Soaking Up The Sun (OPEN)

Najm let out a ferocious, ear shattering roar as she was caught in the headlock. She had underestimated the seashell. He was strong, very much. But she knew she was stronger. Tigers killed more humans than any other cats in the world, after all. But they were also known for their cunning and strategic mind, always staying a step ahead of their opponent. So, Sage had the three hundred pound greatest cat in the world pinned to the ground one second, and the next second he would fall flat on his butt as a small, black, domestic cat barely a tenth of the length of the tiger pounced away on the sand.

It turned around and looked at Sage, spitting a tongue out in order to mock the seashell, before morphing into a tiger yet again and with her powerful hind legs ((yes, JaK, you're to blame for reminding me)) pounced at the Sage yet again with a shoulder tackle, sending him flying away into the cliff adjacent to the beach. Sage slammed against the rocks and while that did not really do him any damage due to his seashell armor, it shook him up enough to disorient him. Seashell or not, he was human and humans suffered side effects from being thrown around so much.

In a single, powerful leap, the tigress was already right in front of Sage before he even fell down from his slam against the cliff and in a powerful swipe she drove her retractable claws at the back of his head and slammed his face into the sand underneath. As his face was exposed by her previous swipe, it would leave his skin seared due to being dragged against the sand. However, Sage, with his face still under her powerful paws, apparently was not willing to compromise his "love" for the Pheromone-Woman and bringing his armored hands up, grabbed the tigress' neck and began choking her. The two were in a breath-lock, Huraiyrah not allowing him to breathe due to his face being immersed in the ground and Sage not allowed her to breathe by using his hands to choke her neck.

Cheshire sneered at Will. He was such a smart-alec, even when he had no control over what he was saying. When Sage jumped at the leopardess and the two began to tussle, Jade turned to see Will coming at her. He was attempting to slice her with the toxin wristbands on his arms. She wisely used her kimono sleeves to deflect them, making sure he didn't infect her. One heavy sleeve would knock back the right wrist, and then Jade held onto his hand. The other sleeve would deflect the left wrist, and once again she'd hold that hand. With the frenemy trapped immediately before her, Cheshire used his stiff arms to jump vertically into the air and plant a two-footed kick to Will's chest.

JaK and the leopard...wait, now it was a tiger! Jade knew that this was a good thing; this meant that whatever was going on right now meant that JaK would be out of her hair for a while. She looked at Aphrodite, who gasped and took a step back in fear. Cheshire ran on all fours toward her, but was stopped about a meter short of the target by Will, taking a fighting stance and looking to defend the pride and honor of his one and true beloved Aphrodite. Cheshire took a stance as well. When Will lunged, she went invisible and Will went to future-sight seeing. The two seemed evenly matched; Cheshire launching attacks and Will knowing just how to dodge and counter.

She finally revealed herself again, seeing that this was going nowhere. "It's a shame that you're the best line of defense Aphrodite could find. You're hardly a challenge, Will." She was trying to get under his skin. Maybe upsetting him would cause him to snap out of it. It didn't look to be so as Will only still looked at her, zombie-like. It took Aphrodite's command to make these puppies jump.

"Don't let her degrade us like that; attack her!!" As Aphrodite wished, so it was Psychosis' job to grant. Upon hearing the hit put out on her, Jade turned tail and ran away (the only direction she could think to run in was toward JaK and the tigress, who were fighting over near a jagged rock cliff). Psychosis began to levitate, pursuing Jade quickly through the air. As she approached the battling big cat and seashell, Cheshire leaped over them as they tumbled around on the ground. She landed on the rock wall, climbing up as quick as she could, knowing that Psychosis was nipping at her heels. He flew up beside her once she was a few meters up the cliff side, taking his wrist and attempting to slice her again. She quickly had to let go of the rock face with her left hand, hanging on by only one hand and dangling at that. When he tried the same thing again, she now had a free leg to kick his arm away with. But then, Psychosis performed a flying (literally) kick to Cheshire's other hand! She was about to go plummeting toward the sand beneath, but she jerked her head at Psychosis and her long braid went flying. She was trying to use her thick black hair like a lasso, hoping to have it rope around Will's arm and keep her from falling - she underestimated Will's ability. He was caught off guard, and they both dropped through the air toward JaK and the tiger, who was choking the life out of one another.

They landed on top of them, ending the strangulation and leaving all lying on the ground, trying to figure out what the hell just happened.
