Arkham Break-Out! (REBIRTH Mission)

Rose slid past beam after beam. Dead silence in the rafters as she swung across them using her grapple gun. Yami was tagging along, and she'd told him to stick to a quiet area and to follow her lead. Obviously it was working out well, even she couldn't see him without her thermal eye.

Once she rounded the corner to intensive care, she looked down at two guards on the ground below her. No killing, it would make it very obvious if the prisoner escaped and every guard in the place had a bullet in their head. Not to mention it'd leave some of the more dangerous inmates unguarded. And after the mishap that was Arkham Asylum, it was probably best not to f*** with the setup of the place.

"I'm tellin ya Tom. This one is is another loony one!" "That's bull Steve, you oughta know, she looks harmless as hell!" "Meh...so does Ivy, and look how many guys she took out over a weed." "...Good Point..."

Rose looked down in surprise to see two guards just talking, almost completely unarmed. THAT was how the mass Asylum breakout took place! How stupid can you get?! Pulling out her extendable staff, Rose dropped down and cracked it over their skulls, knocking them out very quickly and hanging them by their feet from the rafters.

Rose used her X-Ray vision to see through the door. The target was in the room, but so were two guards. With a quick whistle, she gave the signal for Yami to take the two out, activating her Ring Blades and ready to cut through the door as soon as he took them out.

Rose finished cutting through the door and looked down at the two guards. Bloody and beaten. "Oh, wow, that was necessary. Couldn't just kick them in the face." Pulling out her grapple gun, she strung the two to the ceiling and walked over to her target. Strait jacket, gagged, and in a little glass box. What the hell.

"Don't worry we're here to help you." She said, activating her ring blades and slicing through the 3-inch thick glass, walking over and setting the woman free. She was obviously terrified, not being able to see one of her saviors as Rose ungagged her. "This is so f***ed up. Why are they doing this?"

"Long story. For now we have to get you out of here. Yami, scout ahead, take out any of the guards you see. And this time don't be such a prick about it."

Tex sighed and grabbed a hold of the client, grappling into the rafters to get her out safely. If Yami managed to get himself into trouble, she'd be ready to pull her Katanas or help with a laser from above. On the other hand though, they weren't supposed to kill anyone, so she'd definitely have to be far more careful than usual. Checking over the girl quickly, despite being surprisingly cute for an inmate, Rose noticed she was wearing one of the 'suicide collars' that all inmates wore. That would trigger the alarms if they went much further. "Hold still." She whispered as her pupil started to glow red. From the look of its structure, it shouldn't be hard to break off for her. A strong red laser shot out of Rose's eye and the color broke off. The heat was definitely painful for Rose, but luckily she'd programmed in enough cooling chemicals that it was entirely bearable. Now nothing was left but to wait for Yami to trigger the gate and get them out.

Rose's enhanced hearing picked up the whispering well before Yami could. Quickly she radioed him as he took out the guard. "Yami. Watch your ass. That sounds...strangely like Scarecrow. Stay away from corners and dark areas. My serum should keep me relatively immune to his fear toxin...as for you I'm not sure."
