Powers:
flight: She is able to fly at speeds up to 2,070mph. She usually coasts around 60mph to view things better and under great stress can only fly at 200mph.

Hair manipulation: She can control her hair making it grow(to 100 feet) or shrink(I mean… if she WANTED to go bald…) at her command. It can twist and turn anyway she pleases making the diameter of the “whip” shrink to one strand if needed. It is as strong as diamonds but as soft as a feather.

Telepathy: Can communicate with her home planet of Oblast. Takes a massive amount of concentration. She can communicate to those in the imperial guard and her parents. This power is a biochemical inhancement surgically given only to those who are leaders of the armies and/or the royals.

Invisibility: Can turn her whole self invisible or just a single part or parts (including her hair). She has to concentrate but can last for up to 1 hour.

Skills:
Has taken 100 years of Oblastian martial arts. This artform consisting of many ballet and gymnastics originating kicks, flips, and punches. Everything is very fluid and quick.

Quick witted and wise. Fluent in all earth languages and of course her own of Oblast.

Has taken 89 years of swordsmanship lessons focusing 20 of those years solely on her scythe.

Weaknesses:
If she loses her bracelet she can still manipulate her hair but only flimsily and it's strength is of normal hair; and unless the scythe is already present, it cannot be teleported to her.

Fire is also a big weakness because hair is easily flammable and hers is no exception.

She has a short temper which gets her into a lot of trouble because when she gets angry she can’t concentrate as easily making telepathy, flight, and invisibility very difficult for her.

Equipment:
Her scythe which has the ability to teleport to her through the bracelet on her right wrist. She has spent years, and will spend many more, mastering the art of the air scythe. This is basically using winterguard movements to distract and destroy your opponents. Also, it's self cleaning.

Her bracelet is not the source of her hair manipulation powers though without it it would be practically useless. The genes to be able to use hair manipulation are passed down through the royal bloodline but, those genes are enhanced through the biochemical alterants placed within the construct of the bracelet.

Personality:
She is very immature until something important comes up. She thinks humans are of a lesser species but had to choose a planet to do her schooling and therefore chose this puny little spot. She believes all metas/mutants/etc. should follow her into world domination but any who are in her way need to be demolished. She is hot tempered and easily provoked into a fight. Although, when not angered she is very pleasant to be around and actually is quite nice even to humans.

Strengths:
Her intuition and age aid in responses to dire situations. Also, her arrogance helps her to know that she can do whatever she wants… even if she’s wrong.

Interests/Habits:
Studying cultures, reading, arguing, fighting, war. She also has a habit of twirling her hair.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

History:
In Oblast, people age to 12 in equal amount to earthlings but stay at this chronological age until their 200th year of living. The people of Oblast are ruled by a single couple, the Queen and King. They speak one language and are a semi-peaceful culture. As in, within the confines of their planet they never war. However, the soldiers of this planet broadcasts their wars on other, insignificant, planets as entertainment. The prince/princess must be the best of the best; this is why Victoria has gone to earth. She must prove, only to her parents, that she is worthy of the title of Queen…

As a child, Vicky ran around care free. She enjoyed the battles on TV and jumped on her bed reenacting her favorite parts. She used her stuffed animals as the enemies and ripped them to shreds with her small dagger. Her parents never let her go outside so she settled for watching the children from out of the window. She didn’t mind, she had her butler, Brighton, to play with her.

When she turned 12 everything changed. She no longer was allowed to have stuffed animals. She could only keep her prized teddy bear and that’s only because Brighton helped hide it. Brighton also became her instructor. He taught her everything reading, writing, arithmetic, etc. She went out into the royal city to announce royal decrees and even gave speeches every now and again. She blossomed into a lovely princess and her parents were very proud.

42 years after turning 12 Brighton had taught her all he knew. It was time she went off to “The Master”. The one who had taught all the princes/princesses. She spent the next hundred years in the mountains with complete solitude honing her powers and perfecting her artform.

After the hundred years she came back to the Palace to choose the destination of the final step in her training. After a month, she was off to earth and waiting on her parents to tell her what to do next…

”Die, stupid bunny, die! Grrr!” Vicky screamed at her stuffed Rabbit as she dug her dagger into its stomach. ”Rawr! I’m coming after you next turtle!” The poor turtle just sat there on her bed, she plunged the dagger straight into his heart. ”Yes! Got ‘im on the first hit!” Just then Brighton came into her room holding cookies.

”Heh, I see you’re having fun.” There was a pile of stuffing covering the little girl’s room. ”Would you like to take a break from this hard battle for some cookies and warm milk?”

”It’s not hard… they don’t fight back…” Vicky said sullenly as she walked over and gave Brighton a hug. She grabbed a fist full of cookies as Brighton poured her a glass of milk. [color=indigo]”Will you watch my favorite war with me?”[/indigo] She said through a mouthful of cookie. Her favorite was an especially gory battle between the Losegots and the Oblastians.

”Sure sweetie. And afterwards how bout we clean up this room?”

Vicky simply replied with a tongue sticking out of her mouth. Her way of saying ‘fine, but I want like it!’

Once again, a very interesting character. There are a few things I would like you to add before I approve her.

Telepathy- can she use telepathy with other people to communicate, or just with her home planet? Who on her home planet can she communicate with? Or does her telepathy simply work only with other members of her species?

Equipment- other than being teleported to her hand, does her scythe have any other special features?

You classified her as a demon, but in her history you clearly state that she is an alien.

The hair weakness doesn’t make sense. She can make it grow at will, so even if it gets cut, she should just be able to make it longer. Besides, you previously said that her hair was as hard as diamonds. We’ll need another weakness to replace this.

Does everyone on her planet have these powers? Or is she special? If not everyone has them, how did she get these powers? If everyone has those hair powers, I wonder why they still train so hard in martial arts and swordsmanship. Please explain this.

The bracelet explains a lot. Thank you for adding it. However, I think her biggest weakness would be fire. Hair burns quite easily, so if she stretches her hair out 100 feet, someone could set it on fire. She would probably have a bad hair day if that happened.

That would make sense lol fixed.
