Grounded by a Fateful Night (Hotwire then anyone else)

Ayumu growled slightly "I'm no longer part of your organization Steampunk! I don't want to go with your evil schemes anymore!" she yelled "you can't keep me prisoner here!" she shouted to him before she moved her arms from the foot-soldiers, having regained some strength a little before she stumbled towards Flint "I won't be your pawn anymore!" she said.

Flint grinned, showing his now fanged teeth. "I don't normally get into human affairs... steampuck... but if Ayumu doesn't like you, then neither do I." He anticipated a fight, so he revved his chainsaw. "And to think, I thought I wouldn't need to use this today. Now, lets all be nice, or you'll bathe in your blood, kind sir."

"So be it."

With this, the guns were raised, and the rotary saw popped from his arm.

"NOO DON'T HURT HIM!" yelled Ayumu as she suddenly stood in-front of Flint, holding out her arms protectively "if you want him, then you'll have to go through me..." she said coldly, her icy blue eyes staring at Steampunk defiantly.

Flint only chuckled. "He can't hurt me, remember?" He asked her.

Flint slowly walked though her, his body spitting where her arm was. "Ayumu, I don't want you getting hurt... just stand back, and let me go nuts." He said, chuckling as her ran at steampuck with his chainsaw. "This is going to be so much fun..."

Steampunk held up his saw to block is, sparks flew as they clashed

"Foolish boy."

The soldiers pointed their weapons and fired. The shots bounced off steampunks outer armor, protecting him.

"STOP BOTH OF YOU!" screamed Ayumu "Flint please don't hurt him! He saved my life!" she yelled before she fell to her knees "please both of you...don't fight...Steampunk...I'm just not evil anymore...surely you wouldn't want an un-evil person in your evil organization?..." she said.

Flint chuckled, and four tendrils ripped out of his back. The bullets went though his body on all directions, but he only smiled. He didn't seem to mind.

"Boy? I'm no boy, I am an immortal bound to this mortal plane, whelp." He said smiling. He wasn't angry, but he just wanted to make that clear before the man found himself severely lacking in life.

The tendrils shot out at steampunks face, even after he was shot. Flint stopped suddenly when he heard Ayumu's voice, and he was inches away from Steampuck's face. "As you wish hun." He said, smiling to her. The tendrils didn't leave his face however.

"Now, call of your guards. The bullets are going to get clogging in me at this rate."

Steampunk held his hand up and the guns went down.

"I see... This is troublesome. I suppose I am out of my depth in this situation. I suppose I must allow you to take your leave."

His eyes gained a serious look.

"On the one condition you tell no one what happened in this building. Not even him. You owe me at least that much."

Ayumu nodded "yes, I promise..." she said before she stood up and held Flint's hand tight "thank you for all the generosity that you have given me, I truly appreciate it but...my life no longer has any need for me to be vengeful or evil, thanks to people like Flint coming into my life, I have no reason to be angry" she said simply.

Flint sighed, and the appendages returned to his back. He rolled his shoulders after they returned. He took Ayumu's hand in his, then wrapped his arms around her. He had nothing more to say, so he only smiled warmly and reverted back to his normal form.

"Well boys... we shall have to start looking for members again. Bring me my list of candidates." He commanded as he walked inside.

"Yes SIR!"

Ayumu looked to Flint and smiled happily before passionately kissing him "thank you for saving me my prince" she said softly "without you, I'd have been trapped forever" she added.
