| NOTE: These characters are in conjunction with my character, Backlash, who serve as caseworkers from S.T.A.R. Labs who preside over anything and everything related to the Polish superhero. Their roles will primarily consist of being referenced to by Backlash, as well as popping up from time to time to either aid or accost the stubborn teen.
===IDENTITY===
Full Name: Dr. Brooklyn Gray Codename: N/A Nickname(s): Brooke Gender: Female Age: 26 Classification: Human Affiliation: S.T.A.R. Laboratories
===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION=== Hair Color: Sandy-blonde hair, about mid-length and pulled in a loose ponytail.Eye Color: Sage GreenHeight: 5’9” Weight: Brooke is of average weight, but on the more muscular side as a result of her training as a field agent of S.T.A.R. Labs before she chose to focus her work on-campus.Other: Brooklyn has numerous freckles, most concentrated on her cheeks. Her skin is a light peach, her complexion is frustratingly clear, and she has a sort of effortless beauty about her. She wears no makeup, doesn’t go to great lengths to dress up or be fussy about her appearance, but she is a rather stylish woman. She wears thin tortoiseshell-pattered rectangular glasses that are usually pushed down on her nose, because she is far-sighted.===POWERS=== None, although her training and research at S.T.A.R. Labs has given her basic training in combat and defense, and her extensive knowledge of metahumans, superpowers, and everything in-between makes her a formidable opponent.===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE=== Personality: Dr. Brooklyn Gray is a non-nonsense business woman with the steely determination of an animal about to strike its prey, the confidence of a superstar, the intelligence that rivals most scholars and famous theologists, and a great sense of humor. She is an easy-going person enough, but can turn bitter quickly when dealing with high-pressure situations or being pitted against stubborn people, like Backlash, the Polish super-hero that had been assigned to by Dr. Brooke’s pet-project of sorts. When annoyed, she will go completely quiet, breathe very little, and stare down the source of drudgery. It usually works.Skills: Brooke is trained in physical combat, she’s ultra-smart, adept at assessing situations and using that information to best deal with a problem, and is a quick-thinker. She is very independent but not beyond doing what she is told so long as it does not counter-act her personal beliefs. She specialises in the study of metahumans who were human at one point, then became metahuman through a variety of ways, such as being struck by lightning, being bitten by a radioactive spider, falling into genetically-altering nuclear pits of gross goo, and having one’s arm being chopped off and replaced with one that allowed the user to control magnetic fields, although with a price tag of a seriously altered appearance and a totally wiped memory.Equipment: As is standard issue for S.T.A.R. Labs personnel, Dr. Brooklyn Gray carries pepper spray, a taser, a gun, a communicator, and copious amounts of other weapons both for defensive and offensive purposes.===HISTORY===
Brooklyn Gray was born into a middle-class family, her father a physics teacher and her mother a case-worked for victims of abuse. She has no siblings, had a successful time in high school, and graduated with top honours. Numerous scholarships came her way, and she was accepted into about every university she applied for. She chose to further her education at Harvard, where she got her PhD in molecular and integrative physiological sciences. After graduating, she was contacted by a representative from S.T.A.R. Labs, where she has worked in numerous fields of expertise, including metahuman biology, metahuman psychology, the social impact of metahumans, counseling and training for metahuman victims of abuse, and most recently, the social implications of metahumans who were originally human. She is currently assigned as a caseworker, counselor, and legal guardian for Katarzyna Dolinski, a Polish superhero who infamously lost her memory after undergoing a failed procedure.

| ===IDENTITY===
Full Name: Dr. Wesley Norton Randell Codename: N/A Nickname(s): Wes Gender: Male Age: 21 Classification: Human Affiliation: S.T.A.R. Laboratories
===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION=== Hair Color: Although his natural hair colour is light orange-red, Wes once dyed it in an attempt to stop the bullying that was specifically targeted to her unruly carrot-top hair. But because he insisted on doing it himself and did a horrendous job at it, the colour turned to a muddy brown and his curls became flat and unseemly.Eye Color: HazelHeight: 5’8’Weight: Wesley is of average build, but sometimes appears to weigh more than he actually is because he favours overlarge clothing to garments that fit him properly. And although he isn’t in tip-top shape like his colleague, Dr. Brooklyn Gray, he is still physically fit and surprisingly quick for his awkward gait.Other: Wesley has a rather pale complexion, due in part to the fact that he stays indoors for most of his life other than going to his car after work and getting into his car before work. As aforementioned, his clothes are often too large, but still conform to the dress standard of star labs: a black, grey, or white button-up shirt, dark slacks, and practical shoes. ===POWERS=== None, although his training and research at S.T.A.R. Labs has given him basic training in combat and defense, and his extensive knowledge of metahumans, superpowers, and everything in-between makes him a rather formidable intellectual opponent.===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE=== Personality: Dr. Wesley Randell was once your stereotypical geek, excelling in science and maths and doing poorly in social behaviour and typical “teenage” activities. He always had straight A’s during his high-school career, except for the start of his sophomore year, which was when he tried marijuana because he wanted to look cool. He didn’t, and he ended up grounded, suspended, and docked a whole letter grade. From then on, he stayed away from the constructs of social comfort and normality, favouring after-school debate programmes, chess club, and math league. He is easily flustered and often falls victim to pranks, sarcasm, and teasing.Skills: Wesley is insanely smart. He picks up on all sorts of areas of learning so quickly that he was once thought to be a metahuman with the uncanny superpower of hyper-intelligence. He is good with numbers, logistics, tactical planning, and all other manner of your cliché scientific geekery. He is a great teacher, able to transfer his own understanding of concepts and the way things work in a simple, relatable manner. Wesley always beats the group of S.T.A.R. Labs personnel on game night when they’re playing Scrabble, Battleship, and Chess. Equipment: As is standard issue for S.T.A.R. Labs personnel, Dr. Wesley Randell carries pepper spray, a taser, a gun, a communicator, and copious amounts of other weapons both for defensive and offensive purposes.===HISTORY=== Wesley Norton Randell was born into a lower-class family, having to share a rather small home and depend on a small income with three other children. His father worked at a steel factory, and his mother worked a part-time job at Sizzler. From a very young age, his parents recognised that their child was much smarter than the average young boy, even so much as to picking up the English language at a faster rate than most human babies. Wondering if Wesley was a metahuman, his family had him tested, but he was proven to be just an ordinary human will supreme intelligence and learning capabilities. Through high-school, Wesley was constantly mocked, teased, and bullied because of his smarts as well as ridiculed for his curly orange-red hair, which he attempted to dye a darker colour but ended up with a muddy hue. His teachers encouraged Wesley to expand his knowledge by participating in after-school activities such as the debate team, his school’s league of Mathletes, and chess club. Through those outlets, Wesley was scouted by S.T.A.R. Labs when he was fresh out of high school and gave him a full-time scholarship to the university of his choice if he agreed to work for them. He did, graduated early with a double-doctorate in biochemistry and applied mathematics. With university no longer taking up most of his time, Dr. Randell was assigned as a caseworker, physiatrist, and is in charge of the general medical procedures for a Polish superhero who was infected by a previously-unknown mutant gene that turned her skin black and her eyes and hair pure white. |
