Ben and Julie's 'normal' life (Just Ben and Julie)

Julie had gotten a grip by then and turned to her lover, cupping his face gently and kissing him slowly.

"I forgive you. And I know. I love you. Can you just hold me, please?" she almost never showed a weaker side, so this was pretty rare and special.
The titan moved to sit on his lap and bury her face in the crook of his neck.
"As long as I have you, i'll always be okay"

How could Ben have been so dense? Never again. Never again did he want to see this look upon her face. As he thought this and she buried her teary eyed face into his breast he held her close with a melancholy expression written across his own sorry mug. Although, he still nuzzled the top of her head as he stroked her back. It was of little comfort to him, her words at the moment were drifting towards him, but seemed so far away. He did still hear, comprehend, and understand them perfectly though. Not only that, Ben agreed, she would indeed have him.

"Forever and always..."

Julie kissed him once more.
"come on, lets sleep it off. When we wake up we can eat and finish unpacking." she stood, grabbing a blanket and pillow and pulled him down tnto the beanbag as a mattress where she cuddled up to him. She was still sort of sleepy, not to mention her mind needed to calm down.
"I love you" she murmured before drifting off, she'd awaken soon enough.
