The Fancy Date (Kyte Uchiha & Amaggad)

Nina had received the text from Kyte on the location where she was to meet him, she stepped into the fancy french restaurant that was called simply "The Rouge" she walked up to the man in front of podium with the tables and names book "I'm here to meet Mr Kyte" she said to the man as he looked down the list and took her to the table that Kyte was sat at, smiling when she saw Kyte.

Nina had made a special effort for the date, she had gone out and bought a grey strapless dress with glitter swirls and sequins to decorate it, she also wore a pair of black heeled boots and had straightened her long hair and put it into a neat bun with a trail that went down to her shoulders, she seemed a little nervous too.

"So...how have you been?" asked Nina with a smile.

Kyte was currently sipping a drink when Nina came into the restaurant, being brought to his table. Looking her over, he could see that she spared no expense to make sure she had looked presentable. She was in a grey dress and her hair was up in a bun. He himself had also gone to great lengths to look decent; combing down his dark brown hair so that it didn't get in his eyes, and also a touch of one of the freshest colognes money could buy.

In addition, he wore a button up shirt that was red in color, with slightly less red stripes. He wore a black suit over that, and a black tie. His pants and shoes were also black.



He smiled up at Nina as she came to the table. As soon as she reached the table, Kyte stood, taking the back of her hand and kissing it, to be polite, and then pulled out a seat for her across from him. When she took it, he returned to his seat, handing her a menu as she asked how he had been.

Alright, I guess. Not a lot of jobs recently, so I've been bored. I have a feeling I'm about to have something very interesting happen tonight, though. He took another sip of his drink, looking at the menu. I seem to have a stalker.

Kyte didn't look around or indicate to Nina where this stalker might be. He just sat their, and let her process the information. Meanwhile, he looked back up to her.

You can take all the time you want to decide your order. I've already chosen what I want.

He folded the menu, placing it down on the table, and keeping his smile, watched Nina.

Nina's heart fluttered when Kyte kissed her hand and she blushed slightly too "a stalker? What do they look like?" she asked curiously as she looked at the menu and tried to choose what she was going to have, she also held the menu to hide her cheeks which were slightly redder from when he mentioned that he felt that something very interesting would happen tonight.

OOC: Since I'm guessing Amaggad isn't posting because he wouldn't have much to post, I'll continue. Amaggad, if you have a problem with this, please inform me via pm, and I will remove the message so you may have your piece.

BIC: Nina seemed a bit flustered, asking what the stalker looked like.

Oh, you know. The kind that sits outside of the window and watches your every movement while you're on a date, making a bad impression.

He said it nonchalantly, sipping a soda as he watched her with a sly smile, seeming to observe every bit of her intently.

Nina gave a sigh and looked to the floor before looking to Kyte "okay...I'll admit it, at Hive...I wasn't able to get the files, my friend refused to let me go with them as he feared that you were a Titan or going to use the files against Hive, then my friend came up with the idea that he could just check you out to see what you're really like and how much you can be trusted, I'm sorry" she said before her gaze slowly fell to the table "I was also a little scared about how you'd react when I turned up here without the files too as we've only met twice since now" she added with an apologetic look, she wanted Kyte to know the truth as she hoped to go on a few more dates with him and she didn't want him thinking she was dishonest.

OOC: Now Amaggad will have a lot more to respond to.

BIC: Nina suddenly lowered her head, confessing that she wasn't able to get the files at HIVE because a friend of hers refused to let her leave with them. He had done so because he feared that Kyte may be a Titan or that he would've used the files' information against HIVE. He then said that he could just check out Kyte to see if he was trustworthy or not, and so, here they were. She apologized, saying she was worried about how he would have reacted when she told him she couldn't retrieve the files.

Kyte yawned. That's fine. No offense to your friend, but that's a kind of lame-a** excuse to not give me the files. From my associates I've heard HIVE keeps a great amount of surveillance on the Titans, and if he had access to the files, he should know I'm not on the roster, at the very least. He looked back up to Nina. Furthermore, he should know that I've tried to kill their members on more than one occasion, if HIVE is as thorough as I've been led to believe.

A smile came back to his face. So, I don't suppose you've decided what you wanted? Money's not an obstacle for me. You can invite your friend in as well. If he wants to observe me, he should do it up close. For all he knows, I've been threatening your life from the first time you got here, and making you stay here by those means.

He snapped, and a man came over with red and white wine, leaving the bottles at the table.

Nina smiled at Kyte and nodded, her whisker marks moving with her cheek before she stood up and opened the door slightly, waving to Manic and signaling to him to come inside before she sat back at the table and looked to the wines and the menu "hmm...I think I'll have the...Boeuf Bourguignon with some red wine" she said which was explained underneath as "Classic beef stew with onions, mushrooms and bacon braised in red wine, served with French beans and creamy dauphinoise potatoes topped with Gruyère cheese", Nina couldn't help but smile at how calm and nice that Kyte was being, plus the romance of the whole situation too.

Kyte watched as Nina signaled her friend in, and then told him what she wanted from the menu. Meanwhile, her friend did indeed enter, but seemed to misinterpret and sat at a different table. All the better, really.

He called over the waiter, and told him his and Nina's order, while pouring Nina the red wine that she had asked for. While handing her the glass, he told something to the waiter. The waiter appeared perplexed, before walking over to Manic's table, giving another waiter Kyte and Nina's order.

Sir, the gentleman over there, he said, pointing to Kyte, Wishes to pay for your meal. What will you be having, sir?

Meanwhile, Kyte slightly smirked, before turning back to Nina, pouring himself some red wine as well, sipping it. So...should we play Twenty Questions, or just tell each other about ourselves?

Nina chuckled at Kyte's twenty questions suggestion as she sipped her wine "I don't mind at all, I have a pretty simple past so I don't want to bore you with it, but if you want to ask me any questions feel free to, I can answer anything from the perks of being a Kitsune to what life was like living as a fox in England or even anything else" she said with a smile, already happily enjoying the time that she was spending with Kyte.

Nina said she didn't care which of the two they did, saying she had a simple past and didn't want to bore him by telling him it. She did, however, say that he could ask whatever he wished.

Alright. I know it's usually rude to ask women, but since you seem like you age a lot slower than humans, how old are you? I'm really just curious, it won't matter to me.

The waiter returned with their food, placing it in front of them and doing a slight bow. Manic's waiter soon came back with their healthiest meal and did the same, offering him wine.

If you don't want to answer, that's fine.

Nina smiled when Kyte asked her the question "don't worry about it, I don't mind, I'm 17 in human years but the fact I'm a mythical Japanese creature kind of defeats the fact that I'm not suppose to be allowed to drink at this age, since us Kitsunes have pretty much an immunity to the effects of alcohol and since I'm a young Kitsune I use my Kitsune age as my human age too, although I'll look this young for years to come, as far as I know my kind can live well past 100 years" she explained, wondering how Kyte would react.

Kyte listened, genuinely interested as Nina said she was seventeen in "human years." This caused Kyte to raise an eyebrow. Then how old is she, actually?

She said since she was a mythical creature it nullified the drinking age for her, and also said that as a Kitsune, she was nearly immune to the effects of alcohol, and also said that her kind could live past a hundred years, from what she had heard.

Interesting. So, are you actually seventeen, or is that just what you tell humans when they ask? Because I'm wondering how long you've actually lived.
