[HISTORY]Victoria was born a meta human and had the abillity to munipulate fire, project fire, and not be effected by and level of heat or fire. A week after Victoria was born she was brought home from the hospital. Victiria had a nightmare and became afraid activating her powers setting the entire house onfire. Victorias parents died in the fire and to everyone else in the world she was the soul sivivor of a horible tragity and thats how she wanted it to be.

Victoria then spent the next 10 years hopping fro house to house in her family burning them all down. When Victoria finnaly was put in an orphanage no body wanted to adopt her thinking the same fate that happened to the rest of her family whould be brought apon them... they were right. A few years latter Claira came into the same orphanage and moved into VIctoria's room with her.

When Victorias new freind became a hero and started to spend less time with her she became angry and got to the point of running away from the orphanage to be come one thing Claira truely hated, a villian. Claira never knew Victoria was a meta because Victory never wanted her to know just incase Claira got a stupid idea of making them fight crime together. Victoria now spends most of her time setting things, buildings, and people on fire for her own amusment.
