Nazar "The Son of Time" Nazar_11

Grade: Anybody who needs a B+ level villain for storyline.

Nazar is the son of Father Time, born way before any being in this or of any neighboring galaxies, he is the rightful heir to proceed his father. Sadly, that's hard to do when your dad can cheat death and refuses to step down from his job. Nazar fees he should be the new Father Time by now, but the fact is that he's not ready. Due to his physiology, even though he's billions of years old, he still has a looong way to go before he fully matures into his powers. Like try a TRILLION more years, but Nekro felt he's been patient enough. To prove to his father he was ready he took matters into his own hands, stealing his father's time controlling scythe when he wasn't looking and then going down to Earth to run time for a day. He screwed things up....REAL BAD! Almost ripping a hole in the space time continuum. Luckily, his father reversed time to fix his son's critical error and then punished Nazar. By Stripping him of his immortality and his god like status and banishing him to Earth for one earthling's life time to teach him a lesson. Which is relatively a short timeout to beings of their stature. Though during this period, Nekro plans to get revenge on his father through any dark magics he can find on Earth. He can usually be caught raiding tombs, museums and temples for rare and mystical artifacts. Anything that will make him stronger, so that he can combat his father and take his rightful place.

Full Name: Nekro Alza Kipzut
Codename: Nazar
Alias(es): The Clock Prince
Age: 180,000,000,006 as of last Tuesday
Classification: God

Hair Color: Black & White
Eye Color:White & Black
Height: 5'6

Powers:
-Time manipultion: His third eye makes it so he can slow down the speed of time for a radius of 15 to 30 feet, that's if he really concentrates. During this time all people inside the affected zone will feel like a ton of weight has been tied to them, making each individual and object move slowly and sluggishly.

-Eye of Bakura: Nazar's third eye makes it so he literally has eyes in the back of his head, but can also see all round himself for about the same amount of distance that his Time Manipulation ability can extend, which is about 30 feet. This makes it almost impossible to sneak up on him. This does not mean, however, that he can see through solid objects around him, but rather can magically peer around corners and things obstructing his view without moving. Giving him a full layout of the area.

-Dual Blade Scythe: His scythe is made of enchanted sand, welded together and bestowed upon him at he turn of the millennium by his father. The Scythe itself wields hidden abilities that cannot be used while in his mortal state on Earth, but when used on his enemies, it cuts years off their lifespan. Each grazing swipe taking off maybe a month or so, while a deep cut or stab can shave off up to 5 years. The Scythe leaves no physical abrasions on your body though, as it touches you, it instead would appear to have just phased through your body. The blows still feeling as if you were cut or stabbed though, just an internal sense of pain is given instead and the after effect of a gaping wound is replaced by an extreme feeling of fatigue. Also, if the scythe gets stuck in any part of your body, that part of your body will start to age much more quickly and usage of it, will come back at a much slower rate than the rest of your being. This affect also works on non living materials, such as aging stone, chains, or a string until it crumbles or wears out. Continuous exposure to the blades of his scythe can age you to the point of an old man or woman, though this effect is not permanent and cannot kill you by itself, but can cause heart attacks and bodily system failures if aging of your organs continues. The more you age, the longer it takes to turn back. Say if you aged to be 300 years old, which is almost that of the walking dead. It would take 30 hours to fully recover from the affects, this formula works for all age limits. If you age 20 years, it'll take 2 hours to recover and if you age 2 years, it'll take 2 minutes.

Weakness:
-If third eye is closed or is rendered unable to see his time manipulating powers stop.

-His own cockiness will get the better of him, which is his eon old flaw.

-No special protection from any type of attack really, other than his powers.

-No fighting technique

Likes: Chess, trivia of things past, talking about historical events because he was actually there to witness them, and boasting that he's the son of Father Time.

Dislikes: Tardiness, young people, speedsters, his father

Equipment: His Scythe and an assortment of different style watches in his pockets, such as a small hourglass, an old stop watch, a digital watch, a sun dial, ETC...

Habits/Quirks: Gets very bored during conversations because he heard what they were going to say half a second ago and has already thought of a witty comeback.

Personality: Is looking to prove he's superior to his enemies all the time, maybe because he feels he's ages upon ages older than them and their not on his level. Also he thinks he should be the new keeper of time by now and is really envious of his father, thus making him always be in a bad mood.

Place of Origin: The Beginning Of Time

Quote :
OT: I hope that's a much better description, but to be clear if he ages you to the point of 500 years old and you turn to dust. Ya, you're dead though this will probably never happen unless he was torturing someone just by the mere amount of strikes he would have to deliver to get this affect. When actually shooting, or cutting them with a knife would be much quicker.

Seeing as the Scythe was the only problem in my last app. it was really the only thing I edited, but before approval I would love to hear feed back on if any of the other powers or aspects aren't clear. So I can go back and fix them to be more story orientated as well.

Time manipulation and the eye of Bakura were already good enough for approval. You didn't overdo Time manipulation in the sense that people still have control, although a little slower and it only works in a certain radius around him. People can react accordingly and it's still a good advantage on your side. The same goes for the eye of Bakura, it gives you a complete overview of your surroundings, but people who read it closely will be able to figure out something to keep themselves hidden. Sneaking up on you would be out of the question with the exception of a few powers.

On to the approval. You've cleared the scythe up enough for me to know it's limits and possibilities. So without further ado...
