| Eric was heading for water, something that what freeze his gun up which would be a big problem. Before he could he could get wet a gust of wind threw him into a tree which gave him a bad head ache. Water would start to leak into his shoes, Eric smirked and thought about how weak this Water girl was. All Hotwire needed to do is to take her down and our shoes would be dry again. But this other kid was a little more complicated.
Eric looked at Hotwire then this Water Chic, so called Hydra. He knew Hotwire could handle it, Hotwire had a gift, Eric didn't, This was Hotwire's turn to shine. Eric climbed up a tree with one hand (which is rather hard give him horrible blisters) and stood watch over them. Eric couldn't jump in the water, and he couldn't fly. Portal it is.
Eric shot a portal on the side of a tree and one under him sending himself flying out of it towards this "lance" kid. If he hit him it should knock him from his position. " HELLO FRIEND!" Eric yelled with sarcasm. Eric was ready for a bath, from the mud earlier, but his gun wasn't. He started to fall into the water, he took off his gun and threw it towards Hotwire.
" CATCH!" Eric yelled landing in the water hard not coming out of it for a while. If Hotwire caught it the gun would attach to his right arm. It'll give him a chance with different technology. Eric emerged from the water and coughed up half of it.

| As the wind gusted pas him, the line pulled taught, and Hotwire stuck to the pole.
Hotwire felt something attach to his arm... Erics portal machine?
"well... this is new. Gotta keep it dry... that goes against the plan..."
Hotwire took it off and put the down in the bush, then yelled at Hydra.
"What's the matter. Run out of h20. That should be a simple commodity for you... considering it's raining and all!"
Hotwire really didn't like this tactic, but it was all he had.
Once hydra was done for... Hotwire would use the portal gun... and use his powers to make it more powerful than ever.

| "Looks like this is your show Hydra! Seems like they're more fond of you."
Lance would say as he moved his hair out of the way of his face again. He would stomp on the gorund and cause a rock to pop out from behind him. Lance would go and sit down on it. He'd watch as the two kids would wave around trying to get Hydra to notice them. She seemed to be losing her temper quite a bit.

| Oh great. Lance was taking a breather, fantastic. He could lend a hand, and you know; use his rocky powers to help end this quicker. But no, it seems we are dragging this one out. If she could lift one up into the air, she'd be in total control. Able to finish whoever off without ever having them touch the floor. Easier said than done, if there was one thing these two twerps were; it was resourceful.
A change of tactics was needed now, well. A change from what she had been doing recently. A strong gust of wind would pick up beneath her feet, raising her several feet up in the air again. With the rain falling down, this was her best resource. Through motioning with her hands, rain drops would join together to form bigger raindrops and now begin to pound the ground with some real force behind them. Hydra had directed this bombard of rain drops at Hotwire. He had that other kid's gun, take him out and the other one will be useless. A dangerous position to be in when you have two elementalists around.

| Eric was sort of useless now. Besides extreme intelligence all he had was a gun and ammo. This was going to get bloody. Hydra started to make it rain down hard, Eric actually started to get mad. And for Eric that was hard, even more if it was a girl.
Eric had to trust Hotwire with this chick and kept on going for this other dude. " Hey you Stone! I know you used to be a Titan. I hope you like your destructive path because it'll get you no where in life!" Eric said taking out a pistol and firing a few rounds at stones arms and legs. He didn't want to get too physical, bloody physical, but they gave him to choice.

| The rain came down heavy, bombarding Hotwire, though he stayed in place thanks to the tether. he looked at the bush for Erics portal gun:Still dry. Great... now to push her over the edge.
"What's the matter? Not enough water to actually take a shot at me? I calculate you should have plenty. So what's your problem? Oh! I get it! You don't have the accuracy! Kinda like the move focus blast. 70/100 accuracy. Pretty risky move. Although if you have the Compound Eye ability, the accuracy increases by about...
Hotwire realized he was going of on a tangent about Pokemon.
"Never mind. Point is... you can't make the shot."
Man Hotwire hated this attitude.

| "Then I better be sure I do, right? Only makes sense"
Her eyes glistening a white color, Hydra would conduct a high pressured wall of wind towards Hotwire. The larger the attack, the more chance to hit, surely? Well, that was Hydra's thinking. Thar she blows Cap'n!

| Hotwire held his breath and braced for inpact, he felt himself being forced back, and the tether pulled taught.
After a couple of seconds. The water receded, and hotwire looked at the bush again. Somehow, the bush stayed dry underneath...
"Sturdy bushes they have these days"
Hotwire faced Hydra again.
"Well that was a cheap move. bet you couldn't hit me with just a full on blast of water."

| Gritting her teeth, the eyes of Hydra would turn to a shade of blue. She didn't want to give into what this kid was after, but hell! He sure did deserve it. From her hands Hydra conjured a quick blast of water; firing towards Hotwire. | |

| Without hesitation, and out of anger. Hydra gritted her teeth and would then force each hand forward, blasting out several bursts of high pressured water towards Hotwire. If this jerk ain't careful, she'll just have to drown him. You know what would be great? If Fiss helped out a little... | |

| each burst hit him hard, pounding him back... but hey... Hotwire had once held his breath underwater for longer than that, as part of his lifesaving merit badge.
"Still standing. Come on... What the matter, can't drown a gangly red headed kid? Man for a water meta... you sure can't take out some one who's in your element."

| But the thing is, rather than Hydra losing her energy and feeling winded. Thanks to the rain pouring down upon the park, and theheroes/villains. It meant that Hydra remained hydrated. She could do this all day! Once Hotwire had once again made another remark. Hydra would blast forth a much bigger blast of water, but this time added a little wind behind it for that added extra thud. | |

| The wind brought him forward a bit... then he saw it... his chance. That large projectile she was firing was still attached to her.
Hotwire grabbed one of the exposed wires on the pole, and tapped into the areas power transformer. All the lights in a mile radius dimmed.
A she began hurling the water, Hotwire muttered:"My turn"
He held out his hand and touched the water lob as it was about to leave her. Feeling half the electricity found in three or four city blocks coursing through you as harmlessly as a small circuitpiece was interesting.
He watched as the extreme jolt began to head up the water:Straight at hydra... drenched in water.
"Zap-zap." | |

| "I think that's debatable!"
Lance would say in response to Eric as he noticed Eric start to pay his attention on him. Lance's eyes would follow the barrel of Eric's gun and focus on where the bullets would be shot at him. His high awareness of the bullets coming would allow him to cushion the metal so that the bullets would not harm him. The sound of the gunshots would wring through the battlefield over the thunder and lightning. The hot steel of the bullets would touch Lance's skin. The bullets would be deflected off of him, but leave slight burn marks on the areas of impact. It was tough to tell from a human eye's perspective to see the bullets be deflected, so Lance would play off that he got shot.
"Ah crap man! Is that what they're teaching you guys now, to shoot and hurt people! Crap!... that makes you no better than me then!"
Lance would yell out as he tried to move his arms and legs but played off the he couldn't because he had been "shot". Lance's eyes would catch attention to the electricity crawling up the stream of water that Hydra had shot. Lance would not move his body, but focus on bringing up a large enough rock to block the water current with the flowing electric current. A decently large rock would pop our on the opposite end so that Eric could not see the rock fly over towards the water. The stone would fly in front of Hydra and block the electrical current just in time for her.
