Carrie would avoid sleeping because she knew it wasn't safe, causing school to be very difficult. Eventually they moved to Jump City. It was their last shot to make something 'normal' work. Carrie didn't know what to do, so she decided that the only thing she could do was dream and try to conquer her fears, like her doctors recommended.
Moments after she allows herself to drift to sleep, her eyes burst open and she lays her gaze upon that being that had been following her for her entire life. The thing that she referred to as 'Clark' to her psychologists was standing in her door frame. Silently staring at her. She knew what usually would happen. She would remain still, allow the creature to move toward her, bring its hands around her throat and before it would choke the life out of her, she would awaken in a cold shake and avoid sleeping for the rest of the night, but she knew she had to try something different.
The creature seemed to collapse menacingly with every inky step as it made its way towards her bed. Carrie was frozen in fear, unsure with what she should do. Her bed creaked achingly as it crawled over her body and stared deep into her eyes, silently. It raised its hands and lunged to try to bring it around her throat but, right before the creature could make its move, Carrie mustered a scrap of courage from a pocket she didn't know she had and leaped through the legs of the best and bolted through her door, trying to run down the stairs. She heard Clark crane its head in anger and let out an unearthly wail in protest.
Carrie sprinted to her kitchen and thought quickly, shaking in her boots. She took a deep breath and prepared a plan. Moments later with a wild screech, Clark tore down the stairs and locked gazes with Carrie. Clark's stare tore through Carrie's fiber of being, but Carrie just looked on. She had to find a way to tame this beast for her mother and for herself. The beast lumbered slowly over to her until they were nearly a foot apart. Carrie had to crane her neck to see the beast, totally engulfed in its shadow. Although Carrie couldn't see, she felt as though he was smiling.
With a mad lunge, Clark grabbed for Carrie's neck but, missed as the girl dove underneath him. Out of balance, Clark plunged himself into the oven that Carrie had opened. Being still in a dreamlike world, the beast entirely fell into the mechanism and became trapped as Carrie shut and locked the cover.
"You don't control me now!" The girl shouted with determination as she flipped the knob to light the creature on fire. She had conquered her nightmare. She was at peace.
