Tiberius smiled and said. "I hadn't thought you would be, I'm glad you aren't honestly. What are your favorite things?" he continued petting and rubbing her back and hair.

"I like outside and playing games.I also like reading."she said softly.

Tiberius nodded and asked "What kind of games and what do you like reading, I need to get you stuff to keep entertained since I'm sure you won't just want to be petted forever."

Mars smiled and giggled softly."I mostly like outsidr games."she said."And I enjoy reading manga."she said."Oh my favorite game was twister.It would be funny to see what kind of akward postion the players would in up in.I liked to play it with some of one of my old master's friends when they were younger."she giggled.

Tiberius smiled at her and listened intently, he realized quickly that this would be hard since he usually got shot at on the surface. Tiberius was determined to make it work for his new best friend though. He said. "We can go out and play any time you want, if my friends don't need my help."

"Friends?"she asked."What kind of friends?"she asked.

TIberius said. "Well we get hired to do special jobs for people who can't get help anywhere else. We do what no one else will, they need me because I'm strong and can stand up to punishment.

"oh.Cool!"she said,smiling."It sounds fun."she said.

Tiberius smiled at her and said. "I don't know if I'll stay with them forever though, I'm not really included in much they do because of my appearance." he went back to petting her hair with one of his joints.

Mars smiled."I think that you could do just fine on your own,sir."she said.She smacked herself mental for forgetting to say sir like her masters had taught her to.She thought that if she was to be a good dog,she needed to be polite to her master,which included saying sir.

Tiberius said smiling. "You don't need to call me sir, I want to be your friend as well." he stopped petting and laid back asking "Are you hungry? I have some stuff buried around here

Mars smiled.'He is so much like my 2nd master.He wanted to be my friend as well.'she thought.Her smile saddened for a moment in the memory of her 2nd and most favorite master.She then brighten up so it would seem that nothing was wrong to Tib.She looked over her shoulder and nodded."uh-huh."she said softly.

Tiberius smiled and dug up some potatoes he'd buried along with a couple snakes and some moles. He said seriously. "I know its probably not like you used to get but I can't exactly get food from a store."

Mars smiled."It's ok."she said as she crawled over to them.She grabbed a potatoe and nibbled on it.She smiled.

Tiberius ate one of the snakes and then a potato and then just laid back asking. "Should we call it a night and go visit my friends in the morning?"
