| I hereby propose to make Mumbo the temporary Mayor of Jump City. The local election will result with ballots in his clear favour. It's only a matter of time before his mandate changes can be implemented. Meanwhile I would call for heroes to investigate Mumbo's surprising popularity with the public (instead of, you know, just calling bull and uppercutting him back to prison). This plot should be short. There are no restrictions on who can join, though at least two heroes/'people who oppose' are necessary. Villains should contact me. Twists shall be made apparent as things develop. Though I'll say now, there has been no magic tampering with the polls. ^_^
