"Ya, I met her on route 8, but a little girl like you shouldn't be here Midnight." She was only 11 after all, that's when Ro suddenly screamed out and JaK looked shocked as he peered in his direction. At first he thought the trainer was just overreacting again, but as it turned out there was a half-dead Growlithe right in front of them. In reaction Ro had his Krabby attack it, and peculiarly it broke down form one attack. "That...was weird. Come on, we gotta check out the remains." JaK said moving forward, meanwhile Midnight fainted and Bulbasaur caught her in a concerned reaction with it's vines. JaK on the other hand pressed forward with his investigation as he bent over and examined the body. "Kyte, Ro, you see this? The body of this Growlithe was completely up and moving just a second ago and unless your Krabby is on some type of godly level, it just pretty much decomposed instantly by itself."

Suddenly, a Growlithe appeared...a zombie Growlithe. Roland freaked out, telling his Krabby to use Bubble on it. The Bubble was very effective, causing Growlithe to decompose on the spot. Then, another undead Pokemon appeared, this time being a Graveler.

Crap! A Rock type?! Luke, use Ember!

Luke ran forward, shooting a small fireball at the Graveler. It connected, but didn't do much to it.

Graveler: 30 health

JaK started examining the Growlithe as his Bulbasaur caught Midnight and Vulpix while they fainted. He asked Kyte to look, since it had decomposed instantly.

JaK, I don't mean to be rude, but I'm kind of busy here.

Ro was shocked as JaK moved closer to actually examine the gross looking thing! "At least!" He agreed with the boy's observation. "I think that, maybe, they might be a bit weaker than normal Pokemon in this state..."

He was distracted long enough to jump as a Graveler emerged to attack Kyte and his pokemon. Ro would have moved to help if another creature hadn't emerged: a huge Beedrill! It buzzed and wobbily flew straight at Krabby, attempting to strike it with its Fury Swipes. The drill struck down on Krabby's shell once but the crab lunged out of the way before taking in anymore damage.

Krabby HP: 23

"Guys! We have problems here! Get up and help out!!!" Ro yelled, still freaking out, pleading to the fainted girl and the boy helping her.

"Krabby! Use your Vicegrip!"

"Bee!" The crab screamed as it drove its claw into the gigantic insect before tossing it onto the ground.

Midnight's eyes slowly opened as the world seemed to swirl around her. Her vision was kind of blurry and it only took what Ro had said to get her up. Immediately, she woke Vulpix up and stood up. She had just remembered what JaK had said and she didn't smile at all because this was a serious situation. "It's okay, JaK. Never underestimate kids.", she said with a wink, but still not smiling. She saw Kyte attacking Graveler and she decided to attack the same target. Two fire types versus one rock type.

Midnight ran over beside Kyte, and stopped so fast that she slid and dust flew into the air. "Vulpix,, use Tail Whip, please!", she had said, pointing a finger to the Undead Graveler. That was one of the things she did. She always said please because she didn't want to sound bossy and demanding. She wanted her pokemon to think of her as a friend. But anyways, Vulpix flashed it's tail around which rammed into Graveler's side. It's defenses were lowered but it grabbed Vulpix's tail and threw him easily to the side, away from her and Kyte. "Vulpix!", she shouted as he slammed into the wall.

Vulpix HP: 26

Graveler's Defense State: One defense stage is lowered.

Nikki had been out riding all night, trying to find a town to rest in when she came across Lavender Town. Nikki sighed as she steered her ponyta, Flashfire over to a row of shops, her firey mane casting a bright light to read the signs.
Nikki sighed as she read each one, "well, looks like everything is closed for the night. Lets go see if the pokecenter is open this late at least." she decided, patting ponyta's shoulder as the fire horse snorted. She pulled the reins over towards the pokecenter and clicked her tongue to urge her pokemon along. They crossed along the town when a loud scream peirced through the air. Flashfire spooked and reared back and Nikki tried to sooth the pokemon quickly. "easy Flash, easy, this town spooks me out too." She looked over towards the old creepy house that the screams had come from and shuddered. She had heard rumors of the haunted house, and didn't want to go near it. "That place is haunted as is... It could just be some ghost pokemon messin with us." Nikki decided as she climbed off ponyta's back and slid to the ground, leading her to the pokecenter, planning to ignore the sound. But a bright light erupted from her side and from its pokeball her eevee Cloud sprang free and glared back at its trainer.
"Eev! Eevee eev!" it started, then took off towards the old house, not waiting up to see if it was followed.
"Cloud get back here! Man that eevee is such a pain, come on ponyta." Nikki climbed back on ponyta and reined her around to follow the eager and brave little fox pokemon towards the house.
As the approached eevee slowed and trotted up to the door that she nudged open with her nose and walked in. Nikki jumped off Flashfire and followed after her, the fire pokemon lighting the room easily. Eevee ran over to a group of people standing in the room and began dancing about their ankles.
"Hey, I heard some one scream, is every one ok?" Nikki asked as she approached, not yet seeing the zombie pokemon, but noting that her ponyta was stomping and snorting angrily.

After Beedrill was tossed to the ground it made a move for the newcomer! Meanwhile, JaK had seemed too immersed in his examination to actually deal with or notice the other ghost Pokemon. However, upon Bulbasaur's cry, JaK would suddenly turn and notice the stranger and see that she was I'm grave danger. "HEY WATCH OUT!" JaK yelled while quickly diving for her and barely missed the Beedrills poison sting, in fact, his hat flew off after barely being grazed by it. Nikki was tackled to the ground but, from that position while on top of her he called on Bulbasaur's quick aid to make sure there was no counter attack/second coming by the Beedrill. "Bulbasaur quick! Bullet seed!" Bulbasaur yelled out and shot seeds from the top of it's bulb at the undead Beedrill, but it flew around to avoid the cover fire, however the attack did what it was supposed to and kept the Beedrill at bay.

Kyte noticed that a Beedrill had appeared, and but turned his attention back to Graveler, grimacing as Midnight and her Vulpix joined him. Vulpix used a successful Tail Whip, but Graveler knocked her into the wall.

Kyte took his chance as Vulpix left Graveler open.

Luke, use Ember again!

Luke nodded with determination, breathing another spout of fire on Graveler. Due to its lowered defenses, it did more damage this time.

Graveler: 20 health (Treating defense-lowering as attack-boosting.)

Another girl came running down the hallway, asking if they were alright.

We could use some help with these zombie Pokemon!

In the madness of the situation and as the undead pokemon began advancing upon the group, Ro didn't even notice as some more trainers had come for back up. His focus was on the gigantic insect pokemon and the giant rock that was giving them trouble. He was still terrified but he decided to ignore his fear so that he could help out his new friends (although he wasn't sure if he could call them that). That's what he thought his brother would do, anyway. His Krabby clacked his claws together, motioning that he wanted to continue and to drive him away from his sporadic thoughts as he seemed scattered, his mind working a mile a minute.

"Just go Krabby! Use your bubble on the zombieeeees!!!" He yelled wildly.

The Krabby leapt into the air and opened his claws, sending the bubbles out to cover the area, doing its best to avoid hitting any of their ally pokemon. The spheres struck the Beedrill and the Graveller brutally.

"Ha! It's super effective!" Ro yelled proudly, remembering what his brother had told him about using type advantages to their advantages. He looked to the other trainers as they struggled with him. "Does anyone get how this happened? How this could happen!?"

He'd watched plenty of monster movies before, but he never wanted to live them and he felt very sorry for whoever these pokemon were and for their former trainers. This certainly wasn't honoring their memory...this had to stop!

Midnight had ran to Vulpix as he got up and shook the dirt off of his fur. She immediately picked him up, kissing his head. A few tears came out and she usually wasn't like this but Mr Fuji's house gave her chills. The walls were a little dusty and the room made her feel claustrophobic. She actually had an Arachnophobia which is why she mostly freaked out when near spider pokemon. She noticed a newcomer, looking her at her which flashed her tears for a second. She was relieved that Graveler was finally defeated but more moans were heard from the darkness and shadows emerged. All that was heard near Midnight was her loud high pitched scream and a thud. She had passed out....again. The undead pokemon surrounded her and some went toward the other trainers.

OOC: Thr33, the Pokemon shouldn't be defeated yet...the highest damage you can do is like a 15. xD

Nikki brushed herself off after being tackled to the ground by one of the guys in the group. "What the heck is going on here?" She asked confused as she looked around at all the half dead pokemon that seemed to be swarming the group. What had she gotten into?
Cloud growled at the beedrill, its tail fluffing up as it waited for its trainer to give it a command, "eeeeeeeev," Nikki nodded, "alright Cloud, use quick attack!" Eevee dashed at the beedrill and jumped up at it and ramming it in its middle with its head.
The beedrill fell to the ground and Cloud landed on its paws. Ponyta stomped in aggravation as an eerie chuckling sound filled the air around them.
"who's brilliant idea was it to come in here any way?" Nikki asked as she looked around for the source of the laughter.

"I think it was Ro's idea." JaK said aloud jokingly, but still serious as he stood up and noticed more Pokemon were coming. "Ok, if Aiden disappeared, then there has to be a way out of here. Come on everyone lets move. We don't know how many of them there are!" JaK said as he pointed towards a corridor and suggested they all make a dash for it. Meanwhile, he gave Bulbasaur a command to hold off the incoming undead pokemon. "Bulbasaur! Leech Seed!" Bulbasaur shot more seeds, but instead of them being aimed for the pokemon, they landed upon the floor and wall. The seeds sprouted vines that would drain the undead and block their path. "Alright, lets go!" JaK yelled to Bulbasaur as he took off down the hallway. "Bulba!"

"What!? This was definitely not my idea! For your information, I was doing everything I could to dissuade you guys from the idea but nooo! You just had to run on in and provoke the haunted house of death and evil that makes trainers disappear and pokemon come back from the dead!"

Ro said in defiance as he wondered why the other girl was blaming them on her being there. She just walked in after them and no one was forced to come. They were there now and they had a problem that they had to solve so there was no reason to point fingers and blame each other! Soon the Beedrill toppled and returned to its disgusting, decaying regular, non-zombified dead self, as if it wasn't gross enough in life. JaK's Bulbasaur sent out some seeds that he assured everyone would keep any more pokemon at bay.

As JaK found room to enter further down the hallway, Ro wasted no time to follow in his footsteps. But, as he started running, he heard a thud from behind him. The girl from earlier had fallen unconscious! "Oh, why me!?" Ro thought aloud as he sprinted over to the girl's body and threw one of her arms over his shoulder, pulling her with all his strength towards where JaK was running, hoping one of the other trainers would help him pull her or for her to wake up.

Once he'd make it to JaK and whatever other trainers were there, he'd kneel down to make sure Krabby was feeling alright and then stand up to speak. "Alright...that was reallly rough! I...think we might be in over our heads! Shouldn't we call someone who's more prepared to handle this? I know Aiden's in there somewhere but...what were those things back there!? Zombies!? Really!? I did NOT sign up for this!" He spoke, shaking slightly.
