The Interruption (Pika)

Nina, as usual, was sat in her comic book store looking lazy as ever, her feet crossed and on the counter, flicking through her Deadpool comic, chuckling at the latest escapades of her favorite masked crazy guy, enjoying her relaxed day as she leaned back in her chair, her ears listening to the sounds from outside and hearing the feint chat of people busily walking along the street.

Hellfire stormed into a bank right opposite Nina`s store, two security guards drew their guns but Hellfire threw fireballs at them, engulfing them in flames so hot they died 3 seconds later. He walked through the bank, threateningly blowing flames out of his fingers to scare the civilians into not stopping him. He walked towards the vault and a police officer amongst the crowd aimed his gun at Hellfire.

Nina heard the sudden commotion coming from the bank, sitting up she then walked out of her store, locking it up and smirking as she heard the commotion more clearly, she then turned into her fox form and ran towards the bank, looking to get in on some of the action, keeping out of sight from Hellfire before she turned into her human form and simply tossed a fox-fire at the police officer aiming his gun at Hellfire, a purple flame engulfing him as he was quickly disposed of "first rule of being a villain, always keep an eye on your surroundings" she said with a chuckle.

Hellfire turned in surprise when he heard the voice, almost throwing a fireball at Nina, luckily he saw the dead police officer and realized that she was on his side Thanks he then turned his attention to the vault, he didn`t know the password, but there was another way of doing things, he pressed his hands against the vault and his body started to heat up, slowly the metal started to turn red and pretty soon it was just a liquid all over his shoes Jackpot!

Nina walked up to the vault and folded her arms "that's a pretty impressive power you have there" she said still with her smirk, walking into the vault with Hellfire "you ever heard of Hive? I feel that you'd like it there, completely villainous organisation, you can rob all the banks you like and have your own team to command" she mentioned.

I haven`t heard of HIVE, sounds pretty cool though he took some money into his bag and handed Nina some, around $5000 For your troubles. By the way, where is HIVE and how do I join?

Nina chuckled "all in due time my friend, when you've got some free time, come to my comic book store, I'll show you where it is, we can't have a hero overhearing us now can we" she said with a smirk, "unless you really want to join now, although your initiation might be smoother if I come along with you" she added.

Sounds good, I`m unemployed so I`ve got all the time in the world, unless I`ve run out of money and need to pay my rent he then patiently waited for her to do something.

Nina nodded "well Hive has living facilities too, as well as classes on how to use your powers to their full extent" she explained "I may as well show you it now then, follow me" she said before she walked out of the bank casually, creating a clone who then took her cut of the money back to the store, she then set out towards the docks where an old abandoned oil rig loomed in the distance.

Hellfire followed Nina to the docks, when they arrived he looked confused Is it under-water or something?

Nina chuckled "you could say that..." she said, taking out a pair of keys and pressing a button, a pair of lights suddenly appearing in the docks, Nina then walked over to her stealth speedboat "can you fly?" she asked as she looked to Hellfire and sat in her speedboat, putting the keys in and starting it up.

Hellfire smirked when asked if he could fly, with a click of his fingers he burst into flames and started flying just to show off.

Nina rolled her eyes before she drove the speedboat towards the abandoned oil rig "just don't be too cocky at first okay?" she said, knowing already that Hellfire might be a bit of a show-off.

Hellfire flew after the speedboat, if he wanted he could overtake it but he didn`t since he did not know where he was going.

Nina parked outside of the abandoned oil rig, tieing up her speedboat then climbing up the ladder and walked towards a set of elevator doors, waiting for Hellfire to catch up before she pressed a button "hey Nina, who's your friend?" asked a voice and Nina chuckled "new recruit Bobby, you going to let us in? Or do I have to use those seduction skills I learned the other day?" she said with a smirk "no no! Ok dude just tell me your name and don't let me catch you doing any hero stuff, you don't want to know what we do with spies" said the voice sternly before the elevator doors opened and Nina looked to Hellfire "I'll take you to the headmistresses' office, from then on you're on your own" she said simply as she stepped into the elevator.
