Link Sign-ups and Membership Rules

Rules

The following are the rules and policies to be observed when applying for membership:

1. Your character must be a hero.

2. Your character must observe the laws of California and hence must be registered.

3. As a heroic figure, your character must not use excessive violence and/or kill.

4. As part of its freedom policy, your character may be a member of other teams at the same time.

5. Any violations to above may result in denial of application or termination of membership.

Application

The process to become a member is as follows:

1. Apply on this thread by posting a link to your character app.

2. Successfully accomplish a heroic act (e.g. stopping a crime, saving civilians from danger, etc) with a current Link member in the same thread. At the end of the thread, the Link member will extend a hand of friendship to join the team by exchanging contact details. From here on, your character is an honorary member of Link.

3. Successfully accomplish another heroic act with a different current Link member from the prior step. This mission will normally be on the invite of said Link member. At the end of the thread, your membership will be formalized and you will receive a Link Communicator making it official.

4. An exception to steps 2 and 3 is doing a thread with the current Link leader. The Link leader can serve as the required Link member for both of the above threads.
